There are tons of articles & each article has something unique on six packs.
This has become buzz word in recent times where more fitness, health consciousness of how to maintain healthy body & mind.

Let us run through the easiest ways to reach six packs.

1. Burn fat. Without cardio there is nothing.
2. Stay away from sugar sweets,cakes, chocolates, sodium packaged foods.
3. Go for protein based food - Whey powder( has 22g of protein), soy beans( 20g), almonds(12g), peanuts(10g). (Numbers on a rough). Drink plenty of water.
4. Add natural carbohydrates via fruits - on daily basis(apples, oranges, grapes,bananas) plus vegetables - carrots, broccoli, spinach. Also, going for wheat whole grain 100% fiber bread will help to supply good fiber to the body.

5. Get your heart rate up to your some optimum level where you can breathe & balance via some cardio (treadmill/cycling/any one). 30- 60 mins per day will do wonders.
6. If you are meat eater (am not, so no idea), pls. check for appropriate meat (could be chicken,fish). Remember meat contain lot of fat, so choose carefully.
7. Make a habit to have fat-free milk & fat-free cottage cheese, which has good amount of protein, which can be the food for your muscles.
8. Head for resistance exercises - plan for upper body exercises(weight lifting, shoulders) one day, lower body the next day(weight pull via legs, squat exercise).
9. Go for crunches, static holdup(elbow on the ground, lie on a line, lift your body).

Never do these exercises if you don't have some carbohydrates(brown rice will be good,bananas) before 1-2 hrs, you need good energy to do workouts. More importantly, if you don't have at least 7(accepted)- 8 (good) hrs of sleep, don't attempt trying more heavy workouts, its not good for your blood pressure levels.

Thanksgiving is not about eating turkeys, mashed potatoes, heading to black friday, buying some electronic/softwares on cyber monday.

Thanksgiving is all about love & happiness, the current trend is becoming like all the family members meet only once (on thanksgiving) or twice per year.(on Christmas). Due to the way the lifestyle is changing & in olden days people were leaving within the same city, were able to meet multiple times, but not like those, these times.

The first American thanksgiving was celebrated in 1621, to honor the memory of with a ceremony for the harvest reaped by the plymouth colony after a harsh winter.

I always used to hear from my friend that thanksgiving is more about sharing love & happiness with family & friends. Next time when you celebrate don't forget to invite one/many of your friend/family members who is living away from his/her family, that way you are adding real value to thanksgiving & sharing your love & happiness, we never want to be alone in thanksgiving day.

Giving up is an excuse and finding an excuse is a crime.

We want to achieve more, but not ready to take extra effort, when everyone watching matches, everyone sitting in cinema theaters, everyone sitting in living room watching movie with popcorn and coke in hand, there are persons who don't waste their time, each sec is important for them, remember Bill Gates if you need to speak with him, you need to get appointment before many months, can you ever image going near Lakshmi Mittal? These persons come under the II category, work hard for betterment for their life, society and for the country. Are you ready to steady your life without giving up irrespective of hurdles that come across you?

Wow, the fitness of Rahul Dravid, Sachin amuses me a lot, above 35 dravid plays cricket, hockey. Running between the wickets and fielding of sachin is marvelous. These guys never give up, have ever your noticed rahul dravid throwing his wicket, a bowler should work hard to get his wicket. Man, he fights till his last sweat.

Many strive to achieve more, but when the opportunity comes, they don't respond,instead they try to hide, its very hard to get a chance, good opportunities will come for everyone provided you hit the right path, but we should be responsible for our actions, if you don't deliver, you will be delivered out. Why is aamir khan's movie has lot of vibrance and substance than any other hindi movies these days, that is due to his involvement, interest and never giving up attitude, for you information, aamir khan came much before shahrukh, while aamir has acted less than 40 films, shahrukh has done more than 75(am not comparing both here), the fact is shahrukh is equally committed person like aamir, both have their ideas, the fact is shahrukh and aamir both have struggled a lot before they make it big. If you want to learn how to come up in life without any god father learn from shahrukh, if you want to take a leaf on never giving up attitude look onto these folks. Surviving in the hindi industry for these long period is not an easy task, they both have done remarkable work.

There was a time when young legs were needed to replace seniors. That was when Gautam Gambhir was selected in place of Ganguly. Ban elephants in festivals

Cruelty dealt in neat manner, will the government bring the ban rule to use elephant in festivals. Elephants are world's unique creature need to be in forest, but due to money from it - Ivory cost, circus people hunt and torture it.

