<p>Time flies soooooooo fast!!! I never feel like it has been two years now, well almost two years that is since the day that i got married to Daniel. I still feel like baru ja kami kahwin.</p>
<p>In 3 more months, we will be celebrating our 2nd anniversary sudah and believe it or not.. i am already thinking what to give to him. I always find it hard to buy him present, seriously. I don&#8217;t know what to give him every time, so i believe by thinking way ahead will help me a lot in term of what to buy and also my budget.</p>
<p>How i wish buying gifts to guy is as easy as buying gifts to a woman. I have gone over to<a href="	http://www.berries.com/gifts-husband-SGH" target="_blank"> hubby gift idea</a> tapi i need something that can last longer than strawberries.</p>
<p>Hmm&#8230; do you have any idea? What do you think is the best gift to give to your husband on second anniversary? Or if you don&#8217;t mind, maybe you can share what did you give to your husband during your second anniversary? <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My journey to kk was very  adventure s this time around. We made 2 road trips this year. First trip was going to Sandakan and the second to Kudat.</p>
<p>I really enjoyed this road trip. Banyak sia nampak but unfortunately inda banyak gambar yang sia ambil.  Malas pula sia ..LOL!</p>
<p>My Sandakan trip was  to go and visit my sister&#8217;s family and my dad and of cos, to celebrate CNY too.. after 11 years, ni la first time sia balik for CNY. I have forgotten how meriah CNY can be.. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />   I missed the PAI NIAN but i managed to burned joss stick for my grandparents. Itu pun satu hari lambat..heheh sebab we arrived Sandakan late eve sudah and mom habis with the pai nian already.</p>
<p>The thing i like the most about this year CNY was the mandi tengah malam buang soi tradition.. hahahha. I really find it fun and cool! We had our water splashing time at my sister&#8217;s <a href="http://www.gazebocreations.com/spl/structurecategory/pergolas/4" target="_blank">cedar pergola</a> ( cewah, prasan! Padahal porch ja), sambil teriak teriak GONG XI FA CAI..hahah betul betul macam cina tulen..padahal.. campuran family ja. I also love and enjoy the fact that my hub&#8230; walaupun dia born Christian and do not have chinese blood in him at all&#8230; he actually follow this tradition of &#8220;water splashing&#8221; time with us and that is really special for me. It makes me feel like he really appreciate,respect  and honor my family. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>As for our Kudat trip. My very first trip to Kudat ( Yes, 30 years of my life.. i never been to Kudat, how sad is that?) and we head to TIP OF BORNEO. OMG! I never knew Tip of borneo is that cantik! The water was so clear and cleannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.. This place have not been too commercialized yet which is good.. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />   Hopefully this place will be kept that way..</p>
<p>After tip of borneo, we went ahead to Bavanggazo for a night stay. It&#8217;s about 50 km away from tip of borneo. This again is my very first time staying and living in a long house. The experience was awesome for me <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  The Tuan Rumah served us with KG food. YUMMY! Sayur kg like lomiding, sayur manis, payaya muda masak inda tau apa (LOL) paku pakis, ikan goreng and ayam masak kicap! Punya la sedapppppppppppppppppp&#8230;and oh the CILI!!! Must try the cili padi of kudat&#8230;superrrrrrrrrrr pedas and ada UMP! Fuyoh..sia lapar pula teringat tu makanan.. celaka. I need to masak la ni today. There goes my diet..erk!</p>
<p>Anyway, after the dinner they did some dance show performance. We dance to the bamboo dance.. er i don&#8217;t know what you call it.. maybe mogunatip?  and then the traditional Rungus dance.. it was fun, fun night!</p>
<p>I also learn this stick game trick, it&#8217;s actually  test your IQ game.. i now have it at home.. would love to see how my trainers and colleague play this thing.. see how fast they can take the string out from the stick. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

