So fast I'm back to my hometown, Keningau. This time is me home sweet home ^^ This time I'm traveling back with my grandma, aunt and her 3 naughty kids. They will staying my home for one week. This whole week, haven't properly blogging seriously. Now finally just got time to blog and post ^^

Went for Sabah Agricultural Park in Tenom. This is the first time I drive a long way~ around 45minutes driving to destination. Weather is so damn hot. I even had my skin become darker and legs bitten by mosquitoes. Urgghhhh.... I cant wear sexy for christmas party already T.T

On the christmas day, we went to Kota Kinabalu and Ranau on the next day. My aunt so excited to see Kinabalu mountain and Rafflesia flower. She got lucky on what she wished for... Like the cool weather in Ranau. So refreshing and cool, free from pollution.

Next destination is Mahua waterfall, in between Tambunan and Ranau road. Quite cold also in there, because of the thick forest. Luckily my Rafflesia flower is still blooming this time, even is not the season.

Right after exam, the Friday night is the most relax day. Although just a few of us only, but we seems had a great night. So funny to think about, five peoples lessly speak during the class will suddenly appear together during dinner. Goshh... But by this outing, we seems to get to know each other more. Once again, I'm going to disappear from you sight. This time I will wait you to realize my missing and try to find me. Tired of being the one who keep chasing your back and watching you from far. It's really been a year since we knew each other and hang out together. Even our memory together is short only, but I felt like it happened just right the day before.

Thanks for the memory and the friendship. This time is my childish action keep nagging me. I know you won't even care about me, for real. All you want is just a company and a substitute. Sorry for the past, if I treated you the same way too. I'm really regret of what I did. Like you said, life is about to enjoy. I'm sorry, but I love you....

Electronic Cigarettes Are Unsafe

I still remember the first time I saw this e-cigar is around April this year. The first time I saw, I was thinking, "What a great idea they made into electronic. No fire, no environmental pollution, free of tar and other harmful ingredients, healthy lifestyle, and no second-hand smoke.

About electronic cigarettes:
E-cigarettes consist of a battery, a charger, a power cord, an atomizer, and a cartridge containing nicotine and propylene glycol. When a smoker draws air through an e-cigarette, an airflow sensor activates the battery that turns the tip of the cigarette red to simulate smoking and heats the atomizer to vaporize the propylene glycol and nicotine. Upon inhalation, the aerosol vapor delivers a dose of nicotine into the lungs of the smoker, after which, residual aerosol is exhaled into the environment.

Electronic cigarettes (or e-cigarettes), also called "electronic nicotine delivery systems," are increasingly used worldwide even though only sparse information is available on their health effects. In the United States, e-cigarettes are readily available in shopping malls in most states and on the Internet. But how safe are e-cigarettes?

Unlike conventional cigarettes, which burn tobacco, e-cigarettes vaporize nicotine, along with other compounds present in the cartridge, in the form of aerosol created by heating, but do not produce the thousands of chemicals and toxicants created by tobacco combustion. Nothing is known, however, about the chemicals present in the aerosolized vapors emanating from e-cigarettes.
"As a result, some people believe that e-cigarettes are a safe substitute for conventional cigarettes". However, there are virtually no scientific studies on e-cigarettes and their safety. One of the first studies to evaluate e-cigarettes shows that this product has many flaws, which could cause serious public health problems in the future if the flaws go uncorrected.

Study results appear in this month's issue of Tobacco Control. Talbot, a professor of cell biology and neuroscience, was joined in the study by Anna Trtchounian, the first author of the research paper. Together, they examined the design, accuracy and clarity of labeling, nicotine content, leakiness, defective parts, disposal, errors in filling orders, instruction manual quality and advertizing for the following brands of e-cigarettes: NJOY, Liberty Stix, Crown Seven (Hydro), Smoking Everywhere (Gold and Platinum) and VapCigs.
Their main observations are that:

Batteries, atomizers, cartridges, cartridge wrappers, packs and instruction manuals lack important information regarding e-cigarette content, use and essential warnings;
E-cigarette cartridges leak, which could expose nicotine, an addictive and dangerous chemical, to children, adults, pets and the environment;
Currently, there are no methods for proper disposal of e-cigarettes products and accessories, including cartridges, which could result in nicotine contamination from discarded cartridges entering water sources and soil, and adversely impacting the environment; and
The manufacture, quality control, sales, and advertisement of e-cigarettes are unregulated.