Also elephants are very emotional creature, it loves his mahout (driver and care taker of elephant) so much. Many times mahout fail to feed at the musk period and elephant gets angry and kills drastically the mahout, the time duration of the madness of elephant could range from minutes to hours. After it comes to normal, it will feel for its behavior and starts crying heavily for killing his mahout. There is a special bonding between the elephant and mahout, like mother and kid, many elephants in asian countries (Thailand, India, Sri lanka etc) elephants don't have any role models, they hunted while they were kid and based on the instructions from mahout it behaves, acts and responds.

Elephant love is amazing, it remembers so much, the bad thing is its treated for begging, in circus they are abused, making to walk in the hot sun for hrs, please they need shelter and peace, they are not supposed to be in the city, let us join hands in eradicating the cruelty,nasty thing happening to the unique lovable, adorable creature.

When a message can be processed in different ways is called polymorphism. Polymorphism means many forms.

There are 2 types of Polymorphism namely
1.Compile time polymorphism (or) Overloading

Compile Time Polymorphism :

Compile time polymorphism is method and operators overloading. It is also called early binding. Method with same name but with different arguments is called method overloading. In method overloading, method performs the different task at the different input parameters.

Runtime Time Polymorphism :

When overriding a method, you change the behavior of the method for the derived class. Overloading a method simply involves having another method with the same prototype. Method overloading has nothing to do with inheritance or virtual methods.

8. Generics in .NET

Generics allow you to realize type safety at compile time. They allow you to create a data structure without committing to a specific data type. When the data structure is used, however, the compiler makes sure that the types used with it are consistent for type safety. Generics provide type safety, but without any loss of performance or code bloat. While they are similar to templates in C++ in this regard, they are very different in their implementation.

The System.Collections.Generics namespace contains the generics collections in .NET 2.0. Various collections/container classes have been "parameterized." To use them, simply specify the type for the parameterized type and off you go. See Example 2:

1. What is Lamda Expression?

A lambda expression is an anonymous function that can contain expressions and statements, and can be used to create delegates or expression tree types. All lambda expressions use the lambda operator =>, which is read as "goes to". The left side of the lambda operator specifies the input parameters (if any) and the right side holds the expression or statement block. The lambda expression x => x * x is read "x goes to x times x." This expression can be assigned to a delegate type as follows:

2. Difference between clustered and non-clustered index

The difference is that, Clustered index is unique for any given table and we can have only one clustered index on a table. The leaf level of a clustered index is the actual data and the data is resorted in case of clustered index. Whereas in case of non-clustered index the leaf level is actually a pointer to the data in rows so we can have as many non-clustered indexes as we can on the db.

3. What is Microsoft UIP?

The User Interface Process Application Block provides a simple yet extensible
framework for developing user interface processes. It is designed to abstract
the control flow and state management out of the user interface layer into a user interface process layer. This helps you write generic code for the control flow and state management for different applications types (for example, Web and Windows) and helps manage user's tasks in complex scenarios (for example, suspending and resuming tasks).

The UIP Application Block is based on the model-view-controller (MVC) pattern. Each of the MVC objects is represented in the UIP Application Block in the following ways:

WCF is much more flexible:

etc.

WCF offers a lot more security features and security levels than ASMX (message
security etc.). WCF offers things like reliable messaging, transaction support etc. In WCF, almost anything is configurable in a config file - much more so than with ASMX

5. Why do we need 3-Tier architecture?

i. Reusability of the business logic component results in quick development.Let's say we have a module that handles adding, updating, deleting and finding customers in the system. As this component is developed and tested, we can use it in any other project that might involve maintaining customers.

ii.Transformation of the system is easy. Since the business logic is separate from the data access layer, changing the data access layer won t affect the business logic module much. Let's say if we are moving from SQL Server data storage to Oracle there shouldn t be any changes required in the business layer component and in the GUI component.

iii.Change management of the system is easy. Let's say if there is a minor change in the business logic, we don t have to install the entire system in individual user s PCs. E.g. if GST (TAX) is changed from 10% to 15% we only need to update the business logic component without affecting the users and without any downtime.

iv. Having separate functionality servers allows for parallel development of
individual tiers by application specialists. Provides more flexible resource allocation. Can reduce the network traffic by having the functionality servers strip data to the precise structure needed before sending it to the clients.

LINQ to SQL is an O/RM (object relational mapping) implementation which allows you to model a relational database using .NET classes. You can then query the database using LINQ, as well as update/insert/delete data from it.

LINQ to SQL allows .NET developers to write “queries” in their .NET language of choice to retrieve and manipulate data from a SQL Server database. 10. Sql Server Reporting Services

3. The WCF uses the DataContractAttribute and DataMemeberAttribute to translate .NET FW types in to XML.

There is a huge buzz involved about LINQ post .NET Framework 3.5 release. I have shared some useful information on using LINQ(Language-Integrated Query) data sources.

