Since they were married, they’ve expanded their family with not one but two adorable little girls, and when Olivia recently turned the big ONE YEAR, we set up a session to commemorate the event. I had such a great time with them at Long Key Nature Center, a gorgeous backdrop for my images, and I’m so happy with how this set turned out! Both of their daughters are super cute (seriously, with parents as good looking as Rumira and Cian, how could they not be?!), and these are definitely some of my favorite recent family portraits.

The focus for this session was on Olivia, but we made sure to include big sis Sophia and big brother-dog Tyrone, as well as mom & dad! And Olivia’s family had a fun and yummy surprise for her at the end of the shoot!

They had a beautiful, intimate ceremony at Villa Azur in South Beach after getting ready and having their First Look and bride and groom portraits over at the Mandarin Oriental in Miami. A fun cocktail hour and dinner reception followed the ceremony as they were joined by their closest family and friends. Such a beautiful night for a beautiful couple!

I know your pain! As a photographer myself, I’m always the one taking the family photos, and rarely hand the camera off to my husband to capture me with my kids. But we have to change that — one day our kids are going to get older and want a picture to cherish of themselves with their mom — and I’m here to help you out!

My Mommy and Me Sessions are only $75 for a 15 minute mini-session with Mom and up to 3 kids.  Sessions must take place on a weekday morning or afternoon, however, I’m willing to book a Saturday morning session ONLY IF you bring along 2 additional families (that’s 3 total families all shooting on the same day) and you all purchase a minimum prepaid print credit of $150, which must be paid with your session fee.

Each session includes an online gallery for you to view your images and one high-res digital file with a print release, plus an adorable Facebook Timeline “cover” graphic so that you can smile every time you log into your FB account!

Additional high-res files, products, and prints are also available for purchase.

Please contact me to select your date and time and book your session. Reservations are only complete with online payment of all monies due and a signed agreement. Sessions must take place during the month of April at one of my preferred mini session shooting areas in North Broward — location choice selections will be given upon booking.

We photographed their family portraits at South Pointe Park on Miami Beach. We were lucky to have wonderful weather and gorgeous light — one of the perks of being a South Florida Portrait Photographer!

I really enjoyed doing the bridal prep. It took place at Sade’s parents’ house, which was beautiful! Their home provided a wonderful setting to capture the bridal details as well as some portraits. Sade made a stunning bride!

Their ceremony was at St. Elizabeth Anne Seton Catholic Church – just down the street from my house. I love getting to shoot right in my hometown! They had a beautiful ceremony filled with lots of emotion and happiness.

The stained glass at the church made an interesting light pattern for a few portraits.

From there we headed over to Parkland Golf and Country Club. While the Club itself is private, they have a gorgeous garden right at the entrance, which is open to the public. It is a popular location for photography here in the Coral Springs, Parkland, and Boca Raton area due to the architectural elements and beautiful florals. The park also gets fantastic lighting!

This was a special wedding for me to shoot, since I’ve been friends with Jennifer since we were in middle school. Jen is one of the few people that I’ve kept in touch with over the past twenty-ish years, and I was absolutely overjoyed when she asked me to photograph her wedding day.

Jen and Rob are such an amazing couple together — I’ve known Jen a long time and I have never seen her smile as beautifully as she does when she is in Rob’s presence. When I met Rob on the day that I photographed their engagement session, it took less than a minute of seeing the two of them together to understand how perfect they are for one another. I know they are going to be happy for the rest of their lives, and I could not have been more thrilled to capture the images from their wedding day! Mazel tov!!!

Rob was in a separate room with the men during the Tish! They had a good time together before the main event began….

Soon it was time for Jen and Rob to see each other for the first time during the Bedeken and Ketubah signing… they didn’t have a traditional “first look” portrait session, but rather, Jen made a grand entrance in front of Robert and their closest family and friends. I love the look on both of their faces! True happiness!

Jennifer’s parents were so proud to walk her down the aisle. The entire ceremony was so beautiful, as you’ll see in the following images….

By the time the ceremony was over, the light was perfect for portrait time….

Then it was time for the reception… the decor was just stunning – Flowers by Tony makes the most beautiful arrangements!

The bride and groom made their grand entrance and went straight into a roaring Hora!

Every time Jen and Rob shared a dance, there was magic in the air…. seriously!

What a great evening!!!

When Andra contacted me, I was pretty excited to hear that she wanted to work with me — we have several mutual friends, and after a few years of “knowing” each other on Facebook, we still hadn’t met in person yet. When I found out WHY she wanted to work with me, I was even MORE excited — she and her husband, Scott, had recently found out they were going to have a baby, and wanted a creative way to share the news with their parents over the holidays — so they decided to have a portrait made!

We set up a mini-session at Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach and created some adorable images with a cute sign that Andra made up. Their family was so surprised and happy to receive their gifts during the holidays!

A few days ago, Andra broke the news over Facebook using the first image below, and their announcement was absolutely adorable!
