Must have upholstered the wrong vehicle!

Don't piss in my back yard and expect me to just sit back and take it!

I used to take a more hands-on approach, but with age and weight gain, sometimes you've got to let the big boys handle it. I'm still armed to the teeth and ready for battle, but some battles are better fought with someone else's troops.

Back in November I mentioned I had a problem in my neighborhood, since then I have been working with several law enforcement agencies to solve that problem.

Fortunately I have not been alone, several of my neighbors have come together to make this day happen. The message here is you will have in your neighborhood what you will allow in your neighborhood.

I will not allow drug dealing thugs and car thieves to make me live in fear! I, we, my neighbors will take back our neighborhood and work with law enforcement to run you pieces of shit out of my neighborhood.

Tonight the investigators are still pouring over the scene and taking evidence, the evidence van is still parked in front of the all night upholstery shop, and the thugs are not selling there crap in my neighborhood.

I didn't do it alone, I'm not a hero... I just won't stand for this shit in my backyard! You too can take back your neighborhood! Call 911, record and report all the license numbers of the thugs that come and go, call COMBAT call DART raise HELL!

Don't stop with 911, call Combat, call DART! If you don't get a response go to the media! The thugs that ran this operation have others, only one person was taken into custody. There are other operations in my neighborhood and I am on them too.

While the officers were raiding the place, the piece of crap that owns the property was consorting with his pals across the street, he's looking out for his bottom line. He knows he is taking drug money for rent and I will gladly testify that I told him so. I hope they seize his property!

If you remember from the last story the guy that owns the place cussed me out when I called him about the problems at this location.

I was working closely with other agents, but the KCPD made the bust, I hope they get the whole lot of these bums, but I do know that this is KC and criminals are more likely to walk free than go to jail.

So tonight I sleep with my SKS and my .45 by my bed and see what fresh hell awaits the morn.

The all night upholstery shop in Kansas City

A few months ago an upholstery shop moved into my mostly residential Kansas City neighborhood. The small commercial building has been home to several used car dealers and other short-term tenants in the nearly 14 years I've lived here.

I was happy to see life coming back into the neighborhood, I thought - Gee maybe I can take my '91 Geo Tracker there and get the seats done in Mossy Oak to match the exterior! But alas I never noticed anyone upholstering, instead they are only open at night.

Some of my neighbors and I thought this seemed a bit odd, so I being the one to go check out anything new in my neighborhood decided to take a stroll to the little shop of horrors. Long after I had closed my business the fine entrepreneurs of this new establishment came to work.

I stopped by to welcome them to the neighborhood; there was a funny aroma in the air, I remembered it from my training at the Police Academy, and perhaps from some other time in my youth. The pungent aroma filled the air with, along with hoops of "wuz-up dawg" and "I busta cap in his ass".

The nice young men took notice of my cowboy hat perched atop my head and inquired as to the reason for my visit. I told them I was simply taking an evening stroll and wanted to welcome them to my neighborhood.

Sort of like getting a visit from Welcome Wagon. The nice gentlemen offered me a beverage and some other things. I thanked them politely and trotted off to home. I did however, inform them that this was a quiet neighborhood and we all watch out for one-another.

Well it didn't take long for our new neighbors to become better acquainted with our local constables, as they had a tendency to try nightly to exceed the limitations of their sub-woofers ability.

I noticed last night that they had put a neon OPEN sign in the front window, which they click on when they arrive after sunset to alert their customers. The business certainly does bring in the traffic, why one night I saw a Jeep Cherokee driver tossing a duffel bag over the fence in the back.

The cars come and go all night and my they have such a good time there, you can hear them laughing and playing music all night long. It does remind me much of an apartment owner who once put up a big sign on his building too.

Later that night they had quite a celebration out in the streets with guns blazing it was quite an event, even the police came with lots of flashing lights. But they retreated into their little hovel and hid, the police had much to do so they left the area and we just might have to take care of ourselves.