Introduction:

1. LINQ gives a set of query operators that are available as C# Keywords. Those keywords will be used to denote/define an expression ie. Query Expression that retrieves tha data you want.

2. Source data for a query must implement IEnumerable interface or interface that implements IEnumerable like IQueryable

3. Datasource of LINQ can be array or an array list that supports non-generic IEnumerable interface.

Example of LINQ to Objects(LINQ Implementation)

LINQ query that retrieves key values from a sorted list

Mark List

iii. LINQ to SQL can insert, update, delete and select data.

There is a debate running all over the globe, where does the economy heading?

It is going to be again the US or the economy heads to India, China?

Even Cisco is starting a huge setting up of a second head office in bangalore which will give 10,000 people jobs in India. Microsoft, IBM also want to move out of US if US restricts them with lot of policies.

China being the greatest and huge exporter of hardware, while chinese design the hardware and indians design the software the US going to consume.

There is such a mayhem and creating a mindset of all negative thoughts into the poor employees who work putting their hearts & souls and in the end they are shown doors by injecting new traumas like cost cutting, recession etc...

Major IT companies are starting to walk out of US due to their labor restrictions,tax terms etc..also there is a real factor

For example:

1. If you hire a US citizen - Annual cost is $100,000
2. If you hire a foreign worker - " " " $50,000
3. If you hire an offshore worker - $10,000

So this is factor which tends to move more project to countries like India, china & brazil..

Also India has the world's huge number of english speaking persons compared to other countries. You can see in recession also in Asia-pacific region India is giving the highest salary hike of 10.2%, while in US the unemployment rate is 10%, 21 banks going bankrupted, millions get laid-off but still it leads the economy chart with #1 (how is this possible is my question in my mind)...

There is a huge decrement in the number of applications received for h1 visas this year for 2010, indian students opting for US universities decreased by 9%...

Bail out, Investment Planning,Wealth Managers, Account Managers, Software Engineers, Human Resources etc... but no one can't do anything and there should be some approach to fight this recession....

Lot of failures are due to lack of communication, lot of problems are due to misunderstandings, the 150 years old Lehman brothers got bankrupted was the starting point and 21 banks in US in 2008 bankrupted, millions laid-off with double-digit unemployment rate etc.. but economists, Mr.Obama are sure this is a temporary and something sure is for permanent is on the way!!!

Finally the prince of indian cricket has made adieu to the international cricket in the late 2008.

We are going to miss him very much. I have been inspired by him very much right from childhood watching him. He is very determined, dedicated & disciplined. His abilities has been questioned everytime throughout his career, but every time he responed with his cricketing skills in a great manner.

I can see 2 faces of ganguly, ie. when he was captain & after losing his captaincy & came back to the squad. When he was captain he was more energetic, aggressive in cricket & off field, but the later part he is aggressive only on the cricketing field & was very calm & composed. I wonder how such an aggressive person can change his thinking & act accordingly. Really i liked his attitude a lot.

Today's India can't be without cricket. We talk,eat,fight about cricket & cricketers.
We got independence in 1947, English left us, but they left Cricket in front of us. To be honest 'Hockey' is our national game but cricket overwhelmed it.

Great players like Kapil Dev,Sunil Gavaskar,Mohd. Azharrudin,Sachin Tendulkar,Sourav Ganguly have redefined cricket in india, they have made indians to oversee cricket over hockey.

India has won 1 world cup in 1983 under Kapil's captaincy. MS Dhoni has set new trend in captaining india, the calm and cool customer with consitent performance over a nut shell both as a player,captain & as individual too.

Its very common to see roads becoming empty when india pakistan matches come live on TVs. When Kapil Dev was playing he reached the top spot and he retired when sachin came. Sachin is the only player to play matches with old & young players like Kapil Dev, J.Srinath,Sehwag,Gambhir to name a few. Sachin is termed as the living god by indian fans.

There was a time when everytime he comes to bat, he failed & with his stealthy determination,dedication and discipline he proved again and again. A man who is respected by most of the indians for his aspiring,shrewd,inspiring talent, he is none other than Sourav Ganguly, the king of all kings. He made a flashing 100 in his test debut, most successful captain, jubliant human being. His love for cricket is extraordinary.

Another person who is always patient,persistent & always concentrates single minded. The greatest timer of cover drive. He is the wall - Rahul Dravid, good character,temperament and soft spoken personality. His runs in test cricket is voluminous.

