4. Ceritakan masalah anda bahwa HP Xiomi anda terkunci dan tidak tau passwornya , terus Costomer Service akan menyarankan untuk mengirimkan screenshot hp xiomi yang terkunci tadi yang sudah di foto menggunakan hp lain ke email : service.id@xiaomi.com

5. Costomer service akan membuatkan laporan tengtang masalah anda dan menghubungkan kepada pihak yang terkait, kita di suruh menunggu maskimal 3 x 24 jam sampai pihak Xiomi menghubungi anda

Kalau pamu baru memasang Speedy dari telkom. maka ada akan dikasih modem Wifi, dalam modem wifi tersebut sudah tertanam sinyal @Wifi ID untuk keluaran February 2014 WifiId nya bisa diakses

bagi saya itu sangat keberata karena bisa megurangi banwidht kita atau koneksi menjadi lelet karena di sekitar rumah kita banyak yang mengakses Wifi Id, untuk keluaran sebelumnya Wifi Id tidak bisa diakses kalaupun bisa itu harus login dulu atau mendaftar dulu ke Wifi Speedy Instan.