I started mine with not so good health but i have been blessed with good things to kick of my year. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  So that kinda balance it off i guess..</p>
<p>My year started  with me getting very bad lower back pain&#8230; guess i&#8217;ve pulled it somewhere somehow without me realizing it. It was so bad! I  feel like there&#8217;s tonnes of needle poking my back!</p>
<p>Thank God now i could walk without feeling much pain.. it still there but.. it has subside tremendously compare to last week. And you know what?   It was such a bad timing ,  i got this pain just day before i fly back to kk&#8230; <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  imagine the long flight journey&#8230;omg!  The 6 hours journey drive back to Sandakan made it worse! ERK!</p>
<p>While i was having my back pain/pull&#8230; Damn cough, sore throat and flu decided to give me a visit.. OMG! This was the part i hate the most.. imagine having back muscle pain.. every time you cough, sneeze or any sudden movement pulls your lower back muscle&#8230;PUNYA LA MAIN INDA SELESA!!!! This is the time i can feel all my core muscle start contracting..</p>
<p>I HATE! I HATE! I HATE!!!!! But wait&#8230; 2012  early year soi have not decided to let me go so easy YET .. guess what&#8217;s next???</p>
<p>MIGRAINE!! Argggggggg&#8230; 2 days in a row! This time punya migraine bukan ringan ringan&#8230; <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  sampai tahap mau muntah ba me.. so bad <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  Because of my migraine.. i&#8217;ve missed the fun in kk.. the mini gathering <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />   To everyone, siou kio that i have to leave early.. next trip kita berjumpa lagi <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Ah.. if you think that was the end of my misery.. tettttttttttttttttt you are soooooooooooooo wrong!</p>
<p>Just as i reached home from airport yesterday&#8230; i found out i have one little lump on my neck.. just below my left jaw line .. near my ear and this bugger stings! Small lump but its hard and it painful! I feel like i have 3rd heart beat there&#8230;:( mau cakap mumps tapi bukan, Doctor bilang you can only get it  once in your live&#8230; though i remember  i got this like twice or three time when i was younger&#8230; i suffered banyak sebab mumps! Entah la&#8230;.</p>
<p>So now, aside from having to suffer mild lower back pull, sore throat and cough ( yes i&#8217;m still having this symptom) i have my lump to worry about..sigh.. Doc bilang if hari tiga tidak juga baik&#8230;i have to go back and see him&#8230; i really hope this is nothing serious la&#8230;sigh&#8230;</p>
<p>Anyhow.. do you know where  to get <a href="http://www.plasticprinters.com/businesscards/" target="_blank">plastic business card</a> here in kl? Macam cool pula ada card macam tu ..LOL!</p>

<p>This was suppose to be done last week Friday but because i have VIPR training on Sunday and i know i will be FRIED with VIPR.. so i decided to postpone it till today.. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  and oh, i can&#8217;t wait to touch VIPR again! If you want to know what is VIPR and how to work with it.. just youtube it&#8230; heh, the wonder of youtube, huh?</p>
<p>This workout will strengthen your cardiovascular, heart, core and upper body. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Easy simple workout, but good cardio blast as well as toning up those arms&#8230;. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>As usual, my warm up is 15% incline on treadmill, 4.7 speed for 20 min.</p>
<p>Workout routine:</p>
<p>You will need to do this workout for 18 rounds. 50 sec work, 10 sec rest.</p>
<p>1- Push up, burpees and 10 front kickboxing jab.</p>
<p>2- Dive bomber</p>
<p>3- Push up, Burpees and 10 uppercut</p>
<p>4- Elevated plank ( moving plank)</p>
<p>5- Push up, burpees and 10 front elbow.</p>
<p>6- Barbell bicep curl with jump jack. &#8211; Do 1 bicep curl and 1 jump jack.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>My abs challenge : 1 min work , 10 sec rest. Do each of exercise 1 round only! This should take you 4 mins.</p>
<p>1- Lying leg raises</p>
<p>2- Abs crunch on Bosu</p>
<p>3- Side plank hip lift ( R)</p>
<p>4- Same as above ( L)</p>
<p>So yes, this was my easy upper body workout but very challenging at the same time. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hah, Im suppose to write this post last night but being a wife and trying to be healthy is really not an easy task to do you know&#8230;:P even after penat penat you training, i still have to  go back and cook dinner for the hubby&#8230;so penat punya pasal.. i didn&#8217;t give the update last night. Sorry peeps.</p>
<p>So this is my second workout for the week ( strength training that is&#8230;)</p>
<p>As usual i start my training with a warm up on treadmill incline walk 15% for 20 min with speed of average 4.5/4.7.</p>
<p>I got this training routine from Marriane from myomytv.com. Please refer to her website for video. I have change my method for this workout. Instead of using kettlebell, i used double handled medicine ball weighing 9kg.</p>
<p>The routines</p>
<p>18 rounds of workout. Work for 1 min, rest 20 sec.</p>
<p>1- Squat to shoulder press to reverse lunges ( L)</p>
<p>2- Same on the other leg.</p>
<p>3- Bent over alternating back row</p>
<p>4- Elevated plank climber</p>
<p>5- Single leg dead lift ( L) using 7kg plates</p>
<p>6- Same on the other leg.</p>
<p>Then move on to TABATA Challenge.</p>
<p>1- Medicine ball swing &#8211; 9kg</p>
<p>2- Dynamic squat.</p>
<p>At the end, i added another round of abs challenge. ( This was  not featured  from myomytv.com workout)</p>
<p>50 sec work 10 sec rest</p>
<p>1- Lower abs- Bench knee tuck</p>
<p>2- Upper abs &#8211; Crunch to press</p>
<p>3- Lower abs and oblique- Leg raise and cycle.</p>
<p>Happy trying people.</p>
<p>Today i decided to give my body a rest.. gonna do my next routine on Friday, Upper body routine.</p>