I would like to dedicate this article to our lovable freedom fighters of india.

It was before our indian independence, many people suffered a lot in the form of tortures, injuries, pain even some lost their lives. They had all united and were fighting for a single cause, INDIAN INDEPENDENCE!. But in today's world people are never bothered either to give the resepect what our freedom fighters deserve?

Today's generation assumes 'FREEDOM FIGHTERS' as old aged people who get government pensions, get benefits in train tickets etc. But if you go through their lives, they have some thing to tell us.

Even when Subhash Chandra Bose formed military camp, he didn't have any sponsors to give money to buy guns, bullets etc. He organized and brought people and all poor people what they had at that time gave their money and subash chandra bose used that money and he with other soldiers fought for us. Most of them who fought at that time would have been dead now or become very aged. They didn't had money at that time but they had one DREAM! an independent INDIA.

Mahatma Gandhiji who studied law would have become lawyer at that time and could have earned money and could have a led a living, but he didn't do like that he always dedicated his life to INDIA! His speech, his approach etc. everything led to india's independence in 1947.

Because of great leaders, good freedom fighters we today see a SAFE india. But are we giving necessary pride and privileges to those freedom fighters? Its a question to be asked ourselves, if not then we need to correct and saluate them for their efforts.

In return what we can return to our freedom fighters is 'BY MAKING QUALITY INDIAN PRODUCTS, INDIAN PRODUCTS WITH GLOBAL STANDARDS, INDIAN CARS DOMINATING WORLD ROADS etc..' making INDIA respectable in terms of human value and development, so that our freedom fighters would be really happy if we can transform INDIA as developed country atleast for them so that the efforts put by them will get a respect.

Stress is a psychological state that affects the immune system. In this fast moving world, there is connection between stress and vulnerability to viral infections such as colds is widely recognized. For example, cold,fever & flu rates increase among students during exam periods. Can you find why? The reason is due to stress which keeps down the immune system.

Keeping a positive outlook on life can help to overcome the weakening of the immune system. Stress develops depression. Depression affects learning and memory.

So it is essential to manage the stress. Stress can be managed through a healthy lifestyle, including physical exercise, humour which keeps in control the blood level flow which gets increased to brain,muscles and heart due to stress.

Everywhere people keep resolutions, but my resolutions are not 1024*768 or 800*600, but still more than that and is as follows:

Spend more time watching TV / movies.

Chat more over phone / Internet.

Read less.

I want to gain weight. Put on at least 15 Kgs more.

Stop exercising. Waste of time.

Procrastinate more. Being lazy allows brain to take more rest!

Drink more coffee,tea and some more coffee!

Start being superstitious.

Spend more less time at work.

Start bringing lunch from home: But I should eat outside.

Take up a new habit: Catching Sponsors to take me to new movies every weekends!

Moreover always my bank account gets credited ALL the days throughout the year!

Sleep at least 12 hrs/day.

Advice whoever comes and listens!

Get confused and make also others to get confused.

It was in the late 2005, a legend in indian cricket was sacked from cricket captain post. He was forgotten completely. In the entire 2006 he was not allowed to play even a single international match. Everyone started to joke and treated him as a joker. The hero bounced back in a great fashion. A patient guy who has a great focus. Once decided no one can stop his going. He has the greatest will power, self-confidence and great amazing determination. Even lot criticized about his age and told that he don't have proper fitness, but he proved everybody whoever criticized as wrong, he made his talking through his batting. He is the PRINCE of indian cricket Mr.Sourav Ganguly.

When he can bounce back at his age fighting all the critics,comments, jokes why can't we bounce back from our failures.

A little girl - the 20th of 22 children, was born prematurely and her survival was doubtful. When she was 4 years old, she contracted double pneumonia and scarlet fever, which left her with a paralyzed left leg. At age 9, she removed the metal leg brace she had been dependent on and began to walk without it.By 13 she had developed a rhythmic walk, which doctors said was a miracle. That same year she decided to become a runner. She entered a race and came in last.For the next few years every race she entered, she came in last. Everyone told her to quit, but she kept on running.

One day she actually won a race, and then another. From then on she won every race she entered. Eventually this little girl - Wilma Rudolph, went on to win three Olympic gold medals. Surely from wilma's effort everyone should make a point not to quit whenever your are down rather fight back and make the failures quit from you.

