Sewer, Water and Drainage for the new construction of residential tract of homes.

]]> Highlights:

Private Sewer system work consisting of over 2,600 LF of 4", 6" and 8" PVC sewer main pipeline and sewer laterals with saddle connections, and multiple 48" sewer manholes.

Water Pipeline consisting of over 1,300 LF of 6" and 8" ductile iron pipeline (DIP) water main, domestic and irrigation water services, blow off assemblies, fire hydrants, air vacs, a reduced pressure backflow device, gate valves and related fittings and thrust blocks. This will require import sand equivalent of 60 backfill (SE 60) material.

Storm Drainage Systems consisting of over 1,500 LF of 4-10" PVC pipeline, 24 x 24 concrete inlets with filters, 12 x 12 inlets, parkway drains, a 4 x 6 Filterra Unit, Parkway Culverts, Catch Basins with local depressions. Pipeline work figures sand bedding and shading to protect the integrity of the pipe.

Sewer Pipeline Onsite and Offsite work consists of 48" manholes, sewer cleanouts, over 7,000 LF of 4" - 8" PVC SDR 35 pipe main and laterals, and over 100 LF of 8" ductile iron pipe (DIP) installed.

Water Pipeline Offsite work consists of 10" double detector checks (DDC's), Concrete mortar-lined and coated (CML&C) pipe, gate valves, cut-in tees, domestic water services, irrigation water services, fire hydrants with hot taps, backflow devices.

Water pipeline onsite work consist of over 4,000 LF of PVC Class 165 pipeline installation, gate valves, thrust blocks, blow offs, over 110 ¾" PVC schedule 40 services, pipe tees, pipe cross and bends and several under-crossings.

Onsite Private Fireline pipeline installation work consists of over 4,000 LF of 6" and 10" PVC Class 200 pipe main, thrust blocks, fire hydrants, pipe tees, bends and reducers, post indicator valves (PIV's) and several under-crossings.

Public Storm Drainage work consist of 77 LF of 42" reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) lateral, junction structure, manhole and temp patch back.

Private storm Drainage work includes includes over 1,500 LF of 18" - 42" High Density Poly Ethylene(HDPE) pipeline, curb opening catch basins, Triton catch basin filters, 60" and 48" storm drain manholes, as well as a Stormtech system MC-4500 consisting of over 1,100 LF chambers, 24" and 30" Nyloplast Snout and Weir Structures, Nyloplast curb inlets, 6"-18" HDPE pipe with fittings, mainline cleanouts, and over 2,100 LF of 12 - 18" PVC SDDR 35 area drainage pipeline installation.

Water pipeline work consisting of approximately 350 LF of ¾" and 3" PVC pipeline, 2" reduced pressure backflows for both domestic and irrigation water, and related testing.

Fireline work consist of installing approximately 150 LF of 10"CML&C pipe and fittings, 6" - 12" PVC Class 150 and Class 200 pipe and fittings, tamper switches, detector checks, 12 x 10 hot tap, gate valves, fire hydrant assemblies, hydrant bollards, stainless steel sprinkler risers, fire department connections, and all related testing, chlorination and flushing.

Sewer pipeline installation consists of over 1,000 LF of 4" and 6" VCP (clay) sewer main installation, sewer cleanouts, sewer manholes, all pertinent fittings and related testing of the newly installed sewer system.

Storm Drainage Systems consists of over 4,000 LF of reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) ranging in size from 12" to 42", storm drain manholes, catch basins, junction structures, several corrugated metal pipe (CMP) inlets, roof drains and grouted riprap.

There will be approximately 115 LF of trenching for gasline installation necessary up to 5' of the building performed in coordination with other trade(s).

This work is necessary to add on to an existing parking structure; including a 12" CML&C Steel Pipe domestic water line relocation performed in the Irvine Ranch Water District's (IRWD) easement. Fireline work also includes approximately 320 LF of 8" PVC C-900 CL 150 pipeline and fire hydrant relocations. Storm drainage work consists of 6" PVC SDR 35 pipeline and a 6' x 12' Filterra basin installation.
