<description> In this week's podcast we have badloop up three times in a little mix mashup that I put together in his honor for being the prime influence in turning me into a kahvi fanatic back in 2002 with "Your Blue Eyes" (you'll be able to hear it today). This week will also feature a 3 track mix featuring one of Scann-tec's newer tracks, a golden oldie from xhale, and a glorious smooth downtempo/jazz piece from pece, an artist I've grown to love the past few months. Stay tune for next week, I'll be dishing out some more! As always, you can download all of these tracks in their full length and quality @ www.kahvi.org. You can also comment on this podcast by going to http://djpolaski.blogspot.com. Enjoy.

<link>http://djpolaski.blogspot.com/2008/03/kahvi-sound-sessions-003.html</link>

<description> Welcome to the third distribution of the kahvi sound sessions. This week we have a continuous mix from start to finish from myself featuring some amazing low-down synths with some great melodies. Jan Morganstern starts us off with a special track accompanied by a techno-beat/oceanic sounding track by Scann-Tec. To continue the phase, planet boelex pokes in and chills it even more for us then with a nice track from Dreamers. The last portion of the mix hosts Bit24's new release, kahvi#234 with a nice little mashup I made for you guys consisting of a track from Sounds of Beta and Embrion. As always you can download these tracks for free @ http://www.kahvi.org. You can also comment on this podcast by going to http://djpolaski.blogspot.com where it also features links for each track to a direct download.

<title>Dj Polaski - Midnight Arboretum (Part 1)</title>
<link>http://djpolaski.blogspot.com/2008/03/dj-polaski-midnight-aboretum-part-1.html</link>

<description> Would like to introduce my third published kahvi mix featuring the artists at kahvi titled "Midnight Arboretum". If you dont know me outside of the podcast I've started mixing for kahvi about a year ago doing full CD length albums to be featured on their site. 4T (nik/choogy) saw great potential and offered me a spot on board. The podcasts featured before were crafted by me and I had alot of fun doing them, but now its time to show you a little bit of the my talent as a mixer when it comes to the full length stuff. Midnight Arboretum clashes with classic sounding techno-beats and soft ethreal tracks to provide a nice clean album. Featured this week will be part 1 of the mix. Part 2 will come next week and the full download of the mix will be featured then. Remember, all the tracks you hear can be downloaded full length @ http://kahvi.org. You can also go to http://djpolaski.dragonminded.com/ and comment on this podcast as well as find the track with links to direct downloads!

<title>Kahvi Sound Sessions 004 hosted by Dj Polaski</title>
<link>http://djpolaski.blogspot.com/2008/04/kahvi-sound-sessions-004.html</link>

<description> After a small unexpected break, Kahvi sound sessions 004 is here. Brioskj kicks us off with a nice electronic looping track followed by some softer ambient tones and atmospheres. To turn things around I made a delightful mashup of workbench and jugi to switch the mix into downtempo mode. From there on its smooth sailing. Mikael Fyrek (in "St. Mare Abelle", one of my favorite tracks) and Sektor end the mix for the week. Don't forget all these tracks can be downloaded for free @ www.kahvi.org. You can also comment on this podcast as well as get direct link downloads by going to http://djpolaski.blogspot.com.

<title>Kahvi Sound Sessions 005 hosted by Dj Polaski</title>
<link>http://djpolaski.blogspot.com/2008/04/kahvi-sound-sessions-005.html</link>

<description> Welcome to week number 5 in the kahvi sound session series. For this week we offer some goodies at both the beat/glitch and the ambient realms. Starting us off is Slem, with a nice touch of bionic sounding synths met with a creative drum loop. Esem and Audio Cephlon continue this phase until Stuart Elliot puts on the breaks. Acrillic Colors joins in at the end in one of my favorite tracks titled, Ununquadium Rarefaction. Hope you enjoy this. Remember all these tracks can be downloaded for free at http://www.kahvi.org. You can also head over to my blog site where there are direct downloads. As well as an area where you can post about this podcast @ http://djpolaski.blogspot.com.

<title>Kahvi Sound Sessions 007 hosted by Dj Polaski</title>
<link>http://djpolaski.blogspot.com/2008/05/kahvi-sound-sessions-007</link>

<description> Welcome to week #7. I'm particularly excited about this week's release as we are journeying into the softer, kinder, slower styles of kahvi. This week will be a time to just sit, relax, and enjoy. Yes, there are some scary moments, but most are pleasent with dreamy sounds and joyful moods. We have a wave of artists showing off their talent in this arena with visits from various artists. As always, you can head over to the kahvi site and download all these tracks at http://www.kahvi.org. Or you can visit my website where you can have direct downloads to all the podcaasts as well as comment on my work; telling me how horrible of a dj/mixer I am (thanks Anna).