The study was funded by a grant to Talbot from the University of California Tobacco-Related Disease Research Program (TRDRP).

"More research on e-cigarettes is crucially needed to protect the health of e-cigarette users and even those who do not use e-cigarettes," said Kamlesh Asotra, a research administrator at UC TRDRP. "Contrary to the claims of the manufacturers and marketers of e-cigarettes being 'safe,' in fact, virtually nothing is known about the toxicity of the vapors generated by these e-cigarettes. Until we know any thing about the potential health risks of the toxins generated upon heating the nicotine-containing content of the e-cigarette cartridges, the 'safety' claims of the manufactureres are dubious at best.

"Justifiably, more information about the potential toxic and health effects of e-cigarette vapors is necessary before the public can have a definitive answer about the touted safety of e-cigarettes. Hopefully, in the near future, scientists can provide firm evidence for or against the claimed 'safety' of e-cigarettes as a nicotine-delivery tool."

After finished watched this video clip, I decided to post in my blogspot. Sometimes I really pity him, after he made the first Malaysia controversy on national songs till the latest song about a Malay principle insulting students during assembly. And now the most recently the controversy on 1 Malaysia. Not only him, also pity Chinese people in Malaysia. From my side, I don't really mind getting not too fair since before. But after the 1 Malaysia slogan, I think the 'fair' become more heavier. Then why should the slogan to be announced? Haizz... If talk too much, will get fined or jailed. Better mind own business!

Internet Strangers

It is true that we always meet a stranger from internet networking like Facebook, MySpace or Friendster. These strangers will ask questions about yourself, your family, your studies and in the same time will ask to face-to-face. This is friend-networking, not a speed-dating! Moreover what happened if 'this ' stranger is a real psycho? We never know what lies inside the human's thought. Everyday from news, we can see "Women conned RMxxx thousand", "Young girl missing/ raped". All these mostly happen to females, so girls out there BEWARE!!! This is a serious case.

If asked for my opinion, well, the top which I would said is "Deactivate your account!" which is mostly 98% (over 100) people would done it. If we deactivate them, then what's the point to go in Internet? The second part, choose your internet friend wisely. Approve only friend request if you really know them or the profile is quite reliable to make a friend. Which mean, have to based on your sixth-sense. Your profile should put something general and not too specific details. For example, you can said you stayed in which town but not your complete address! Third, make a different personalities when making new friend with this 'stranger'. It's not mean faking your profiles. But I always making a fake profiles and personalities when chatting with different individuals. Its up to them to believe or not. Just don't make the false statement into a big difference of yourself. Never exposed too much details to them, always kept a gap in between. After knowing for quite a long time, just decide to meet up or not.

For safety, place to meet up should be a crowded place or bring a friend of yours. Discuss this matter with your reliable friend (mostly not with parents as they will protest),so that if you're missing, at least someone know what happen to you. NEVER met up during night! Although how busy the 'stranger' is, try to keep it on day. Wear casually, not too over.

Example for myself, a 2x years old girl had met a lot of internet guys and girls also. It's not a big deal for me since I'm using different personalities and different phone numbers. It's a precautions! Also using different account profile to get close to them is another trick. Don't make too obvious, practice by practice can make perfect ^^ Strangers are always strangers. Friend is friend. *note the way I'm using 's'*

What about guys being conned? If that so, then you should look at the mirror and asked yourself why you being conned? Don't make excuses that somehow you're handsome or rich. Keep it for yourself! You are just too stupid. Should realize that girls nowadays is not east to bullied. Go Go Girlssss~

If I put Penang Bridge International Marathon 2010, sure will have a lot people searched till here and looking for pictures on that day. Too bad this time I didn't took much photos because this is my first time joined and I was really into the marathon ^^

It was a nice experience even though a lot people comment it was an unfair run due to the less kilometer and the time-keeper is not reliable. Plus raining in the early morning still not affect the runner! Best job guys~

Next year I'm planned to join the 10Km run~ Woohooo!!! Better start training already... Perhaps next year... hehehee.....

