Like i said in the previous post, because of my shout out i posted in facebook..i received an advice from someone whom i have lost contact with for more than 10 years.

We found one another in facebook recently (i think 1 month after i got married) and have added each other into our friend list. All these while, i have only spoken to her twice in facebook. Once to congratulate her on her upcoming (then) wedding and recently wishing her happy birthday. That was the only contact we’ve made over the past 10 years.

And with that two contact we’ve made, she seems to be thinking she knows me very well already. ( well, that’s how i feel..i mean she must be right?? Because she can write me an email and give me an advice… AMPLE advice some more she said, LOL)

I for once won’t and will never give an advice to someone whom i do not know very well , whats more if i don’t know the whole story. I think it’s plain rude to do so and most probably you will only be looking for trouble by offending your friends apalagi kalau you like to go on an ASSUMING MODE! That’s really no good!

Well this dear friend of mine did exactly just that…she send me an advice, going on ASSUMING MODE on the whole situation… and the way she gave me the advice…OMG!! It came across to me, not as an advice but pretty much like someone who has nothing else better to do but just being plain NOSY!

That’s exactly what she wrote to me in my FB email….Now if you were me… wouldn’t you be offended with that? What does she meant by “KITA ISTERI YG BAIK BAIK GADUH DLM BILIK KN”??

Is she trying to tell me im no good as a wife??Is she telling me she is a good wife? What and who gave her that idea? Is it because she recently became someone’s wife so she is a good wife now and have the whole idea on how to become a good wife already??

I mean, even if i wanna fight with my husband in public, is that your problem? Even if i wanna scream and shout .. is that your problem? And kalau pun sia mau bernaked in my fb…will that be your issue as well and will give me an advice?

As human, i believe everything has it’s limit… and giving advice not knowing the head and tails of the whole matter is one of them….secondly, if you do not know that person well… that’s already your BIG BIG BIG Sign telling you…BACK OFF! Geez….

If you are wondering did i reply her email back..HELL YEA i did…LOL! Let’s just say her reply back after that …. TYPICAL THEM…..
I’m close minded person, different religion ( what does this gotta do with the whole thing ar?), She met the wrong person( that’s me she referring too) and i am someone who can’t accept advice apparently….

“thinking to myself, won’t everyone react the same way as me kalau you don’t know the person well apalagi bila teda contact for 10 years plus and then out of the blue.. Your friend mau pandai pandai bagi advice and main assume ja the whole situation without knowing head and tails of it??” Kalau kau inda react like me… i salute you la that you can let people “intrude’ your life.

Hmmm… anyway.. i think i need some serious Branson Missouri vacation already la… too much shit crap, nosy people lately in my facebook and i definitely need to delete those people off from my life…… Husband says it will do me good which i agree with that 100% too!

1- I would definitely go to the loo and pee more often! I need to train my target right, right?? I definitely would not want to mess the toilet with careless and messy target…hahahhahaha

2- I would definitely look and admire my “BROTHER” since  i only have 1 day with it anyway…hahahah. I have been living with Vijajay for 29 years now…one day admiring and just admiring  the Brother no harm kan?? hahahahahaha..

3- I would look at women boob and see how will my brother react, will it stand or will it just stay calm… i mean, most guys tell me they get turned on seeing booby…and i for sure want to know how uncomfortable it can be when you trying hard to ask willie to calm down. LOL!

4-How exciting can it be scratching the crotch area  in public verses doing it in private, i know it’s gross but hey we women never have the guts to do that in open!! But with men… it’s  just so easy! I for sure have seen more than 20 of them now in my entire life!

