<p>The footwear industry at this time is very rapidly growing, especially in material aspects, construction between upper and bottom, manufacturing techniques, to model variants which each have an influence in the formation of design concepts and design development of the footwear product. In the determination of design decisions relating to the model of footwear products, there are elements of design that became part of the form elements, namely color, material character, the concept of pattern pieces are also unique motifs that each provide visual reinforcement so that each product will have Different originality values.</p>
<p>The process of designing footwear products made in SME is often done by imitation or popularly called &#8220;ATM&#8221;, ie “Amati”, “Tiru” and “Modifikasi”. Such a product development thinking pattern will not result in innovation values in the product, even such imitative habits will shape their mentality tends to be more lazy to innovate and not creative to produce new products.</p>
<p>One possible attempt by craftsmen to get the original and easy to do value is the use of the &#8220;stilasi&#8221; method, an attempt to discover new forms by simplifying the shape of a particular object. The process of simplifying the shape of an object is generally done on the design of traditional ornaments of the archipelago. By studying the process of creating these traditional ornaments, there will be found a basic method that can be used to develop novelty values, originality and design uniqueness in handicraft products including in footwear products. This idea development method will then be taught to the craftsmen to be able to empower their creation ability to develop the products they make.</p>

<p>Beban termal yang terjadi pada bangunan dapat mengakibatkan degradasi pada struktur baja dan menyebabkan keruntuhan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh beban termal disertai beban angin terhadap respon dari struktur bangunan baja lima belas lantai yang berfungsi sebagai perkantoran dengan mempertimbangkan degradasi propertis baja, reduksi beban hidup dan beban mati tambahan, serta kecepatan penanganan pemadaman. Simulasi terbagi menjadi tiga kasus yaitu penanganan pemadaman kebakaran cepat, penanganan pemadaman kebakaran lambat, dan penentuan beban termal kritis. Analisis struktur dilakukan dengan bantuan software ETABS. Hasil simulasi kebakaran menunjukkan semakin tinggi temperatur maka stress ratio dari elemen struktur makin membesar. Pada penentuan beban termal kritis diperoleh bahwa besar beban termal yang dapat menyebabkan minimal satu elemen struktur utama mengalami kegagalan pada umumnya berbeda pada lantai level bawah, tengah, dan atas. Pada studi kasus ini diperoleh beban temperatur kritis paling besar yaitu pada lantai level atas.</p>

<p>ABSTRACT</p>
<p>Thermal load on the building can lead into the degradation of steel structure and cause collapse. This study analyze the effect of thermal along with wind loads on the response of fifteen stories steel structure building which serves as an office by considering the degradation of steel properties, the reduction of live load and super imposed dead load, and the speed of handling the extinguishing. This simulation is divided into three cases which are fast handling of extinguishing, slow handling of extinguishing, and the determination of the critical thermal load. Structural analysis will be done using the ETABS software. The result of fire simulation showed that when the temperature is higher, the stress ratio of structural elements will also expand. In the determination of the critical thermal load, it is obtained that the thermal loads which can cause failure in minimum one major structural element are generally different at the bottom, middle, and top level of stories. In this case study, the highest critical temperature load is on the top level.</p>

<p>Perancangan dari jembatan membutuhkan konsep dasar perancangan struktur yang mencakup keamananan dan utilitas. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya evaluasi terhadap peraturan pembebanan yaitu SNI 1725:2016, berdasarkan pengukuran beban aktual kendaraan dalam kendaraan bergerak. Data beban kendaraan (WIM) yang diperoleh dari Puslitbang Jalan dan Jembatan diolah secara probabilistik dan statistik dengan bantuan software Microsoft Excel dan EasyFit 5.5 untuk memperoleh kombinasi beban maksimum pada struktur jembatan beton prategang box girder dengan total panjang 160 m dan lebar 9 m yang dimodelkan dengan software Midas Civil 2011. Dari hasil analisis struktur diperoleh bahwa gaya dalam momen lentur maksimum akibat beban nominal standar dalam SNI 1725:2016 sebesar 29.768,24 kNm, lebih tinggi dibanding momen lentur maksimum akibat kombinasi beban terukur WIM yaitu 24.443 kNm. Sebaran momen lentur akibat beban kendaraan hasil pengukuran WIM mengikuti distribusi lognormal. Kemungkinan momen lentur maksimum akibat beban SNI terlampaui adalah 0,00139%. Indeks reliabilitas dari struktur jembatan terhadap beban hasil pengukuran WIM yaitu 4,30 yang terjadi pada girder bagian lapangan serat bawah. Resiko kegagalan yang diperoleh yaitu 𝑃𝐹 = 8,577 x 10-6. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur jembatan telah didesain secara konservatif karena memiliki resiko kegagalan yang lebih kecil dari target reliabilitas β = 3,50 atau 3,72.</p>