这个故事真的百看不厌，我很和大家一起分享它。

这个故事在网上流传已久，已经不知道它的出处跟作者
里面有一句话我很喜欢，非常的吸引我：

千万别装作无所谓毫不在乎...
错过了，就没有了....
爱情，玩不起心理战的.......

我叫树
我是个喜欢画画的人，最爱画树。久而久之，我的画作右下方索性以一棵树来代表我。
高中三年，交过5个女朋友。有一个女孩子，我很爱她，却迟迟不敢追。她没有美丽的面孔，没有娇好的身材，没有撩人的魅力，一个再平凡不过的女孩子。我喜欢她，真的真的很喜欢她，喜欢她的单纯，她的直率，她的可爱，她的脆弱。

不追她的原因，也许是潜意识觉得平凡如她陪不上我；也许是因为怕在一起后一切的好感都会消失；也许是怕外人的指指点点伤害了她；也许是觉得会是我的，不用急着为了她而放弃一切。

最后的这个原因，让她陪了我三年，让她看着我和别的女孩子私混了三年，让她心痛了三年。

她很想当一个好演员，但我却像一个严格的导演。
我和第二个女朋友在厕所接吻，被她撞见，她尴尬地笑笑说：“呃，你们继续。”然后跑掉。第二天，她眼睛肿得跟核桃一样，我故意不去猜想是谁让她哭成这样，嘲笑了她一天。她在所有人都回家后，在教室哭了起来。她不知道，练球回来拿东西的我，看了她一个多小时。

我知道他是谁，他追她也有一阵子了，是个蛮可爱的男孩子，活泼有趣，充满了热情。追她追得满城风雨。我不能表现自己的心痛，只能笑笑地恭喜她。但当我回到家，心中的痛楚强烈得让我无法承受，像有个千斤重的石头压在我胸口，我无法呼吸，想大叫却叫不出来。眼泪竟然滑了下来，我掩面大哭。多少次，我眼看着她，为了那个不愿承认的人，掩面大哭。

毕业典礼时我在手机上发现了一封简讯这是十天前，我掩面大哭时传来的，只是我一直没有去开过机。

高中的时候喜欢收集叶子。你问我为什么，因为我觉得，一片叶子要离开她长期依赖的树，好勇敢呢! 高中三年我和一个男孩子很要好，不算男女朋友那种好，是好朋友那种好。但是，在他交第一个女朋友的时候，我学会了一种不该有的感觉，心理里很酸，不是一个柠檬可以比喻的，那应该是一百个又臭又酸的柠檬酸到不行。他们只在一起两个月，当他们分手，我还是掩饰自己心中强烈的喜悦。但是，一个月后，他又和另一个女孩子在一起了。

我喜欢他，也知道他喜欢我。可是，他为什么总是不追求我呢？明明喜欢彼此，为什么不行动呢？每当她交一个女朋友我就心痛一次。一次又一次的打击让我不禁怀疑，这是我的一相情愿吗？不爱我为什么要对我那么好，他对我的好，已经不是普通朋友可以做到的。喜欢一个人好难过哦。我可以清楚地知道他的喜好、他的习惯，惟独他对我的感觉，我猜不透。难道，要我这样一个女孩子去对一个男孩子开口吗？

尽管如此，我还是想在他身边，关心他、陪他、爱他也许算是一种等待的行为，等待他回来爱我，就像每天晚上等他的电话、等他的简讯。我知道就算他再忙也会拨出一些时间给我。这样的等待陪了我三年，等待是难熬的，是令人想放弃的，但等到的那一刹那，让人第二天，会继续等下去。这样的煎熬，这样的痛苦，这样的幸福，这样的矛盾，陪了我三年。

直到三年级的下学期，高二一个学弟喜欢上了我，每天的热情追求，令我从一开始的拒绝，渐渐地愿意挪出我心房的一些位置给他。他就像一阵温柔而持久的风，撩拨我这片摇摇欲坠的叶子。到最后，我竟然发现，我已经不想只留一点点的位置给这阵风，我知道这阵风会带我这一片伤痕累累的叶子，到更幸福的地方去。

