This is not based on viewership or any other arbit ratings.. It is just based on my preferences.
These are just 5 shows which i watch in my college and which airs on Mondays prime time.
I am a comp sci student, so it may tend to be in that direction but with the usual exceptions.

Accdng to my ratings.

5. The Big Bang Theory

It is a sitcom on 2 really nerdy and geeky roommates and not-so-geeky neighbour girl. They have 2 more friends one of whom thinks he is one of the best in the world and the other, an indian, who cannot talk before girls.
Genre: Comedy, Geeky.

4. Terminator : The Sarah Connor Chronicles

This is infact, story of the Terminator Series after Terminator II after which Arnold saves John Connor from getting killed. Here, they find more machines are sent from the future to their time. This takes place after 2 years after the movie is based. They find that there are more machines sent back to kill him and there is one machine sent to save him.
Genre : Science Fiction, Action, Thriller.

3. Heroes

This is a serial on how people find that they have superpowers and how they are brought to for a common purpose on saving the world. Likewise, there are heroes who are good and heroes who are bad and have very destructive power. Some of them have really cool powers.
Genre : Fantasy, Action, Science Fiction.

2. Chuck

This is a story on a nerdy computer guy (Chuck) who has a big database of government files downloaded into his brain ( believe it). He flashes on a government object when he sees one. He is then teamed up with an FBI Agent and a CIA Agent to catch the bad guys. This show is really funny. Also Chuck's office is one place where the show is really good.
Genre: Comedy, Action.

1. Prison Break

This is a story about a guy who goes into prison to save his brother who is innocently captured and tries to break out of the prison. This is one show which everyone will love definitely. The way the plots are written is really good. This is just not breaking out of the prison, they even have the story go on tell how the escape even after breaking out of prison. This is one show which has many twists in each episode.
Genre: Action, Thriller.

Some things which we find from the recently concluded India Sri Lanka Test Series in Sri Lanka

1. India are a long way from beating Australia in the Test Rankings.
2. Sehwag's one more fifty converted to century converted to 150 converted to a double century.
3. Sehwag is the only batsman who played spinners confidently.
4. India's first wicket patnership average is 71 with a run rate of 5.3 compared to srilanka's 8 and 2.92
5. Sehwag will definitely be a good test batsman who is entirely different from the fab 4.
6. Dinesh Karthick and Parthiv Patel both have a lot of catching to do.

Embedding Images in Gmail

This is one of the most common problems which people do face but they don't know yet how to embed images..

So here is the solution which worked for many and me..

1) Open the Gmail web page and login to your account

2) Navigate to the top left of your screen, and look for the Documents link

3) Click on Documents to open a new window called Google Docs

You are now working inside the Google Doc interface. All menu selections are now to be done within the Google Docs interface. Not your web browser menu bar

4) Click on New (inside Google Docs), a pull down window will appear. Select Document from the list

5) Click Insert; and a Menu will open with this window

6) Click on Image in the horizontal menu; the Insert Image dialog box will appear

7) Click on browse and look for the image on your computer or from a web URL

8) Select the image, and select open; browse to the image, or paste the url of the image

9) Click on the insert image button at the bottom of the dialogue box

10) The image will appear in the body of the blank document.

11) Copy the image (CTRL + A or right mouse click, and select copy, or CTRL + C)

12) Return to gmail and compose an email. In the body of the email, paste ( CTRL +V) and your image will appear.

and Just Enjoy Maadi..

By the way this is not the only way to do it..
There is also an alternative by uploading the image in www.imageshack.us where u can again select and paste it in the gmail compose editor..

Kitply Cup - India Pakistan Bangladesh

This is one of the Timepass Cups i think..
Because no one showed any interest even if it was a Ind-Pak Tie which is so famously known.. This was the after-effects of the IPL obviously....

The final was so good it almost gave some hope for the ODIs with Twenty20 being so popular.

Anyway, Gambhir is becoming so consistent that he may become like one of the greats like the fab four of our team.
Sehwag has carried his form from the IPL

The Most Part which i liked in the Kitply Cup is that India always maintained a run rate of 7.5 Everytime except the final maybe.. but it is always good .. if they can have it consistently India may become a good side and may beat records.

Also The bowlers in the Indian Team were pathetic.. there were no good bowlers.. no wicket taking capability of any except Praveen Kumar who has been impressing everyone..

So obviously Pak being under pressure from their chairman did put up a good display in the Final.. But if Butt or Younis Khan had got out before the 25th over then it would have been India's day..

Also many feel that Dhoni did spoil the match.. As for them,,,, wat they think is really crap.. If they were 7 wickets down and you want your only batsman try to hit shots..

Wat dhoni did was absolutely right.. he cant play the shots as he is required .. he did the good thing by making Pathan play the big shots..

It was the fault of the top order which failed the Indians this time..

So Anyway the big cup is coming.. The Asia Cup.. where India Pakistan Sri lanka matches would be really good i think..

First Semifinal :

Rajasthan Royals Vs Delhi Daredevils :

This Match was blown away by Rajasthan Royals in both the aspects of the game.. be it bowling or batting

Rajasthan did not find any new match-winners at all. it is the same batsman who batted and the same bowlers who bowled well..

Batsmen being Smith, Asnodkar, Pathan and Watson
Bowlers being Tanvir, Watson, Warne and Munaf.

