Regardless of how often senseless acts of violence are committed, we continue to hope and pray that nothing like that will ever happen again. Interestingly, those who commit these horrible acts, thrive on attention. Yet the heroes of the day never seek attention and never think of themselves as heroes. You may have heard others opine that 2011 was not a very good year.

Yes, there were some difficult circumstances but those very same circumstances afforded us the opportunity to make changes and to experience growth.

Some learned 4-letter words to get them through<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/KartchnerSmith/~4/-_WnVY2tR6E" height="1" width="1"/>

Reflection

Happy New Year!

The end of one year and the beginning of another seems to motivate many of us to rethink our priorities, our goals, and/or our objectives.

The last few years were full of hard times for many<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/KartchnerSmith/~4/keAEmuMhw2U" height="1" width="1"/>

<media:rating>nonadult</media:rating>
KS
