Simply clean each soft shell crabs.&amp;nbsp; Brush each side of Soft Shell Crab with olive oil.&amp;nbsp; Sprinkle Sea Salt and Black pepper on each side.&amp;nbsp; Place on hot grill.&amp;nbsp; Depending on temperature of grill, no more than 5 minutes per side.&amp;nbsp; I prepared some grits with cheese served the grilled soft shells on a bed of the grits.&amp;nbsp; Very simple and easy to do.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 soft-shell crabs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1-1/2 egg&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;3/4 cup milk&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;salt and pepper to taste&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;6 cups oil for frying, or as needed&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;Directions&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 365 degrees F (180 degrees F). In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg and milk using a fork. In a separate bowl, stir salt and pepper into the flour. Lightly salt the crab, then dip in the flour, dip in the egg, then in the flour again.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Carefully place crabs into the deep-fryer. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden brown on one side. Carefully turn over, and cook until golden on the other side. Drain on paper towels. Serve as soon as they are cool enough to eat. You can eat the whole crab.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;2 tablespoons butter &lt;/li&gt;

Wash clams to remove any dirt or sand. &lt;br /&gt;
In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. &lt;br /&gt;
Add garlic; saute for 1 minute, or until tender.&lt;br /&gt;
Pour in the white wine. Boil until wine has &lt;br /&gt;
reduced to half its original volume. &lt;br /&gt;
Add clams, cover, and steam till clams start to &lt;br /&gt;
open. Add butter, cover, and cook till most or &lt;br /&gt;
all of the clams open. Discard any that do not &lt;br /&gt;
open. Transfer clams and juice to 2 large bowls. &lt;br /&gt;
Sprinkle with parsley. Can be served with pasta &lt;br /&gt;