Now me, I'm a peaceable guy, so like a good neighbor I called the landlord, the owner of record who also happens to own an antique shop at 106th and Blue Ridge in Kansas City. Mr. Broyles was not very accommodating to my call, he yelled and cursed me and then hung up, after suggesting if I had a problem with his renters "Why don't you go shoot them"!

Get off my Lawn!

Well, I'm not one to just go about shooting people, but I do have a certain affinity for my neighborhood, my family and my property values, so I called him back and informed him I would be considering him "Mr. Broyles" personally liable for any activity that devalues my property or endangers my family.

I guess I may just sit here on my porch and sip another cold beer.

Since it appears DC has legalized prostitution I figure this is fair game.

While Mary Landrieu sold her soul for a whopping $100 million, what did Claire get?
She bent over and took it like a man, bareback and anal for nothing, she didn't even get us a damn bridge.

Hell, as much as our local politicos have hemmed and hawed about a regional jail, you think she should could have held out for that. But no she sold us down the river for her love affair with the O-man.

Connecticut got $100 million for a hospital, and Nebraska got $100 million of my grandchildren's money; borrowed from the Chinese for their pet project. Louisiana got a whopping $300 million of our money to fund the one of the most corrupt states in the nation.

What did we get? Ass raped! Claire bent over and tried not to scream, while Reid and Polosi gave her the long end of the plunger handle, like some newbie Johnson County housewife who just got sent to maximum security.

I don't get it, really she was a good prosecutor... Why the hell did she leave that job?

Busted Another Crack Head (alleged)

Here we go again, it's been a while since my last real crime post. Mostly I'm just too darn busy to blog. I've been getting these creeps busted for decades but only recently started taking pictures and posting the alleged thugs on the net.

I've been having a few problems at one of my rental properties lately, I caught some alleged thugs there last week breaking into the electrical meter box to steal electricity.

The tenant had recently moved out, and although this wasn't that bad a neighborhood a few years ago, like the rest of Kansas City it is going to hell in a hand basket.

I knew I had some alleged crack heads breaking into the place, so I just waited for the right moment. Saturday night I figured was ripe, I had a birthday party to go to for my twin grandsons so I had to check on the place early.

No problem; I drove by the place about 3:00 and found some alleged crack heads were inside. Since we can't just rid the planet of this alleged worthless scum, I called KCPD and waited for the Ghetto Bird to arrive.

As usual the perps each had multiple warrants for their arrest, and they were allegedly holding.

They of course stated that they were just visiting and were there to clean the home out. Yeah, in Kansas City that means they were allegedly going to take the water heater, the furnace and the air conditioner.

The alleged crack head and his alleged crack ho's were: William M. Clark, Felicia Webb and Monette Norris. You can find their alleged rap sheet at Casenet . Or at least those are the names they gave the police!

Now I'm sure you are thinking: Man they are really busted! WRONG! They will all be charged with trespassing and released. Our court date 1-14-2010 at 9:00 AM will only yield myself and the arresting officer. The thugs will not show up and some more warrants will be issued for them. That's right.... more warrants!

When they are finally captured, they will once again be finger printed and released. No matter how many times they allegedly break into your house, my house or another vacant home in Kansas City. We simply do not punish crime in Kansas City! Unless they can get some money out of it!

About this time my camera batteries died and I had to use my cell phone for the rest of the pics. Pretty crappy photos, and only a few are usable.

First of all, crack heads always knock a hole in the wall so they can hide there dope in it. Secondly where there are drugs there is usually prostitution. So you will usually find that they have some rubbers laying around. As you can see, the rubbers are usually accompanied by lighters, burned up pieces of Chore Boy and incense.

The Chore Boy is a copper scrub pad that most people would use to clean pots and pans; crack heads use it as a filter in there crack pipes.

The incense is to cover the smell of the crack and the lighters are because it takes a lot of heat and a large flame to get the "rock" to burn.

So here is how this will work, they all have (allegedly) undoubtedly been arrested repeatedly for the same things over and over. They are almost always charged with trespassing. The cases are set for trial and they don't show up.