<p>Ok, so today my workout consist of leg challenge workout. I feel like i have neglected my leg for so long although i actually work on it every other workout i do.. mm entah la.. so i decided to do legs workout only today.</p>
<p>I was pretty happy with the result of this workout.  I love the fact that my legs got really tired towards the 8 sets&#8230; <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' />  and i burned total of 607 kcal in 1hour5 min workout.  I&#8217;m sure by tomorrow i will be walking funny..heheh.</p>
<p>Anyway here&#8217;s my workout routine for today. It will really help you tone up your bum, thighs, core and quads.. good for you if you are looking to have sexy firm round butt! <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>My warm up consist of walking on treadmill for 20 min. I was on incline 15% for 18 min with the speed of 4.7 ( this is actually kinda slow for me but i wanted to go slow)  The first 3 min was on 4.5%, speed of 4.5 also.</p>
<p>my workout:</p>
<p>you got to do this for 10 rounds. Yes, you read that right&#8230; 10 rounds of each workout! <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Your routine should be like this: Go through exercise 1,2,3,4. Repeat again&#8230; 1,2 ,3 and 4 till you finish 10 sets!</p>
<p>1- Left leg lunges on step board. I use 8kg dumbbell on each side of my hand. &#8211; 10 repetitions.</p>
<p>2- Right leg lunges on step board. weight same as above and reps too.</p>

<p>3- Double hand kettle bell swing. This one i did progression. my first set i did 10 reps, second set i did 11 reps, third set 12 reps.. and so on. You get what i mean right? you just gonna add 1 reps at each sets. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> by the 10 sets, you should be doing 20 reps already. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>4- Barbell squat- i did 6 kg on each side. ( very light again for me, but i don&#8217;t want to kill my legs straight to hell when this is just my 3rd day training) x 10 reps.</p>

<p>at the end i add on 3 minutes abs workout.  It goes like this:</p>
<p>10 sec rest, 50 second work for 3 min. Consist of 3 exercise only.</p>
<p>1- Abs crunch with shoulder press up. I was using 10 pounds medicine ball.</p>
<p>2- Abs bench tuck</p>
<p>3- Leg raise and abs cycle.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>How to do the abs workout?</p>
<p>1- Do normal crunch with medicine ball above your shoulder, once you reach the top, bring the medicine ball down to your chest and push it back up above your head and slowly roll your back on the floor again. keep repeating till you reach 50 sec.</p>
<p>2- You will need a bench for this workout. Sit at the edge of the bench, place both hand at the back and lean backward, extend your legs out and then bring your knee to your chest and bring your body up. Repeat till you reach 50 ec</p>
<p>3- Lie flat on your back. Legs up in the air, hands at the back of your head and  then slowly lower your legs down just before your back start arching and then bring left  knee to your chest and right elbow to your knee and repeat the same movement till you reach 50 sec.</p>
<p>So yup people, that&#8217;s my workout for today. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' />  With this simple and easy workout, i burned 607 kcal in 1 hour and 5 min workout, <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>So i hope 2012 will be more supportive and good to me.. heheheh.</p>
<p>1- I need to save.. save money for 3 purpose this year,</p>
<p>A- I want to buy good decent present for my husband during our anniversary this year, i remember last year i didn&#8217;t get him anything .. I had really tight budget&#8230; so this year, i want to do something for him.<br />
B- Saved for Christmas&#8230; i realize.. every Christmas sia mau pokai! Wait rephrase.. bukan mau tapi memang POKAI! So i have 12 months to save..i should be able to kumpul some amount of money to buy a decent presents for like 30 family members, Right?!!!? I should be able to kan???</p>
<p>C- Save for my travelling trip!! Yes, we plan to go China this year.. so i have to save for this trip&#8230; MUST! <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>2- Mom to go for an oversea trip this year.. at least once!  This has been in my wish list for the past 2 years now.. i believe this year is the right year to do so for her&#8230; and her first oversea trip with me will be &#8230;&#8230;DESTINATION: CHINA!</p>
<p>3- Get fitter and healthier.</p>
<p>A- Lower down my body fat percentage to 20% . This one, i may not be able to achieved it .. but again i may.. it&#8217;s all depending on my number 4 target.. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>B- MUST workout at least 3 times a week for at least 9 months!  Heh! <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' />  This should be attainable once my engine starts&#8230; my only Achilles heels is when my hub starts giving me his muka sepuluh sen&#8230; telling me not to go and workout bila dia malas&#8230; hahahahahha.. this year.. sia akan cuba pakai ATAP ZINC Shield for this weakness of mine&#8230;:P</p>
<p>4- I believe i am ready for this one.. and i want to be as well&#8230; so i pray to our dear Heavenly Father to bless Dan and me with a cute healthy baby this year&#8230;cos i want to start a FAMILY.  So Lord, please  hear my prayer and bless us with your greatest gift of all&#8230;.Amen.</p>