Delhi just couldnt handle the pressure of chasing the 200 score and when their awesome trio left , the game was as Much as over

Second Semifinal

Chennai Superkings Vs Kings XI Punjab

This Match was just over after an hour it started.
Chennai being the underdogs just rattled the best batting team in the IPL.
Shaun Marsh just couldnt handle Gony and Ntini. and none of the other batsman as well.

The batting of Chennai eventhough it was a bit weak finished the match with Parthiv and Raina half centuries. Raina's Awesome form continued

The Final

Rajasthan Royals Vs Chennai Superkings

For Whosoever thought it before IPL started, no one would have expected this kind of a final.
Rajasthan ( The Unexpected ) and Chennai ( Whose Mana potion had deserted them)

Anyway,

The finals started off well with chennai batting.
The looked a worthy opponent to Rajasthan with their controlled aggression but they should have got 10-20 runs more in the 10 -15 overs range.

Eventhough they had posted some 170 runs on the board which could be very good.

When Rajasthan started batting.. they just kept losing wickets as chennai stuck to a plan and were really determined to win it by their cool nature. It was Yusuf Pathan who just couldnt bat when he came as he was fully tensed and still got the man of the match. Everyone talks about his 4 sixers but no one talked about how he struggled early in the match. If pathan got out in the start then Chennai would have won definitely.

Even the last over climax could have been good had Balaji not bowled that wide and Parthiv being more attentive. Anyway no one expected Chennai to win.
Still they were as good as Rajasthan in all departments

Also this one point i do want to stress

Chennai didnt get a free day after their semi finals.. if you do see the fielding standards in all the games, they were good. but you could see a difference in their fielding in the semifinal and final itself. It may well be because of their much needed rest after their wonderful Semifinal.

Anyway people keep telling the deserved won. Maybe .. But if Chennai had won then there would have been controversy on the nature of 20-20 itself that it is unpredictable and would have brought down chennai's stature. Who Knows what would have happened..

The Much Awaited match - Chennai Superkings Vs Deccan Chargers is done and Chennai have arrived victorious.. this makes them one of the semifinalists in the inaugural indian premier league.

So the List of Semifinals are

Rajasthan Royals Vs Delhi Daredevils.

First Match : Delhi Won By 25 balls to spare
Second Match : Rajasthan Won by 5 balls to spare.

So this match would be good with the result going either way.

Kings XI Punjab Vs Chennai Superkings

First Match : Chennai won by 30 Runs.
Second Match : Chennai won by 15 Runs almost getting Punjab all out.

The second match being so tight could mean that semifinal is going to be electrifying.

The Mumbai Indians Vs Royal Challengers match has become a dead rubber which they would play only for pride.

Mumbai which is currently in 6th position might come to 5th if wins.
Bangalore if wins, would make it 5 wins totally retaining 7th position.

If Mumbai lose, they would make an interesting trend - 4 Losses 6 Wins and again 4 Losses.

The Race for the semifinals in the Inaugural Indian Premier League is getting heated up..

Rajasthan and Mohali have already booked their seats..

and the 3 contenders for the 2 slots are :

Mumbai Indians : On 12 Points with 2 matches left.
Chennai Superkings : On 14 Points with 1 match left.
Delhi Daredevils : On 15 Points with no match left.

So the Result of the Match
Mumbai Indians Vs Rajasthan Royals was crucial for all the three teams..

So the Result was Mumbai Indians lost and Rajasthan Royals won by hitting 15 Runs Off the Last over..

So the semifinal dynamics has changed..
Now it is Certain that Delhi Daredevils are going to the semi finals..

So it'll be Mumbai Indians and Chennai Superkings who are going to battle it out for the last seat in the semifinals train.

Both Mumbai and Chennai now have one match left with chennai having 2 points lead.. but Mumbai has a better run rate than chennai almost more than by 0.8

So the match Chennai Superkings Vs Deccan Chargers is of atmost importance to both teams..

So the Result

The Point table looks like this..

Rajasthan and Mohali already qualified..

Chennai needs 1 win to qualify off 2 matches.
Delhi needs to win 1 win an also hope that Chennai or Mumbai doesnt qualify
Mumbai needs 2 wins off 3 matches to qualify.

So the Result of this weeks is like

Chennai Vs Jaipur == Chennai Lost.
Mumbai Vs Delhi == Delhi Won and Mumbai Lost.

so this makes the situation interesting..

Delhi is on 15 points
Chennai is on 14 points ( 1 match remaining)
Mumbai is on 12 Points ( 2 matches remaining)

So if chennai lose the next match it'll be like Delhi is qualified and Mumbai has to lose both the matches or just lose one very badly to get a lower run rate than Chennai..

Mumbai needs to win one or two depending on Chennai's result.. if chennai wins they'll have to win both otherwise they'll have to win one.. bcos chennai has a very bad run rate..

So this week will tell all the results which would be very entertaining for the the least..

it is Mumbai Vs Jaipur and Chennai Vs Deccan for the next 2 days..

The reason is that there are some websites that allow Google but not unregistered or you. 1. Right click on “My Computer,” choose “Properties” from that menu.

3. Click the “Error Reporting” button.

The Annoying dumprep.exe tool is disabled now..

You can safely disable this largely useless feature (and thus speed up your computer in crash-situations)

Microsoft provided tool called “Windows Error Dump Reporting,” or “dumprep.exe,” is creating a file containing information about the error that can later be sent back to Microsoft, where it will be summarily ignored along with millions of other error reports.(atleast it seems like that)...