于是，我就离开了树。树只是笑笑，没有挽留。
「叶子的离开，是因为风的追求，还是树的不挽留?」

我叫风。
因为我喜欢的女孩子叫叶子，因为她有一棵令她依恋的树，所以，我要当一阵风，一阵呵护她的风。

第一次看见她，是高二，我转来一个月后的事了。个子小小的她，坐在球场边，一双眼凝视着和我同在球场的学长。每天的社团时间她总会坐在那里，一个人，和朋友。她的眼光依旧凝视着他。当学长和女孩子打打闹闹，她的眼中会有泪；当学长看向她，她的眼中就有笑。看她成为了我的习惯，就像她爱看学长。

有一天她没来，我心中产生了没原由的焦虑与不安。我无法解释那种感觉，除了不安，还是不安。而且那学长竟然也不在，我冲去他们的教室，躲在外面，看着学长骂她。她的眼泪，学长的离去。

第二天，她依旧坐在场边，看着他。我走过去，对她笑一笑，拿了张纸条给她。她先是惊讶地看着我，然后，笑笑地收下。隔天，她拿着纸条，出现在我的面前。然后离开，
“叶子的心太沉重，风吹不动”

“不是叶子的心太沉重，是叶子根本就不想离开树”
我回给他这段话后，她渐渐会和我说话，收我的礼物，接我的电话。我知道，她喜欢的不是我，但我还是有毅力一定要让她喜欢上我。四个月内，我告白了不下二十次，每一次，她都转移话题。但我还是不会放弃，我决定要的人，我就一定会把她给追过来。

直到已不知第几次的告白出了口，虽然知道她一定又会说到别的事，但是还是有一丝丝希望她的答应。没想到，她都不说话了。
“你在干嘛？怎么不说话？”我对着话筒说。“我……我在点头啊。”
“阿？”我，我简直不敢相信自己的耳朵。“我在点头！”她大声叫道。

我甩开电话，匆匆披上一件衣服，踏上机车，冲去她的家，按门铃。当她开门的一刹那，紧紧地抱住她。

Because the travel date is from July till November 2011, and yet I haven't confirm any of my holiday that time. How I am supposed to book although it is absolutely free! I can't just waste some of my money on airport charges and fees. Sighh... A big SIGHHH.... Route from Penang to Kuala Lumpur still in green box (means available) and route from Kuala Lumpur to somewhere also in green box. But not KL to Kota Kinabalu :p

No, no... It's not my birthday today. It's a bestie of mine, well can say ex-bestie T.T Doubt about 10mins whether want to wish her on her Facebook wall or not and in the end I put my courage to post on it ^^ Just a simple wish and yet she responded by 'Like' it. A relieve for me... phewww....

Well, today just ended her Miss Borneo Sabah 2010. Pity her have to rush from KL to KK. But wish her did enjoy her birthday celebration in KK. No matter what the results are, she is still pretty always~ Envy her... Muacksss~

What's about Lomo? It was actually quite an olden type camera but seems to be popular at nowadays trend. When it is about old type camera, it's about the camera that using real film ^^ not process through USB printer. According to Wikipedia, Lomography emphasizes casual, snapshot photography. Characteristics such as over-saturated colors, off-kilter exposure, blurring, "happy accidents," and alternative film processing are often considered part of the Lomographic Technique.

Users are encouraged to take a lighthearted approach to their photography and use these techniques to document everyday life.Found one website, TheClickShop that sell Lomo type Camera in Malaysia, the film in roll and instant film. Also available in digital type Lomo.(sorry for the other countries)

Somehow I more interested in Jelly Lens which is an accessories for all type of lens camera. It has a sticky end to stick all surface. Well, I just bought one set of this jelly lens but not too complete (one is missing). This jelly lens has sticky surface, so can stick on camera, webcam or mobile phones. A Reminder For Myself~

The first final exam for LAN subject should be 1 more week after this. And yet, I still haven't made any preparation! Seriously this is the second reminder for myself! Urgghhhh.... I should more hardworking during my degree course now....