I sure did had a good time and this year was extra special because mom was here celebrating with us. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>2011 has been a tough year for me mentally and emotionally&#8230; my first quarter was superbly hard on me&#8230; I remember this was the time where i felt like the whole world was against me, nothing goes my way, i was all alone and really was depressed. To add to the misery, we&#8217;ve lost our dear friend Philip. We never expected it and never would have thought he would end his life in such manner. Until now.. i still do miss him.. granted we are not super close, but losing someone in such way is never easy for anyone.  Sigh.. R.I.P Philip&#8230; You are always in our dear heart.</p>
<p>2011,work wise-  I learned that no matter how much someone tells you, we have to work as a team&#8230; there is no such thing in reality.. everyone is for their own.. it&#8217;s really dog eats dog world out there&#8230; i learned that in hard way too..sigh ( Again)</p>
<p>2011- Me and Hub traveled a lot .. First we went to Koh Sa mui for our honeymoon&#8230; heheh.. this is one fun, crazy adventure honeymoon for me&#8230; i got chase by a dog while riding on motorbike with Hubby, i got onto the craziest sea adventure ever in my life where i thought that was the end of my life&#8230;hahahahah&#8230; sat and drove on a go cart car  for the first time and drove like a turtle and was laughing all the way like a mad woman.. i don&#8217;t know why i was laughing&#8230; &#8220;SOT&#8221;. Got on Elephant ride and was soaking wet after because it was raining like mad! Visited a mummified monk and found out that i loveeeeeeeeeeeee the BBQ ripe banana in Koh Sa Mui..SEDAAAAPPPPPP!!! I wish we have this in Malaysia&#8230;tapi malangnya tiada.</p>
<p>Second big trip we&#8217;ve made for year 2011 was to India, Bangalore. I never knew i would actually like India. It is sooooooooo different from what i thought it was.. in my mind, it would be dirty, beggars everywhere, hot and humid weather, traffic jam, full of insane honking on the street ( Like JKT) and i have to be very careful with the food&#8230;. but in reality, it was almost totally the opposite of what my mind thought it would be. Bangalore weather was superbly nice!  It was chill and nice.. i could sleep without having to have aircon on at night..not that Dan&#8217;s aunt have one installed in the house.. i don&#8217;t remember me sweating like mad there..i didn&#8217;t see much street beggars ..traffic jam wasn&#8217;t as horrendous as KL&#8230;and the food&#8230;OMG!!! IT WASSSSSS SOOOOOOO YUMMY!!!! Like&#8230; seriously! Shopping was heaven there too! I love their Saree&#8217;s collection, &#8221; &#8220;Aladin&#8221; pants, &#8220;aladin&#8221; shoes, fresh fruit juice, sugar cane juice&#8230;OMGGGGGGGG&#8230;&#8230; GAH! I would like to make another trip back to Bangalore and maybe if we have the moolah and panjang umur NEW DELHI&#8230; i want to visit Taj Mahal&#8230;another destination in my MUST visit list.</p>
<p>Oh yea i also climbed mount kinabalu! How can i forget that?!!!! It was an amazing experience for me..the journey up, the view..OMG so breathtaking! Hiking with hubby and working as team.. it definitely did brought us closer&#8230; the view from the peak.. seeing the sunrise..oh&#8230;.i just can&#8217;t describe it&#8230; The night skies felt sooooo close to us.. ahhhh &#8230; sia sangat sangat suka and i felt in love with my hometown all over again for the gazillion time! And now,  i can proudly call myself&#8230; A REAL SABAHAN! TEEHEEEE!!!</p>
<p>2011 &#8211; I got to spend more time with my mom, thanks to my hub. It was one of my wish to have mom stayed longer with us. She stayed with us for 2 months last year..:D so that was awesome! Had good laughter and shared stories with her.. i hope she had a good time and enjoyed the trip as much as i enjoyed her company for the past 2 months..</p>
<p>2011- I got fitter and better with my fitness but i still have long way to go&#8230; this is still a struggle for me.. cos there is time where i can be very lazy and demotivated. So 2012, i need to push through it&#8230; i know its impossible for me to reach 20% bodyfat and yet at the same time trying to be pregnant.. so my 2012 target would be.. just keep going to the gym at least 3 times a week and let the nature takes it course.</p>
<p>so 2011&#8230;take this post as my <a href="http://www.pinsforanything.com/" target="_blank"> lapel pins</a> for you ( CHEWAH!)&#8230;. so  i bid you goodbye and thank you for all the adventures, heart aches, headache, sore body, good memories, good laughter, well learned lessons and experience that you brought for me&#8230; it is something that i will treasure and keep for the rest of my life..i definitely have learned and gained a lot from you!</p>