They already allegedly have multiple warrants for their arrest, so eventually they will be caught somewhere allegedly stealing or breaking in again and the whole process will start again. People who work for a living will show up and waste their time in court, the police will have to go to court and the perp will not show up again.

If they are ever held over for trial, they will be granted a "SIS" or Suspended Imposition of Sentence and let go, the judge; who likely knows them well, will excoriate the police officer for doing his job, call me a vigilante and ask the thug not to get into any more trouble.

Over and over again, this repeats itself. Then they allegedly graduate to a higher level of crime, they figure they never got in any real trouble for stealing, breaking and entering, dealing drugs, pimping whores or anything else; so they move up the crime ladder until such time as you, I or a Cop gets killed by them; or hopefully you, I or a Cop kills them!

At which time Channel 5 will show pictures of their family on TV crying that they were always a good boy and they never hurt anyone. They will pull out the race card and Sharpton will show up with his megaphone. Cleaver and the rest of the politico's will make a statement about how much they are doing to help and NOTHING will change.

And you thought there was a war on drugs! Ha, Ha, Ha! The war on drugs is designed to take the proceeds from the drug dealers and give them to the politicians!

Either way the body count in Kansas City goes up!

The thugs reign, the politicians blather, we keep reelecting the worthless bastards who created this mess and we all live in houses with barred windows and alarm systems!

Some Bimbo on the City Council will blame it on landlords and they will impose a tax on rental property!

Bloomberg, Cleaver and some other shitheads will blame it on the guns! The creep will be made out to be the victim and the public will just go on feeling instead of thinking!

Combat Tax Question 1 Jackson County -

Why I voted NO on the Jackson County Special Election Ballot November 3, 2009.

Several years ago, I voted for this tax; and although they tell you it is not a "new tax" it is a tax.

As a conservative it goes against my nature to vote for any tax, but I know a lot of cops and I know how this issue can be used for much good!

Back then I thought this was much needed to fund the Combat - Dart anti-drug initiative and help fight crime.

I had high hopes that this would really help Jackson County and Kansas City do all the things they told us it would do. But as usual we were lied to by the ruling party and the criminals who run our government.

Katheryn Shields AKA Katheryn the Grate ruled the county then and she plundered the funds from COMBAT and everything else she could loot to pay for her extravagant projects and having her ugly mug painted on the courthouse wall!

Just like all the other "earmarked" taxes they propose the money goes into the general fund and NEVER is spent on what ever crisis they lie to you and tell you it is needed for!

I am a big law an order guy, I support our police and prosecutors as much as possible, but the politicians are lying scum and they steal everything we produce!

While I usually assist in trying to disseminate the truth before an election I had neither the time not the inclination to try to do that this time.

Because ultimately I would love to see the police properly funded and the crime problem addressed here, I can not in good conscience vote for a tax that I know will be misappropriated.

Francis Semler for Mayor!

I propose a write in campaign for Francis Semler!

While I write this with a bit of tongue in cheek, my real goal is to give TKC something to entertain himself with. Since TKC has been the driving force behind the recall of the Funk I figure he will need some fodder once the recall is in place.

The real fun will be when all the other candidates come pouring out of the woodwork, can you imagine if we actually wound up with someone like Carol Coe!

But in reality what difference would it make, this is a one party town, with one party corruption and the reality is no matter which corrupt party member wins not much will change. The city will still be broke, the crime will still go unpunished and the cops will still be the bad guys.

So what the heck, Francis Semler for Mayor is as good as any other choice, at least she already has experience in being attacked from all sides, being hated and maligned. And besides; the real reason they hated her had little to do with the whole immigration thing.

The real reason they hated her and wanted to destroy her was the truth she exposed via the sunshine law of the corruption behind the Smart Port scandal and shed a little sunshine on the fact that Mexico was to be in charge of inspecting the cargo that came in from Mexico to the US.

A little tidbit missed in TKC's Timeline. Since that story broke in sometime around April of 2007, and Tony's timeline begins several months later.