Coming now is Moral Studies, Introduction to History and oral in English. Duhh.... I hate oral since I can't speak English well T.T so scary.... Just started the first day of holiday week. Goshhh... How I am going to spend my holiday week alone in the hostel room. Well, everyone has went back their hometown to celebrate upcoming Deepavali and mostly all my roommates and housemates are Indians! Whatever....

Been a long time didn't dine-in Pizza in Sungai Petani. The last time I went to Central Square Pizza Hut is around November last year (that quite a long time). Since last month had been craving for Pizzaaaa and today is my chance!

CS Pizza Hut has been upgraded with the wireless bell, I just knew it today =.=" It's quite convenient to call the waitress, because everytime they are busy of something.

The sweet waitress is so nice recommended the new flavour the Extreme Cheesy 6. Well, it's all about the mix of 6 different types of cheese! A heaven for cheesy lovers~ The cheeses included are Parmesan, Mozzarella, Romano, Cheddar, Provolone and Monterey Jack.

Understanding Some Computer Security

Found a project website by a student to student ^^ where the purpose is to teach different aspects of computer security. Many PC users found it is not safe to go Internet as hacker can hack into your lappie. But what the hacker really hack? So here I guess just simply briefing about the computer security. When you understand about it, you should know how to prevent them ^^ Good Luck~

First of all we start from Firewalls

Firewalls monitor incoming and outgoing online internet traffic on your computer. They examine incoming and outgoing data, acting like a filter to strain out the unwanted data and connections from the wanted data and connections. There are many excellent firewalls available for downloading off the internet for little or no charge.

A Firewall works similar to a door. It lets good things in and keeps the bad things out. Good firewalls will actively block any malicious incoming traffic while still allowing you to use the internet. Most firewalls will also prevent your computer from connecting to unwanted servers and from sending personal data to other computers or internet sites.

Now move to Internet Security

A major part of Internet security is having a firewall and anti-virus software. If a person stays on secure sites, and doesn't give out credit card numbers to any unsecure site to buy anything, they should be okay. When buy things on the Internet, one should stay on well-known sites with many users and traffic. This makes it harder for hackers to find credit card numbers and personal infromation. The software that is used by corporations is constantly getting better. It is more secure, almost impossible to hack into, and has excellent overall security. Encryption is used the popular web browsers, which makes it more secure.

What is Encryption?

Encryption is a security technique used to help prevent information from being intercepted on the internet. Encryption involves encoding any information sent between two computers so that only those two computers can read and understand the information. If a third party should happen to intercept the data, it would be illegible and completely useless without the key to unlock the code. Today, most popular browsers such as Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer contain encryption capabilities.

What to do when Downloading Security?

When downloading software or any data make sure you are on a trusted site. Also a firewall is a good protector from invasions through downloads. Anti-virus software is also a must when it comes to downloading any information or software from the internet. The anti-virus software can scan what you are downloading to make sure there are no viruses in the information or software you are receiving (I'm personally using Avast Anti-virus).

What Software?

Along with a firewall, software is the next most important block against hackers, viruses, etc. The most commonly used items today include: anti-trojan software and anti-virus software.

Anti-Trojan software reveals spys and hackers that are invading your computer privacy. A trojan is a program that is made up of two parts, the client and the server. Once you activate the server(clicking on it) it hides itself in your computer and opens all ports allowing hackers to access your computer. Some trojans steals passwords and send them to hackers through email. Also, some trojans allow the hacker to get into the hard drive which is very dangerous. But, the most dangerous and complicated trojan is the remote administration trojan, through this, the hacker can do about anything-seeing everything you type, all your passwords, dial up accounts, and pretty much anything they want.

Anti-Virus Software finds and deletes viruses from our computer files, and most anti-virus software will update itself for new viruses. Even if you have anti-virus software you should keep back-up files of your important data.

Even before a person connects their computer to the internet they should have an excellent anti-virus software. Most of the good software out there today has a remote server that can automatically update your virus protection.

You can also install a scanner that stays in your memory and scans all files before you open them, this is especially handy when using floppy disks.