<p>I have combined Zuzana&#8217;s workout and Nike Woman woman workout&#8230; Please do not get turned off by the name  NIKE WOMAN.. anyone can actually do this workout.. it doesn&#8217;t mean it is only for women.. i don&#8217;t believe in that term where men should do this workout and women should only do this workout&#8230;that&#8217;s bullshit.Anyway, I  promised to share my workout with you guys for ages now( Sorry). This is for you <a href="http://www.room8five.com" target="_blank">Daniel Chiam</a>.. this is the workout i created few weeks ago and i really liked it.. it worked my whole body,specially my core and my legs&#8230;. i hope you will love it as much as i am&#8230;. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  GOOD LUCK!</p>
<p>Ok, so the workout: 45 sec work, 10 sec rest. Do this workout for 4 rounds..that&#8217;s  20 rounds on your GYMBOSS.</p>
<p>1- Diagonal touch down squat.  ( L side)</p>
<p>2- Diagonal touch down squat. ( R side)</p>
<p>For the above workout .. you can use weight or without..it is up to you.</p>
<p>3- Dive Bomber</p>
<p>4- Crab curl to press- <em>I used 5 kg Dumbbell each side for this one</em>.</p>
<p>5- Plank with med ball knee tuck.</p>
<p>Sorry, i could not give you any pictures or videos at the moment..i just have no idea how to do it since Hubby changed my layout here&#8230;LOL! But i promise you, it is real easy to find these exercise.. just go to youtube and search for NIKE WOMEN or to Zuzana website.. you&#8217;ll get all the workout there.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Been away a lot lately, travelling almost non stop <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' />  tiring but it was fun.</p>
<p>I just got back from Bangalore, India two weekends back and last week from Langkawi. I haven&#8217;t got all the pictures up  at facebook but i would really like to share with you guys.. just not at the moment. Running short of time and been tired..need to catch some sleep and rest&#8230;</p>
<p>The new manager just came on board too so it has been pretty hectic with work as well&#8230;</p>
<p>I have been &#8220;bad&#8221; too recently..i  did not train as much as i planned and would like to&#8230;:P but i have been working out whenever i can&#8230;i will post my workout routine once i have enough time to write about it..</p>
<p>One thing for sure, after my India trip&#8230; i have gain weight&#8230; BOHOO! It&#8217;s crazy .. CARBS,CARBS, CARBS but OMG it&#8217;s soooooooooo YUMMY!! All the roti&#8217;s and rice i had.. i think i ate the whole INDIA!</p>
<p>Now i got to work harder to drop this weight&#8230; sigh.. to gain is sooooooo easy.. to lose it&#8230;FREAKING PAIN IN THE ASS!!! ARGGGG.. Tension!</p>
<p>Oh..aside from working out,being busy with work and worried about me gaining weight.. i have a new hobby too now&#8230;heheheheh.. i am crazy for wet marble nail polish designs&#8230; been changing and experimenting designs and color almost everyday now.. hahhha.. yes, imagine that.. EVERYDAY!</p>
<p>Maybe one of these days, when i&#8217;m free.. i will show you some of my work..:)</p>

<p>I know i have been following Zuzana for sometimes now, but i decided to stop for while..not that she isn&#8217;t good.. she is! Don&#8217;t get me wrong.. i just need a new routine for a changed and oh if you are wondering..i am also following myomytv workout routine but she is very much working with Kettlebells&#8230; <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' />  she&#8217;s good&#8230; you should give that site a go too&#8230; www.myomytv.com</p>
<p>So here&#8217;s my workout gonna be like for today&#8230;. I&#8217;m gonna start with a light warm up&#8230; 10 min on treadmill..speed 4.5 to 5.5,  incline 4.5 &#8211; 7.0 depending on my heart rate.</p>
<p>After that..i&#8217;m gonna do a full body workout routine..today&#8217;s target 540 reps in total.</p>
<p>Gonna start of with Major muscle first, it&#8217;s always good to start with major muscle first before you fatigue your minor ones..:)</p>
<p>So here you go :</p>
<p><strong>Always alternate both of the workout till you reach 6 rounds.</strong></p>

<p>once all these finish, i&#8217;m gonna hit the treadmill again for the extra kcal burn at the end.. 15-20 min going uphill. Speed and incline will be the same as above.</p>