My guess is the an embarrassed Mr. Gutierrez and some others who stand to profit exponentially from the Smart Port plan were a bit angered about the whole exposure thing and sent out the dogs.

Personally I could care less, who becomes the Mayor, they all suck!

But what do I know, I'm just an old fat cowboy!

Hello Kansas City! It has been a long time since my last post.

So here is the latest on Kansas City Crime!

Here is the latest scoop!

Certain groups are putting pressure on the Kansas City, City Council to make felons, and criminals a protected class! Now on it's face you might think, well whats wrong with that?

Well, lets say you own a small business, and someone applies for a bookkeeper position. You run a background check and find they have been convicted of embezzlement and fraud. You decide not to hire them. Well, if they pass this law, get ready to be sued, you have just discriminated against a felon.

Lets say you are a bank manager, and a guy applies for a job that has several convictions for theft, larceny or (fill in the blank). If you turn him down, you are in big trouble!

So you have an apartment for lease, some of your tenants in the building are single or elderly or even disabled. You have a repeat rapist who wants to rent your apartment. Uh-oh! Now you have a dilemma.

1. You say no, and he sues you for discrimination.

2. You move him in and all your other tenants move out.

3 You move him in and he kicks in the elderly ladies door in apartment #B. Her family finds out you rented to him knowing he was a repeat sex offender and they sue the hell out of you!

Word is they will introduce this plan as soon as the budget mess is settled!

One more reason, people and employers are leaving Kansas City!

Cleaver has once again shown his prowess for spending money, now he has secured millions for more government spending in neighborhoods nobody wants to go to.

It is not enough that he and Kaye Barnes spent KC into a massive deficit, but now he is spending my grand children's money on frivolous tripe!

Once again ignoring the fact that Kansas City is one of the most violent places on the planet, one where more Americans die in a month than in war torn Iraq!

So what about the regional jail that Jay Nixon and several other prominent Missourians said was essential to Kansas City.... No, no funding for that! I guess the criminals can still rule the streets of Kansas City without threat of incarceration.

I guess Cleaver is still counting on the votes of the criminals to keep him in office!

Dead Pool Kansas City

Dead Pool Kansas City!

Since the media is being a bit more careful and not reporting the daily toll of the Kansas City dead, it has been a bit more difficult to keep up with the actual numbers.

Back in 2005 we had people killing people just to make the news and even stating when caught that they were just driving the numbers up. So people blamed the media; mostly the media blamed the media, thus fueling their self aggrandizing discussions of just how much affect they have on the behavior of the populace.

In 1993 there were an astonishing 153 homicides in KC, in 2005 we topped out at 127; 2007 is a bit of a mystery as the KCPD didn't keep accurate records or failed to report the totals to the people who track these things. My theory is a bit more conspiratorial, I think that as the mayor sits on the board of police commissioners, as do several other prominent Kansas City movers and shakers they thought it in the city's best interest to fudge the numbers to avoid making the "worst cities" lists that get published each year.

Making the list can make national headlines and drive away tourism and cause a significant drop in revenue, not to mention the stigma attached to it.

So where are we headed this year, will we exceed the 2005 numbers? Will Kansas City make the top 10, could we even unseat last years #1 bloodbath city in the nation St. Louis?

August alone saw a record breaking 21 homicides. So where are we now, I've heard rumblings of 114 and even higher, Tony of TKC sums it up here! TKC Homicide . Alonzo puts the number at 122 on his latest post.

Given Kansas City's history of escalating the violence around the Holiday season, "remember Jeffrey Dunham, who was shot at Martini Corner"; I wonder if we just may reach a new record.

So now to the dead pool: Back in 2005 we had an office pool we were betting on just what the final tally would be for Kansas City's death toll.

Sadly my wife had guessed highest and she took the prize! No one else ever imagined that KC could rack up numbers like they did then, now we just ignore it as though it is so common nobody cares!

What a sad commentary on life in this; as Alonzo puts it: "This Hell Hole"!

We're all to busy learning about the funk getting yanked off in his office by his bizarre wife and the sitcom that is Kansas City politics.