<p>ABSTRACT</p>
<p>Bridge requires basic concept of structural design which includes security and utilities. To ensure those requirements, an evaluation of the load regulation standards, SNI 1725:2016, based on actual vehicular moving load is needed in order to know whether the quantity of the load is too conservative or not. The vehicular load data (WIM) which obtained from Puslitbang Jalan dan Jembatan is processed probabilistic and statistically using Microsoft Excel and EasyFit 5.5 to obtain the maximum load combination on the structure of prestressed concrete box girder bridge with a total length of 160 m and a width of 9 m which was modeled using Midas Civil 2011. The analysis result showed that the maximum bending moment due to standard nominal load of SNI 1725:2016 is 29,768.24 kNm, higher than the maximum bending moment due to the combination of the measured load (WIM) which is 24,443 kNm. The distribution of bending moment due to measured vehicular load (WIM) is lognormal. The maximum bending moment due to standard nominal vehicular load (SNI) has probability of exceedance of 0.00139%. Realibity index of the bridge structure to the load measurement (WIM) is 4,3 which occurred in the bottom fiber of mid-span-6 girder. The risk of failure obtained by 𝑃𝐹 = 8.577 x 10 . This indicates that bridge structure has been designed conservatively because the risk of failure is lower than the reliability target β = 3.50 or 3.72.</p>

<p>HTTP routing merupakan suatu cara untuk menangani pemetaan URL dalam aplikasi web. Dari situs laravelbook.com dijelaskankomponen Laravel memiliki penambahan yaitu blok routing, dibandingkan dengan Symfony yang merupakan pendahulunya. Laravel menyediakan pendekatan painless routing (dari situs laravel.com) untuk menerapkan routing pada aplikasi web.Laravel pada situs resminya tidak menjelaskan secara mendetail mengenai konsep routing. Hal tersebut yang menjadi fokus penelitian untuk mengkaji syarat, fungsi dan peran, cara kerja, dan apa yang menjadi kelebihan dan kekurangan dengan fitur-fitur routing pada Laravel versi 5.0. Peneliti melakukan pengujian mengukur jumlah langkah pembuatan URI terhadap routing Laravel dan cara konvensional yang menyerupai routing Laravel, hasilnya Laravel memiliki langkah sekali deklarasi dibandingkan secara konvensional. Peneliti tidak menemukan kekurangan dari pengunaan routing pada Laravel tetapi developerharus memahami konsep routing pada Laravel tersebut sebagai konsekuensinya.</p>

<p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p>
<p>HTTP routing is a way to handle URL mappings in the web application. From the site of laravelbook.com described laravel have additional routing component, compared with Symfony which is the predecessor. Laravel provide painless approach routing (from laravel.com sites) to implement routing in a web application. Laravel on the official website did not elaborate on the concept of routing. This is exactly the focus of research to assess the requirements, functions and role, ways of working, and what the advantages and disadvantages with routing features on laravel version 5.0. Researchers conducted a test to measure the number of steps for making URI against laravel routing and conventional ways that resemble routing laravel, laravel result has once steps than conventional declarations. Researchers did not find the lack of use of the routing on laravel but developers must understand the concept of routing on the laravel as a consequence.</p>

<p>Opinion retrieval is a search system by the user, where in the information needed is more of opinion than a fact. The method used for opinion retrieval system is probabilistic latent semantic analysis (PLSA). The search proses opinion sentences with opinion retrieval system have some steps, the documents processed in text processing, should be form matrix value term. The PLSA method gives matrix values to calculate e-step, m-step, decomposition matrix, and likelihood value. The similarities calculating process in opinion sentence and query used cosine similarity formula. So it has similarity value as identified opinion sentence. The result of testing in document with 5 query words, it has highest score for kappa statistic testing 0.152432875 with kappa slight interpretation.</p>