It&#8217;s all out there&#8230;a little costly&#8230; but for my health and fitness goal.. rm26 per box is worth the money don&#8217;t you think so?( ba tiba tiba)  I am craving for this every morning sometimes even at night.. it&#8217;s just so yummy and healthy.. I&#8217;m not a person who loves to eat OATS&#8230; but with this steel cut oats.. i can eat it anytime! I love the taste of it.. i normally would take this with wheat germ and a bit of bovril just to give it a taste&#8230; there is so many other ways to eat this .. you can even google it or youtube it&#8230; it&#8217;s just so yummy!!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Understanding my body&#8230; yep, this is one thing that i still struggle up to this day. It changes every now and then.. as you aged.. the more drastic changes sets it.. either you like it or not&#8230; you got to live with it.</p>
<p>At the age of 30, i have gone from super lean look to not so lean look to full grown woman body.. yes, i know i should be thankful and feel blessed with these body but having been living with an ATHLETIC LOOK for almost all of my life&#8230; this changes has just thrown me out of my comfort zone!</p>
<p>I used to live with only less than 20% of my body fat..heck it was lesser than 15% actually. I was  lean.. well toned body..and proud of my super almost visible 6 packs ( 4 packs definitely but 6 packs almost visible) &#8230; as i aged&#8230;my metabolism slows down..my ass got heavier.. i got lazier and  my bodyfat percentage shoot up! It wasn&#8217;t that bad at first.. it was only like 18% &#8230; but as i reach mid 20&#8242;s i realized that my body started changing.. I&#8217;m growing more hips&#8230; I&#8217;m growing bigger boobs ( not that i&#8217;m complaining about it, cos it not la besar sangat) i&#8217;m also pilling up tiers on my so called 6 packs! Goodness gracious! I definitely panicked.. but did i change my lifestyle? NOPE,  i did not&#8230; I still continue eating as how i used to when i was younger ( yes, habit die hard) living in denial&#8230; telling myself  that i am still young.. i could afford to eat this much amount and i still worked out what.. so why need changes?</p>
<p>Little did i know&#8230; all that amount of unhealthy food that i used to take will actually stay WAYYYYYYYYYYYY longer in my system and give me the effect wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy much later in my life&#8230;by late 20&#8242;s my bodyfat percentage have gone from 15% to 18%  to 20% and now at the age of 30 my bodyfat percentage is sitting nicely and comfortably  at 23%!!  ARGGG!!!</p>
<p>Everyone thinks i look good, i look sexy, i have the right amount of &#8220;meat&#8221; at the right place&#8230;but seriously.. do i feel all that? I don&#8217;t.  I know too well that if i don&#8217;t keep myself in checked all the time.. that 23% could well turned to 33% by the next 10 years&#8230; do i want that to happen?? NO, i don&#8217;t.  But genetic plays a big role in life&#8230; i have big size genetic.. i gain easily&#8230; and to lose it.. it&#8217;s not as easy as it was before. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  Yes, i used to gain it.. and lose it back just like that&#8230; and because of this &#8221; magic&#8221; now you see, now you don&#8217;t weight.. i also have &#8220;earned&#8221; few stretch marks here in there in my body part&#8230; sigh.. but i am still thankful that i don&#8217;t have it on my arms..:( oh and don&#8217;t mentioned about cellulite&#8217;s&#8230; I have tonnes of that in me.. I&#8217;m more than willing to share it with you if you need some&#8230; My whole legs  covered with them! YUCK! As i get older&#8230; it becomes more visible&#8230; it scares the hell out of me!</p>
<p>Can we all lose our cellulite?? NOPE! We can&#8217;t ..again.. this is your genetic..you have to live with it as i am now&#8230; all you can do.. work out hard and hope that all that muscle you have gained while working out .. will cover it up for you&#8230; <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>So now, at the age of 30&#8230; i am just picking up the pace again where i have left when i was at the age of 27&#8230; i stopped working out completely from age 27 till 29 1/2 and i&#8217;m paying it now with all these unwanted extra pounds on me&#8230;.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s hard to be honest, working out is something that i need to adapt to again after so long.. but if i want to live longer and healthier.. i know i have to make the sacrifices now for my own future&#8230; nothing comes easy anyway in life.. you got to work to earn it. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Either in smart way or hard way&#8230;..</p>
<p>As for healthy eating habit&#8230; this is another part that i am still learning at the moment.. and trying to make it a habit.. BLOODY HARD,  i know. So to those people out there&#8230;who keep asking me about food&#8230; my advice to you is&#8230; if you think you can&#8217;t make the drastic change and know well that you will fall back to where you came from after 1 or 2 weeks of healthy eating&#8230; i would say, start with just cutting your normal portion size by half , after 1 month or so move on to cutting/ eliminating the bad food from your list ..1 or 2 item at a time and from there..slowly increase the amount&#8230; and if you ever fall back to old habits.. don&#8217;t give up.. keep going.. It&#8217;s not the amount of time you failed counts but it&#8217;s how determined you are with it&#8230;.:) I know i have fallen back to the &#8221; bad eating&#8221; category few times now.. but i pick myself up again whenever i think i am there&#8230;healthy eating habit can be tough.. but it can be tough only if you want to make it tough on yourself&#8230;. being healthy is all up to you at the end of the day.. if you are not ready for it&#8230; memang susah,  but if you have that clear mind set of what you want.. i believe..everything will be easy for you.</p>
<p>So here i am today&#8230; at the age of 30&#8230; i am now  working my cute round butt out  with my crazy cute round butt husband in the gym where i&#8217;m attached to now&#8230;. Will it be easy for both of us.. NOPE, it won&#8217;t but i have put my mind to it and i know nothing can stop me from trying to achieve my goal of 18% body fat&#8230; well unless if im pregnant la that is&#8230; LOL!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had enough of being lazy.. procrastinating on my workout regime. It has been nearly 2 months now since i last worked out. I feel silly.. i feel crappy.. it&#8217;s not intentional but i am seriously busy lately that i feel 24 hours is not enough for me..i need rest but i choose to stop the wrong thing! WORKOUT! I should have just continued.. shouldn&#8217;t have stop!</p>
<p>So if by end of this month i am still not pregnant&#8230;.i will set myself a new target goal..</p>
<p>short term target goal&#8230; for the next 6 weeks.. i wanna be able to workout at least 3 times a week.</p>
<p>2 months &#8211; 4 months- i wanna lose at least 3kg of my body weight and lose 3% of my bodyfat..</p>
<p>4th month &#8211; 8th month- I want to  be able to see some improvement on my body shape.. specially on my tummy area, legs and bum. My body fat should go down another 2-3%.</p>
<p>9th to 12 month- I wanna be weighing at 52kg with the bodyfat percentage of 18%.</p>
<p>Now question is, can i do it? I don&#8217;t know.. but whatever it is.. i need to get going before the bandwagon leave me behind and 10 years down the road, i suffer and regret that i did not take good care of myself while i still can.</p>
<p>So yep, if by next month i am not pregnant&#8230; i will continue my workout journey with full of determination and goal.</p>
<p>My biggest target&#8230; 52kg with 18% of  BodyFat %&#8230; which means&#8230; less shoe and clothes shopping for me.. but more on healthy food and supplement to help me achieve my target&#8230; TIME TO BE THE GIRL THAT I&#8221;M WELL KNOWN FOR&#8230;. The fit and crazy Emelda.. well good crazy that is&#8230; hahahahah</p>
<p>Hmmm reading back all the write up here.. bikin takut diri sendiri ni.. LOL! Guess it&#8217;s time for me to find <a href="http://www.wholesaleinsurance.net/" target="_blank">life insurance rate</a>.. see which one is good.. mana la tau kan.. terlalu mengejar kejayaan&#8230; sampai lupa diri&#8230; hahahahahahahahahahah &#8230; no la&#8230; i don&#8217;t think im that hardcore la&#8230;</p>
<p>Hmm i forgot.. i need to learn CLEAN EATING TOOO!!! Back to my old boring diet&#8230; <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  So whatever the result is guys.. please wish me luck! I need to lose this stubborn fats and start building up my muscle back again&#8230;..</p>