I guess we will have to wonder will the death toll include those shot before midnight but expire after the new year or can we only count them if they die before the clock tolls twelve?

No answers as yet as to how to stem the tide of murders, except from the usual suspects like Alvin Brooks who is calling for "education", and blaming a lack of jobs and "too many guns". We've heard that liberal blather over and over for decades, it does not work and it never has!

Some want to blame the police, that's like blaming the stop sign you ran for the accident you had.

Here's a novel concept, blame the thugs, the drugs and the crime, punish the criminals and put them in jail!

Oh yeah, back to that we don't have any jail space, and we don't convict criminals here! So I wonder why they graduate from burglary and mayhem to homicide; could it be that they never got punished for the lesser crimes so they feel they can do anything and get away with it?

Here is a SHOCKER!

We've been hearing these ads from the Missouri Bar Association to go to their website and see what the ratings are on our Missouri judges and vote based on that information.

Curious, I decided to play along. So here is what I found, they surprisingly suggest that we retain all of the judges, based on polls of lawyers and jurors. However; most of the judges do not have juror polls associated with their rankings, and surprisingly they all get really high marks from our friends the lawyers.

I searched through dozens of judges profiles and every damn one of them is recommended for retention! I know this comes as a shock that an organization of lawyers, by lawyers and for lawyers would support retaining the lawyers that fill these positions, but you must consider the source.

So here's my suggestion, ask a cop! Ask your local police officer which judges suck! I can assure you, you will get a much more informed answer than that of the MO Bar Association.

Why KC Sucks!

Just another usual day in the City of Anarchy; I got a call about a break-in at one of the properties I oversee. I rushed over there to find the plumbing stolen and the furnace and A/C gone. In talking with the two police officers, they told me they had busted some guy a block away, earlier today for burglarizing another home.

I told them that I had been interested in being a cop when I was younger but I was damn glad I chose real estate instead; they confirmed that my decision was a good one.

They said that that guy they had busted today would be on the street before they got home. This is a common complaint I hear from many of my KCPD friends. There is no prosecution in Jackson County!

One of the interesting things these two officers stated was, "If this was Cass, Clay or Platte County this shit would not be tolerated!"

The sad truth is these KCPD officers were correct, we have wimpy liberal judges, piss poor prosecutors and no damn jail space! Our fine law enforcement officers are arresting the same thugs sometimes twice a day and they never go to jail!

Houses stripped, homes burglarized, copper stolen, prostitution, drug dealing.

I see this crap everyday, I get a call from the police, a neighbor or a homeowner, and arrive to find the house stripped to the bone! Heck this weekend one of my tenants was shot while on his front porch!

I was once called by the police to allow them access to an apartment. they were on the track of a criminal. I rushed to let them in. The black suited officers rushed passed me; with my access key, they nabbed the bad guy and took him out in handcuffs.

In the process they passed by a drug dealer, and his prostitution ring. they rushed up and took the criminal on the third floor into custody.

When I inquired as to his crime.... He had failed to pay his child support!

The drug dealer, the pimp, the prostitutes, were all untouched, no one paid any attention to them.

Rob, steal, cheat, burglarize, vandalize, heck even kill someone, you will be back on the street before the officer that arrests you goes home for the day.

In my line of work at least I get the satisfaction of an eviction! These poor bastards have to arrest the same deadbeat POS everyday!

One of my KCPD friends once asked me "I'm here to do my 20 and get the hell out, why the hell are people like you still here"?

I guess we're here because we have no where else to go. We have to make a living, we know the town and we know what parts of town to avoid, but if your in my line of work there are no parts of town you can avoid. Thank God and the NRA for CCW; without that I'd be screwed!

Some day I will move to the family farm, far away from this hell-hole, far away from copper thieves, crack-heads and liberal judges and prosecutors who refuse to prosecute criminals.

So here is my proposal, we find a guy with balls like Joe Arpaio, we elect him to be the Sheriff of Jackson County and we turn the west bottoms into a huge tent city!