He was MBA Marketing graduate from Loyola college. Started his career in TV Ads. Initially he acted in Chakra Gold Tea , Tantex Ads etc.That was in early 90s.He got an opportunity to act in telugu movie. He didn't get a break. But he didn't quit. He tried and got a chance to act in tamil movie. From 1990 he was trying to get a break and trying to establish his name in indian cinema. He became tired and sick but he didn't quit. Coming from a non-filmi background, he didn't had any godfather to boost him up. Even all his friends advised him to go back to his business. By his extreme trying and determination , it was in 1999 his movie 'sethu' released. He is Vikram a patient and cool headed person with lot of soft skills with him.

For the first 10 days there was no audience turn-over. But he was sure his hard-work will pay the price. After couple of weeks there was huge audience turn-around. Even he got the best hero award for his performance and the same movie was remade in telugu,kannanda and hindi later. Now he is one of the top paid actors in south india. All his wait has been made worthy.

Don't quit when you are 10 metres away from your victory.

Always don't wait for opportunities, create your own opportunities. Start working on your dreams implementation. Unidimensional Concentration

There is no alternative except preparation for success. There will be constant change in this world. Yesterday's scooters like Rajdoot,Luna,Lambherata are invisible these days. Similarly what you know now will not be in use in near future. Change is never ending process. Be prepared for the change and face it and overcome your chanllenges. Setting your mind ands focusing your mind towards your goal needs concentration, not just concentration its should be unidimensional concentration.Below i will discuss few interesting people's unidimensional concentration skills which makes them successful in whatever they do/implement.

It was in chicago when swami vivekananda was walking on the beach side , trained shooters were practicing to shoot ballons which was floating on the tide/wave. Those people couldn't shoot more than 2 balloons out of 10, they saw swami vivekananda and called him and asked him to try and inquired whether he was a professional shooter, he replied no. He shoot ALL the 10s and everybody there were stunned. The only & one and one & only answer swami vivekananda gave was concentration. Concentrate and focus on your task you can achieve what you need to achieve.

You know this person very well. He seldom speaks and he speaks no-nonsense. He can turn any match with his concentration power. He is the king of indian cricket Mr.Rahul Dravid. His unidimensional concentration examples include (to name a few) 181,204*,248,142 etc...ALL match winning knocks in test cricket. He was the person responsible to get india's victory in Australia after 27 years,England's after 22 years in their respective home soils. His another quality which doesn't shake his concentration power is, he never outdisplays his anger,frustration, tension,stress and by doing so he never gets distracted. Even when ferocious bowlers like waqar younis,shoaib akhtar, brett lee etc. will be absent(get tired) when dravid dictates with his bat. Your arm will broke as you can't bowl for 5 days to the same person who is tight and firmly grounded with his unidimensional concentration.

Its our time to improve our concentration, learn new things by throwing the laziness prevailing, ready to move upward in your life. Think about future, but do what you are supposed to do today. Dream HIGH! Achieve HIGH :)

Effect of Prayer

What will you do if everything you thought went into a flop. Things need to change. The only thing that can keep up your good work is prayer. A silent prayer in mind can work out magic to your ambitions. Whenever you are down with your health and when you visit hospital ,you will pray to the temple kept in the hospital. If no one readily can help you for any instant, a prayer is the one which keeps your hopes alive.

Whenever you are nervous, strain, stress with lot of disappointments an effective mind prayer is required. I remember an incident here while i was watching T20 world 2007 cup final, where 6 balls 12 runs were required, all my friends started to pray and in the TV the pakistan team manager was also praying even he was chanting some sloga/mantras. When Mishbal hit a six in joginder's ball the pakistan team manager and their team members started to jump in the air. They didn't know the strength of our prayer,if you watch again you can see only 1 person was praying in the entire pakistani camp, where as here there were lakhs and lakhs of people praying for indian victory. Then came the ball and hit into hands of sreesanth and our prayers were answered. This was an example given to insist how prayers can be effective in difficult situations.

So let all your prayers get answered and happiness start to prevail you always :)

Dreams or Fate ?

Dreams or Fate ? All human beings have dreams. But there are human beings who will constantly always oppose your dreams by projecting some unwanted silly things in front of you. If you succeed they will tell your hard work as luck and if you fail they describe your failure as fate.

If you try to channelize your mind properly, you will do only things that you need to do. Courage is the most important mental quality in life. If you try to learn from your failures, you will reach easily where you need to reach.

Just keep working on how to make your dreams into reality. The more you become your dream the more you are going to succeed. To be a good human being, you need to develop a good understanding skill. Always respect people and not position. Try to praise each one for their good work rather than criticizing.

Be a doer always rather than a watcher. Dreams can become reality if you try & execute your plans. Have a concrete plan of what you need to become and when you need to become that. Time is important. The time lost cannot be retrieved, each second is important, so utilize your time in a healthier way.
