Running Man Style: Traitors Club

In the recent episode of Running Man, episode 146, it was Traitors Club vs Running Man. On the 'Traitors Club' side we had the usual suspects, Haha, Lee Gwang So and Ji Suk Jin. I won't spoil much but the ending fits the theme.

This was the 'Traitors Club's' attire. The sunglasses were by purple & grey, the Vanessa Black model, available here. Their wind-breakers were official sponsorship from Millet, available here.

The rest of the cast were also wearing Millet wind-breakers only in different colours.

We had so many 4minute finds lately and more are on their way :D

Jiyoon wore the Filigree Print Skinny Jeans from Forever21 (oh, how I love forever21 finds...so affordable), and you can buy them here.

Along with the pants, Jiyoon is wearing this custom made t-shirt by the Thai brand Thailor.

Lee Hyori's Bad Girls (3)

Lee Hyori's Bad Girls (2)

This jacket is necessary to put dynamite into an old pervert's jacket.

That is one of the things Lee Hyori does in her new music video, Bad Girls.

The jacket she wears in the MV is by Kye, a Korean brand. Opening Ceremony lists this with Transparent Biker Jacket and 530$ here.

Some stuff.

At first I thought she was wearing the Unif Vapor Moto but it is slightly different.

As you can see they are both very similar with the design. Both have similar zippers and buttons in the same place. The only different is that Kye has a belt and Unif's doesn't.

However usually Unif's jacket has this style. Just the transparent one doesn't.

This confused me very much.

Lee Hyori's Bad Girls (1)

This is a request 小alien (xiaoalien or small alien) regarding t-shirts the members of BEAST had on during Music Bank 130510. She gave us a picture of Doojoon and we found his t-shirt and jacket.

Both items are by Philipp Plein. The t-shirt is called "1978" and not available online. The jacket is available for 1390 Euros here.

Boa at an Airport

Hurray a BoA post.

Currently she is busy with her concerts but that doesn't mean she can't dress up for the airport.

What she is wearing is a Diane von Furstenberg sub-brand DVF 1974 to bring back vintage patterns in the 21th century. The one BoA is wearing is the Julian dress (340$). Her cap is by Stussy, an animal trucker cap (22$).

Forever Seo In Young

I personally love Seo in Young. I'm so happy for her comeback and her style. Recently she had her press conference for Let's Break Up and her mini album 'Forever Young'. This is the outfit she wore.

Get the Look: Kdrama Inspiration from the Past

There are many popular Korean dramas that are set in the way past (e.g. 'Faith', 'Arang and the Magistrate', 'T he Great Seer', 'Sungkyunkwan Scandal', etc.). I really enjoy seeing this historical fashion while watching these shows. Instead of forcing you all to read about the history of Korean fashion, I decided it would be nice to draw inspiration from these in a Get the Look.

1) 'Faith' (The Great Doctor)

What struck me about Kim Hee Sun's costume is obviously the colors. To recreate this look, go for the blue-violent color, and don't shy away from floral print. The flower band she has was the inspiration for the accessories which, with such a busy dress, should be limited. Lee Minho's look is much more solid. I found faux-leather leggings and a peplum top that reflect the flowing, multi-textured outfit he wears. And of course, drawing from his bands, wear a cheetah belt as your 'pop' item.
Everything in this look is under $50, expect for the dress, which is $70.

2) 'Arang and the Magistrate'

Lee Joon Gi's character focuses on darker colors, with a peacock feather. I took that idea and ran. Pair a flowy burgundy blouse with a black vest. I would wear both with black jeans, and of course peacock-themed accessories. It's a classic combination (well, kind of...). Shin Min Ah rocks the color blocking look. With so many colors, stay solid; don't try too many patterns. I want a more structured top to parallel the structure of a hanbok, but it's an individual thing. My fun item is the dragon ring, which matches the belt. Everything in this set is under $40, except for the vest, which is $49.

3) 'The Great Seer'

What really strikes me about the pictures I found is the contrast between the magistrates and the warrior. I loved the rich colors worn by both the man and the woman in the first picture. So their colors are gold, jade, teal, and red. In the second picture, the fierceness of the man's posture stood out to me. His themes are fur, deep magenta, and animals (i.e. leather and the graphic tank top). Everything listed is under $30.

4) 'Sungkyunkwan Scandal'

The feeling of Sungkyunkwan is a lot more fun. To match Song Joon Gi, I found a lovely dress and cardigan, which show his eccentric fashion choices. For the group shot, I thought being more traditional was better. Thus, I've included a (more) structured blouse, pants, and flats. Also, to compliment the traditional tie in the picture, I've included a coat which cinches at the waist.

Get the Look: Iris 2 (Part 1)

Hey guys, today I am inspired by a drama that just recently ended, Iris 2, staring Lee Da Hae and Jang Hyuk. It is a sequel set three years after the death of a NSS Agent back in Iris 1 (staring Kim Tae Hee and Lee Byun Hun).

I was loving everything that was worn in the drama, but unfortunately I was only able to choose two characters. Starting off with Yoon So-Yi; In the drama she plays the part of Iris. I love the stylist choices in picking clothes for this particular character because what she wears seems to be trendy, yet it gives her a strong feminine vibe.

1. The faux leather jackets is from Forever 21. I love this jacket because of the color scheme it matches the character perfectly.

2. Pair it with any black jeans that you have in your closet. The jeans I picked are from H&M. I love the combo of brown and black; it's so simple yet very chic!

3. Any kind of tee you have in your closet is fine too (it's better if it's plain, no text). The tee that I used is from H&M .

4. Moving on to the bag. It's plain and simple but goes with everything. This bag is from Zara.

5.You can't complete an outfit without a pair of shoes, right? Well, I picked out these from Steve Madden. They are a little bit on the expensive side, but shoes from Steve Madden are really good quality. Plus combat boots are in this season (and last season too), so if you already own a pair then it will be a great transition piece from fall/winter to spring.

6. Last but not least, the finishing touch. This necklace I found in an older collection from H&M but unfortunately it's not available anymore. You can check out a similar piece by Guess.

DIY Angel Wing Earring

How amazing is Dongwoo's Angel wing earring?

I immediately fell in love when I first saw it.

Since I love it so much I decided to make one myself.

(I've been meaning to make this DIY for a long time but I wasn't sure if you guys will like it)

I'm going to show you 2 types of earrings :D

So let's get started

What you'll need:

-Wing charms (I have 2 types)

-Superglue (I used Loctite)

-Earring clip (I think that's how it's called)

-Earring base

This is how the clips and the earring bases look like :D

Here is one of the charms that I'll be using

An here we have both of the charms that I'll be using (notice: I removed the loop from one of the charms and that's what you'll have to do)

I removed the loop(i think that's how it's called?) quite easily :D

Now on to the next step

These are all the things that you'll need

I choosed to glue the earring base to the smaller charm and the earring clip to the bigger charm.

Glue them together and you're done.

Now you have your own Angel Wing earring

DIY: Comme de Garcon nails

In the video, Zinger donned red nails inspired by Comme de Garcon Play (see picture at right).