Listen; if the thugs think it's too cold, remind them of our boys and girls in the mountains of Afghanistan! Buy the bastards some pink f-ing jumpsuits and feed 'em some f-ing bologna for dinner!

But no, we want a train, we want a giant glass fishbowl for our concerts and our imaginary sports team, we want to build the train to nowhere!

KC is screwed!

Funkhouser is a flunky, the red star and most of the populace has never seen a tax increase they didn't want and KC is in debt up to it's ass because we have single party rule!

I don't care which party, if there are no checks and balances there is chaos, and KC is the chaos capital, second only to Chicago!

Kay Barnes spent us into oblivion to prop up her north-land base, pulling much needed resources out of the inner city and moving police and other assets to areas to support her run for congress. She did so with the support of the red star and the liberals that make up the Kansas City elite!

Crack shacks litter the city, city officials like Cindy Circo and Beth Gottstein push for devaluing real estate and discouraging investment in Kansas City, with landlord licensing and now trying to take away the trash pickup paid for with our tax dollars from multi-family properties. They've even tried to charge us illegally for fire inspections.

And finally as a real estate professional, working with investment property and commercial property, I have frequently worked with businesses who were looking for commercial real estate. I have had more deals killed by Kansas City's Payroll tax than I can count. Businesses just will not relocate to Kansas City if they can avoid it, I see advertisements all the time that boast "no earnings tax" for properties in suburban Kansas City areas.

When people advertise homes for sale or rent they often point out that they are "not in the Kansas City School District".

The earnings tax is keeping business out of Kansas City!

In a nutshell, this is why Kansas City Sucks: Earnings tax, unpunished crime, shitty schools, one party rule and spend-thrift greedy politicians!

What really matters is that is one less thug in Kansas City!

I see this stuff every day, I have to work in the inner city of KC every day. What most people don't understand is that drugs. prostitution, gangs and crime are part of everyday life in Kansas City. KC is completely out of control, if you think your safe in your suburban domicile you are sadly mistaken. These thugs are emboldened by the lack of prosecution, the lack of jail space and the fact that you think you are safe.

This is a battle cry, take up arms, defend yourselves, they are coming for you and your children next. Don't think that because you live in a "safe neighborhood" you are not affected. These animals can go anywhere they want.

So yesterday I get a call from a Sheriff's Deputy to meet them at an eviction I've been waiting for. I just recently took over the bank owned property and the psycho, drug-dealing tenant refused to allow us or even the appraisers in, she also didn't pay any rent.

Thankfully the wheels of justice turn a bit quicker in Wyandotte, if this had been Jackson County, the eviction wouldn't be final until January.

Here are a few of the pics I got, I;m sure they were just weighing envelopes with the scales on the coffee table in the living room.

She was very upset, seems she's pregnant and has other small children.

Has the Surgeon General issued a warning on using pot while pregnant?

This is one really cool crime mapping site. Open it up and play with the date range, make it at least 14 days and you can no longer see most of Kansas City for all of the crime that covers the map.

You will notice there are a few areas that stand out, in-fact I read recently that crime South of the river is 8 times greater than that North of the river.

So why is it that Kay Barnes moved so many assets, police, and resources to the Northland, could it be because the Congressional District stops at the river?

Today I was visiting a house at 26th and Garfield to change the locks and take some pictures of the home. While talking with the resident I noticed The ghetto bird hovering overhead, several police cars flying by and sirens coming from every direction.

While I was changing the locks this guy runs up on the porch, panting and out of breath. He asked the tenant if so-and-so was there and then asked if he could use the phone.

Now, I'm no rocket scientist; but I'm a little suspicious, what amazes me is the tenant lets the guy in. I'm thanking God that MO now has a concealed carry law and I place my hand on my hide-out .45 caliber.

I went back out to my truck and I called the folks at 911, I told them the guys description and that I thought he might be the object of the search. As I wasn't positive and did not want to have my new tenants house raided I did not tell them which house he was in, I informed them of what intersection I had seen him at. If they had confirmed that he was the guy I would have been more specific.