To fully fight viruses you must know how they work. How they infect other files. Viruses can be made by overwritting the beginning of the file replacing it with their own infected code; usually these viruses are easy to detect because the program itself won't work, just the virus will. They also can be made adding a jump to the end of the file, where its code is located, and then continuing with a jump back to the beginning where it left off; these are usually harder to detect except they use a little bit more memory. The last type is the virus attached to the beginning of the file, but it doesn't change the makeup of the original. This the hardest to detect but this depends on how well it is written.

To Anti-Hacking

The only way to make a computer 100% hacker proof is to disconnect it from the internet or turn it off. Since this simply isn't feasible, the security-minded computer user attempts to make it 99% secure. There are a few common ways to accomplish this task.
They are:

    * Firewalls
    * Software
    * Basic Computer Precautions

The basic computer precautions to follow are:

    * Don't give out e-mail address to someone you don't know. This can cause unwanted emails or advertising material you don't want (spam).
    * The opening of any mail-not just attachments-is potentially dangerous to your computer. Even just the previewing of an infected email can do the damage.

Well, another one month here comes the moment of truth, the FINAL EXAM!!! Having a terrible marks for mid-sem still not hit on my nerve to start study, indeed addicted to holiday, holidays, and holidayss. Recently the humid weather is so nice to sleep and lazy-ing around, making everyone addicted to sleep.

Coming this week, is holiday week again due to Deepavali holiday and everyone insisting for longer holiday. I guess I just have to stay in the hostel all by alone again T.T

So, what I did on last month ehh >.< Just remembered shopping with the girls~ and celebrating on of the girl's birthday~ It was very fun outing since I've been steping in AIMST back. Nothing can beat the girls!

The Story of Pencil and Eraser

Pencil: I'm sorry
Eraser: For what? You didn't do anything wrong.
Pencil: I'm sorry cos you get hurt because of me. Whenever I made a mistake, you're always there to erase it. But as you make my mistakes vanish, you lose a part of yourself. You get smaller and smaller each time.
Eraser: That's true. But I don't really mind. You see, I was made to do this. I was made to help you whenever you do something wrong. Even though one day, I know I'll be gone and you'll replace me with a new one, I'm actually happy with my job. So please, stop worrying. I hate seeing you sad. Smile :)

I found this conversation between the pencil and the eraser very inspirational. Parents are like the eraser whereas their children are the pencil. They're always there for their children, cleaning up their mistakes. Sometimes along the way... they get hurt, and become smaller (older, and eventually pass on). Though their children will eventually find someone new (spouse), but parents are still happy with what they do for their children, and will always hate seeing their precious ones worrying, or sad.

"All my life, I've been the pencil.. And it pains me to see the eraser that is my parents getting smaller and smaller each day. For I know that one day, all that I'm left with would be eraser shavings and memories of what I used to have..."

Why life always have two choices? Why we must choose one out of two? Why you always have Set A and Set B fixed then forced me to choose either one? Is there any third choices? Learned a phrase today, "When you choose one thing, then you must give up on other thing". So do deeply thinking and choose wisely.

I always choose myself instead of others. And the result, I lost the other things too.
I chose myself instead of friends, result, I lost my bestie.
I chose myself instead of family, result, I lost my filial.
I chose myself instead of love, result, I lost my heart.
I chose myself instead of money, result, I lost my pride.

Although I always chose myself and lost other things, yet I gain new things.
I lost bestie, but I gain experiences.
I lost family, but I gain independent.
I lost love, but I gain freedom.
I lost money, but I gain dignity.

So people, sometimes we might make mistakes on making choices but try to think on the positive side. Life will more easier if we always have positive thinking... Cheers~

Almost one week I got mouth ulcer. Didn't seek for any doctor or pharmacist even my campus got one. It's damn pain when having meal, especially AIMST food that mostly is spicy. Only can eat bread slowly and drink a warm cereal. Wonder if i can diet if like this =.= but nothing changes. More worst, I'm playing with my ulcer with salt! Damn high! Now become double ulcer...

My new Geo lens with degree. Can't really see the blue colour when wearing them. Maybe is my eye balls too dark or too small =.= Will get a 3-tone lens soon. Till now haven't upload picture with lens... Soon soon...