5- How it feels like to have armpit hair without worrying how it will look like. Hmm come to think of it, mesti busuk gila tu…eeeeeeee, YUCK! I wonder will it be itchy to have thick armpit hair?? OH GROSS!!! Geezzz….imagination going overdrive mode now…

6- I like man with chest hair, i think it’s sexy, so for sure i want to have chest hair if i turned into man for a day but not super freaking thick chest hair la..just nice would do.. and i would not mind showing it off man…hahahhahaha…hmm imagining me as guy having chest hair make me feel sexayyyyyy already…wahahahhahahahaha!! “Gosh, i think i’m sick in the head..why do i have to do this to myself?”

7- How it feel like to woo and kiss a woman. hahahahah… jeng jeng jeng… ada sifat sifat mau jadi lesbian i hear?? hahahahahah… told you my imagination going on overdrive now…and maybe i am a lesbo??? You’ll never know kan?? wahahahahaha… JAGAAAAAAAAAA!!!

Lately the weather has been bit coo coo too here in KL…sungguh the panas… wish i have that super good home ventilation machine to help cool down the heat, but nope… pakai kipas sajala..full blast!

Been busy too lately with my trainers exam. Travelling up and down Kl area..sigh.. i hate travelling di kl.. sudah la jam, parking mahal, tol banyak… makanan in the mall pun super expensive! GAHHHH!

Anyhow, i just wanna tell you all that im still here alive an dkicking..blog update will be bit slow for now..busy with work so i guess that’s it for me today.

Ok,so Im married but that doesn’t mean i need to go into bonking frenzy fest and get pregnant in an instance, righttttttttt??

When i say, i eat a lot more lately and always feel hungry  does that mean i am pregnant sudah?  Don’t they ever think it may be because of my monthly cycle is coming to visit me?

Worse orang yang suka buat guessing game ni kan…semua orang yang sia inda rapat with..people yang jarang sia jumpa… or talk with even… aiya..kepoh sungguh!

I dont know about you, but i do feel PREGNANCY TOPIC  is a sensitive issue to be put as a guessing game.. and the fact that some people like to put words into my status that’s really stupid! You know what i mean? Like when someone said… “i think you are pregnant mel” or ” na, pregnant sudah kau tu mel kalau macam tu” I would like to ask you this- How do you know?? You see my body? You checked my body? You are my body? You feel what i feel? and how do you know i can conceive or not in the first place? Sigh, why can’t people have the brain to be bit more sensitive about this topic ar??

Rest assure guys, when im pregnant i will tell the whole world about it… i will..but for now,let Dan and i do what we need to do, ok

Im tired of having to explain myself every month on FB…i know i don’t need to explain but it just irritate the freak out of me all the time.

I have a feeling that next year will be a huge year for me.. a good freaking huge year

Not only i will be celebrating our first wedding anniversary but also my 30th  birthday at one go!  Isn’t that something??!!! Hehehe.. i mean i feel like i have achieved huge thing at the age of 30. I’m married, will be celebrating our 1st anniversary and then at the same time i live to reached the age of 30! Yeay! Oh and not to forget…. im almost debt free now, BIG FREAKING YEAY to that! NO more credit cards debts…YEEEHAAAA!!! The only thing that i have to worry about still is my car insurance

If you ask me 10 years ago how do i feel about hitting the number 30! I am sure i would be telling you…NOOOOOO, not the 30!! LOL! But after going through the whole up and down in my 20′s, i am soooooo happy that i will be hitting 30 and i’m proud of myself for what i have achieved all these years.

I wonder what will be in store for me in my 30′s. I hope and pray that everything will be well and better than my 20′s. That will be a great 30th and 30′s birthday gifts for me

Anyway, what ever it is… i am already feeling the good vibes coming for me in my 30′s!

Perhaps, ikle me and ikle Daniel coming soon?? ( Daniel can’t wait to be dad actually and me…it freaks the hell out of me.. No, not the part of being a mom scares me..but the labor pain! hahahahahahahahahah) and NOOOOOOOOO, im not pregnant YET…. If it happen this year..im thankful for that but if not… we will definitely try to conceive next year, i should be 100% prepared by then im sure

I have heard so many stories saying that they’ve gained weight during  Ramadan month instead of losing or maintaining the weight. Indulging Ramadan bazaar food and lacking of exercise is the main culprit for it.