They told me that description didn't seem to meet anything they were interested in. But then I see several police cars circling the block. After a while one came down the road and I tried to alert them without making a huge scene, they drove right past me and paid me no mind.

So I go back in the house; the guy is relaxing on the couch, so I figure well he seems at ease. After a while he goes out and sits on the front porch, within a few seconds several police cars pull up and take him down. They place him in handcuffs and sit him on the curb.

After he is secured they find his bag of dope hidden in the front porch where he had been sitting. The officers who had driven by me ask me "were you trying to flag us down?"! Yeah, I was! One officer gives the other a pat on the back and tells him; "I told you he was, and you're driving by like Ricky Bobby"

Turns out this genius had been trying to outrun the police for some time; in the process he had hit several cars, light poles and crashed his truck pretty bad. He ditched his truck and fled to the house I was in.

Wearing a T-shirt that said "BIG DUMMY" on the front gave us all a laugh and even the police were taking pictures of him in his very descriptive T-shirt.

Seems the stupid criminal had decided that he should call the police and tell them he had been car-jacked. The officers who arrived were the ones who had been chasing him and asked him if he actually thought they would not recognize him.

A few months ago I started this blog, I was pissed, I was tired of fighting thugs, criminals, vandals and a Jackson County justice system that was, and still is faulty and corrupt.

My blogging, and sending links to my blog to "the powers that be" have resulted in many triumphs. One blog I posted, (and erased) earned me a phone call from a prominent politician who was very concerned about re-election and has taken measures to correct the situation.

My blogging and pissing and moaning helped to result in the arrest of several drug dealers and a prostitution ring in Northeast Kansas City.

While the establishment is comfortable keeping crime in specific neighborhoods, so that their elite constituents are not affected. While the prosecutors, politicians and police turn a blind eye to certain neighborhoods. I will continue to fight to see that every crime is prosecuted, every criminal is prosecuted and every neighborhood is safe.

There is yet another unsolved crime in the KC area that I have specific detailed information about, if it is not prosecuted, if it is not pursued with the vigor and passion that little missing white girls get, I will expose it. This crime evaded the radar of the media, the local press and even the sensational exposes' of trash-TV like KCTV channel 5, the ambulance chasers that they are.

This crime is heinous, and this crime poses a great danger to the citizens of all of the Kansas City Metro Area. I cannot expose it now because I may damage an existing investigation. But by-God if this crime is not fully prosecuted I will use the Internet to expose the criminals, the failures of the investigators and the faults of the system.

While local politicians like the Funk blather on about taking guns out of the hands of criminals, citizens like me are actually doing something about it!

Gun owning, hard working, God fearing Americans who will not tolerate unpunished crime. Must stand up and make a difference, in Cities like Kansas City the squeaky wheel gets the grease; and the grease is JUSTICE!

This is my neighborhood, this is my city and I will not tolerate the criminal element devaluing it and destroying it!

I have sent links to many politicians, and based on the traffic I know they have visited. I noticed that there is one (1) vote for "I feel safe in Kansas City" on my poll at the left of this blog. I can assure you, that vote, that lone vote was made by a certain prominent elitist politician who I have taken to task in the blog before.

I'm sure if you had an armed security contingent and lived in a secluded community, you too could feel unaffected by the crime that rages in the streets of KC.

So I admit it I was doing a vanity Google, I typed in my moniker "oldfatcowboy" What to my surprise I found several posts to blogs using my moniker and linking to various sites I am associated with.

That is the first one I noticed, not a bad post, in-fact I might have written something similar. But I didn't write this one.

Scary, anyone can claim to be me and post any darn thing they like. Would be just my luck some nut-job can post some hysterical rant and attach my moniker or even my name and link to me; People see it and attribute the rant to me.

You too, your name and a link to your website could be posted on any blog anywhere. You could be attributed with anything anyone wants to say. Even your competition, your crazy ex-spouse or that guy at work that wants your job.

