It is full of people getting haircuts, manicures, perms, color treatments, and pedicures. Everyone is smiling. I mean everyone! They all look relaxed and happy. I look back at the menu and then at Karena, “Where should I start?” I ask her. “Well, we have everything from express services to get you in and out in a hurry, but still feel pampered, to all day spa days.