Anyway, let me just go straight to the point.

During Ramadan month, if you think you need to stop working out and stop visiting your gym and freeze your membership, STOP there! You should not even be thinking of doing that ( that’s a big NO NO)… instead you should continue with your work out routine so you can maintain what you have achieved all these while as much as you can and not going backward or downhill instead. Maintaining it is much easier than to start all over again.

All you need to do is-

1. Cut down your workout time from 1 hour half ( usual day workout time) to 30-45min a day only. You can split your workout routine to 15-20 min of cardio, 15-20 min resistance and 10 min of flexibility/stretching.
2. Decrease your workout intensity to 50% to 65% of your maximum heart rate.  Ramadan month is not the right time to set or try to achieve a new target for your training routine but this is the month where you should try and maintain your fitness level as much as you can.
3. Stay within your normal diet as much as you can, changing diet 360 degree in a blink of an eye is crazy!( to me at least) but reduce the intake of fried, spicy, salty,sweet and sour food. Eat balance meal that consist of complex carb, high fiber food,protein and healthy fats.
4. AND drink plenty, plenty of H2O when you can. This will help you rehydrate yourself and cleanse your system at the same time!  General rules, you will need 8 -9 cups of water a day.
5. Get enough sleep and rest during Ramadan month. 7-8 hours of sleep a day will help you to go through your daily routine while fasting.

Hope this lil info will help you maintain healthy lifestyle and have a blessed Ramadan.

I don’t know how cute can a door chime look like but i think what i really want is er… something unique…ours dah nak kaput and on top of that..Domino’s pizza and  McD’s delivery people just could not locate our door bell button! Serious! I just don’t understand why..in fact the door bell was pasted/stick on just next to the main grill! Entah la… maybe the wall color and the door bell dekat sama kut..hence why they can’t see? So yep, if you know where to get one…tell me ok?  Once, i nearly bought the big ass door bell.. you know like the olden days door bell? Main gantung ja di luar tu? hahahha..just so that they can see…

Since Germany is not in the final ( how i wish they were in) i will be supporting  Holland. since my brother support this team. Beside…there’s  TONNES of Spain supporter out there… i guess it won’t hurt spain if i sokong holland now kan?? I love  supporting underdog team

Im not a big football fan to be honest… but this world cup… i don’t know why.. sia minat pula mau tengok… heheh.. i think im picking up the game now. I have bit of  progression sudah.. at least i now know what’s OFFSIDE … learned it during England VS Germany game.

So this world cup… i have been supporting these few teams.. But of cos pilihan pertama is Germany la… tapi bila German tiada game..i support Korea, Holland and Ghana just because…. they are underdog team..and at time they really can surprise you with their games… just like Holland.. siapa la sangka yg dia akan sampai final?? Semua bilang..Brazil, England ( ahem) , Spain, Argentina…bla bla bla… tapi satu pun teda yang sia dengar cakap Holland. Naaaa…now see.. Holland is in the final.. Yang lain pilihan utama pi mana?? Putih mata ja la …except for Spain la…

Anyhow… I wish Holland all the best and to Germany team..See you in Euro and the next world cup! And oh, that Germany coach Joachim Low… is superbly hot for his age..don’t you think so heheheh

Like i said earlier, i never find men with monolid attractive at all but i don’t know why.. It’s totally the opposite with Marcell. I, myself terkejut that i find him sexy. LOL!

Not only i find him sexy…tapi he have this gorgeous looking body too and oh…he can sing!!

Maybe it’s because he has that skin head ( eh betul ka tu? Yang rambut pendek ala ala botak ni?) And that goatee of his..or janggut pendek what ever you call it la… cos i tend to admire men with that style,  Just see la ba who i  married at the end…hahaha..Mr botak and his goatee