<p>Sia kesian juga sama ni patience tapi at the same time , i can&#8217;t help but laugh out loud.. i mean&#8230; who would name your kid like that???!!! Apparently mom bilang.. she&#8217;s pretty too&#8230; tapi nama dia BAHAYA!</p>
<p>Mom used to work in Queen Elizabeth Hospital, she&#8217;s been working there for as long as i can remember while growing up.. she knows all the scary stories, know almost every workers and doctors in the hospital and worked with almost all the department ..</p>
<p>This happen when she was working in  <strong><span style="color: #000000;">Gynaecology ward</span></strong>. &#8220;sudah la dia kerja di Gynae ward.. tambah dengan ni patience punya nama&#8230;Betul betul mengundang BAHAYA&#8221;</p>
<p>Friend: Cuba gia kau call ni name? Sia inda berani mau call dia.</p>
<p>Mom: &#8220;Check the name &#8230;squint her eyes.. when the name got clearer and registered in her memory, she was so shock and nearly laugh out loud but decided to just bite her tongue&#8221;</p>
<p>Mom turned around and asked her friend again..</p>
<p>Mom: Macam mana gia mau call dia ni?</p>
<p>Friend: Tu la, cuba gia kau pi jumpa dia.. malu sia mau jumpa dia..</p>
<p>So mom walk up to the patience and ask her question.. Ni kau punya nama ka?</p>
<p>Patient: Iya, itu la nama sia &#8211; AMPUT SIA.</p>
<p>Mom dengan segan and malunya&#8230;  just nod and walk her to the clinic room&#8230;</p>
<p>When mom finish telling us this story..we three wonder how&#8217;s her life growing up being called.. AMPUT SIA.. must be horrible kan?</p>
<p>Mom bilang, banyak macam nama dia jumpa waktu kerja di Hospital.. adala BELIMBING, ada KOHOPIS and ada juga nama TOTO &#8230; adui.. memang betul macam macam&#8230;</p>

Mesti satu jari penuh kan?? <p>I hope she knows that i love her very much and i have tried my very best to give her a good life that she deserve.</p>