I've found some other posts attributed to me that I had nothing to do with also, some of this may be attributed to other people who have had access to my email account. Unfortunately, for many years we allowed employees to have access to our yahoo email account.

I guess it's not really a crime, but I just had to say something about it.

Oak Park Mall Shooting

Once again violence comes to Oak Park Mall. If you think your safe in the suburbs it should be settling in by now that your far from safe.

A 54 year old lady in the parking lot of Overland Park, KS Oak Park Mall, near Dillard's was ordered out of her car by three thugs. The demanded she get out of her car, at 1:00 in the afternoon, broad daylight in Johnson County!

Shooting and cursing at her, she rammed her car into the car they had arrived in. In some accounts she rammed their car several times until they fled the scene.

The lady survived without injury, the thugs escaped in a red Dodge Intrepid, described by some media reports as a stolen car.

Thugs roaming the streets are now having an affect on the tranquility of Johnson County soccer mom's, perhaps someone will take notice that we have a serious crime dilemma in greater KC.

Naaaah, we'll just offer more coddling and therapy, while refusing to encarcerate or punish criminals.

We all remember the life cut short of Kelsey Smith, who was kidnapped from Target near the Oak Park Mall.

This guy's coming home from work at midnight; four gun wielding thugs force him into the house where he and his brother-in-law are held at gunpoint. The thugs are looking for the mans son; the son in dialling 911, while the man and his brother-in-law overpower the thugs and take away their guns. Before the police arrive the man is able to shoot two of the degenerates.

Three were arrested the other is still on the loose. Fortunately for the two men and the son only the thugs were hurt.

"They got what they had coming" said the man who was the target of the armed thugs.

Good job guys, From the photo I just saw of the creep who shot up The Tools Shed it looks like he got taken to the toolshed too.

I hope those who were injured will recover soon. I'm sure he got a little cleanup before his mugshot was taken. None the less, his mugshot looks like he got worked over pretty good.

Way to go, you guys are alright!

This guy is amazing, I like to blog but this guy makes prolific seem an insufficient terminology.

Tony recently acknowledged my rant about the Funk and his anti-gun stance. Thanks Tony! I wish I had more time to blog about the things that really piss me off, but I have a real job.

I have to admit I do check out TKC now and then but I just like the pictures. Its sort of like Playboy; does anyone really read the articles?

Props to to TKC though you really do work hard from your Moms basement, tap-tap-tapping away.

Shooting in a Kansas City Bar

He Just Wasn't Happy!

Thursday night a drunken nut-job started shooting patrons in an east Kansas City Bar. The Tool shed bar on 40 hwy, was the scene of a bazaar shooting.

According to news reports, nobody has died yet, but at least three people were injured.

One guy said he was smoking outside the bar with this dude, the guy was talking about suicide and said, “I’m going to be on the news.” "He was really drunk"! Obviously Kansas City's smoking ban is to blame for this.

No crap, the dude wants to be on the news, you think he may have some issues.

He started shooting into the bar until someone took his gun from him. He then grabbed another weapon and began firing again.

Some chick, who lives at the Hyline Inn next door to the Tool Shed, said "shots continued for about 10 minutes". The guy stopped to reload and he was tackled by another guy.

OK I'm starting to visualize this; the Tool Shed, is next to a motel that people actually "live in" called the "Hyline Inn" I'm guessing teeth are optional.

Several customers had the gunman pinned to the ground when police arrived.

A regular patron at the bar who showed up at the scene later, said that the shooter was a regular too.

“He just always seemed disgruntled or distraught. Something really bad was going on. He just wasn’t happy.” said one of the Mensa candidates at the scene.

So I did a Google search on the Hyline in , I found a really poor video of some people worried that they might get shot there. I also found some reviews this one is pretty telling. Quote: "We decided to leave but before doing so, we glanced over and saw two very scary dudes dumping salt in each other's eyes to show how tuff they are"

First of all your a regular at a bar called the Tool Shed, secondly the live-in motel next door is called the Highline Inn, and you're surprised there may have been some violence.

Perhaps you should examine your choice of hangouts!