<p>OMG! It&#8217;s been ages since i last update this blog. ( at least that&#8217;s how i feel) been really busy with work stuff and by the time i reach home, i would have to cook and all and by the time i finish everything..my energy level has turned down all the way to ZERO. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>I hope everything is well with you guys out there..as for me, life has been hectic and crazy. ( didn&#8217;t i already mention that earlier?) I got no time to think about blog anymore and  i have missed out so many assignment opportunity too <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  ( boohoo big time)</p>
<p>Ah.. what can i do.. that&#8217;s life huh? Anyway, I wanna share with you all about my dream last night.. it&#8217;s so weird that i just wanna share this out with you guys..hahah.. i never dreamt this kind of weird dreams before and i would like to know what do you think about it. I have received few comment on it at facebook..but heck i would still love to hear from you..what do you think it is.</p>
<p>To me, i think my dream was telling me to be extra careful with someone in my life&#8230;i don&#8217;t know who .. but it&#8217;s a warning i say &#8230;i hope that whatever it is.. it will be alright at the end of the day.</p>
<p>At first, i dreamt of millipede. I was sitting at sofa in my Mom in Law house when out of the blue.. few millipede starts creeping out from the sofa&#8217;s itself! i started screaming and my Father in Law came to the rescue..LOL! He was my hero in my dream&#8230;</p>
<p>Then i was on the way back home in a van..i saw two little snakes coiled up at one corner of the van.. but for some reason i know that snakes is meant to bite my toes&#8230;you know like i&#8217;m suppose to let them bite my toes.. i don&#8217;t know why and for what reason..but i know im suppose to let them bite! ( Gilakan?)</p>
<p>So when the van came to complete halt, i simply took the first snake and let it bite my toe and the second one.. now here&#8217;s the crazy part.. i asked Daniel to hold the snake and let it bit me&#8230; Daniel was so cool about the idea and he hold the snake and let that thing do it&#8217;s job. I obviously was in pain&#8230;and i cried out loud in my dream&#8230; and woke up trying to &#8220;Kick&#8221; that bloody snakes away from me&#8230;yes..that dream was my morning alarm today.. woke up at 8:14..exactly 1 sec before my alarm rang!</p>
<p>When i woke up.. i was thinking to myself..WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT DREAM ABOUT MAN??!!!! Creepy!!</p>
<p>Some says it&#8217;s because of hungry ghost month now..so mungkin it&#8217;s because of that.. some say i may have an admirer&#8230; but according to the dream mood&#8230;.they say this :</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This past few weeks has been really a sickly week for Hub and I. Hubby was sick for the past 1 weeks half and me been almost a month now&#8230; i don&#8217;t know what got into us but it sure is very tiring and made me feel like crappy, fat and sluggish.</p>
<p>I am now feeling much better but for some reason this morning i woke up with throbbing head. MIGRAINE ATTACK pulaaaaaa&#8230; Sigh. I have no idea what&#8217;s going on in me la&#8230;</p>
<p>Anyway, as my previous post said.. i will be sharing with you on the stuff and equipment we brought up all the way to Laban rata and the peak of Mount K.</p>
<p>I was clueless on what i should bring or buy to hike up as this was my first climb ever in my life&#8230;but thankfully i have my Brother and friends to help me out. So here&#8217;s what i bought and will give you some other tips that i think can be your alternative. &#8221; This is thru my observation while hiking up though.&#8221;</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the thing i bought up to Hike.</p>
<p>1- Two winter jacket. But i got to rent another one up at laban rata as the first one got wet during my first day hike&#8230; it was raining heavily on day one. So either you do it like me or get yourself a waterproof winter clothing. But be warn..waterproof clothing gonna cost you a bomb.</p>
<p>2- Bring only light clothing. Meaning, less is more for this trip. Unless if you don&#8217;t mind paying extra for the porter to carry your stuff up for you .  I bought 2 tops : one singlet and one baby t, 2 long pants, 2 sport bra and 1 long tights and  2 pairs of socks on that day. But i was really lucky because it wasn&#8217;t raining the second day hike up to the peak except the last 2 km before we reach Timpohon Gate, So my advice..instead of carrying only 2 pairs of each..bring 3 or even 4 pairs of everything  if you wanna be comfortable.  Moreover, you will definitely wanna change after your hike. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  I have to wear my mom&#8217;s baju once i sampai at the main entrance&#8230;hahahahaha.</p>
<p>3- You will definitely need BUFF. Buff is the multi functional headwear. You can get this at outdoor shop. If not just get yourself a thick scarf,beanie or winter hat . I bought both..winter hat and a buff.</p>

<p>6- Good trekking shoe with lots of grip! It doesn&#8217;t need to be expensive ones..you can get a cheap one at BATA. I bought mind there and it does wonder that BATA shoe! Only cost me Rm80 <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  But some even wore just a rubber sandal up.. and they made it. <p>7- Walking stick. You will need this the most on the way down. You can either buy the metal type which cost me RM17 only at Tong&#8217;s in KK or you can get the wood type which cost you like Rm3 at the registration booth in National park itself.</p>
<p>8- Chocolate bar, banana,apples,sweets&#8230;this will really help you along the way&#8230;oh an a bottle of water&#8230; we carried up 2 small bottle of mineral water.. it was good enough for both of us.. but then again that&#8217;s depending on how much water you consume la..</p>

<p>P/ss: They dont even bother to wear long pants and all.. just short pants, sleeveless top and raincoat to keep them dry and warm all the way up to laban rata while carrying heavy loads on their back! As heavy as 40kg!!!  I swear if they were to asked  to bring <a href="http://www.wisesales.com/toro_procommercial.html" target="_blank">toro lawn mowers</a> up&#8230; they will and they could!
