Fra 4. juni skal jeg sammen med Øyvind Fjeldheim lede Sommertid på TV2. Mandag, onsdag og fredag håper jeg du titter innom kanalen kl. 20.00. Vi skal lage deilig sommerstemning, mens ulike&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;artister skal underholde oss fra scenen nede på Karl Johan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Det er duket for kjempestemning når det arrangeres rundt 40 konserter i byen denne dagen. Folk kan både løpe og gå, ikke noe stress-press her i gården.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Til tross for en ordentlig regnværsdag i Oslo, har jeg vært på en finfin fotoshoot i dag! Saken kommer på trykk om noen uker, så da kan jeg fortelle litt nærmere hvor dere kan se og lese saken.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Å våkne til sol og varme er virkelig helt fantastisk, og gir meg så utrolig mye energi. Det fine været gir meg ikke akkurat lyst til å legge treningen innendørs, så i går syklet vi til Ullevålsæter og spiste frokosten der. Blir nok en del sykling ute fremover, til kneet mitt er helt bra igjen!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Fått en del spørsmål angående løpeskader, og jeg har jo hatt litt problemer med mitt kne etter jul. Kneproblemer kan skyldes veldig mye forskjellig, så jeg tør ikke svare noen av dere med "diagnose" ;) Men viktig forebyggende arbeid er hvertfall variert trening. Kan ikke få sagt det nok. For min del har jeg nok belastet kneet for mye med samme intensitet, og løpt hver dag. Man kan fortsatt trene like mye. Men nå får jeg variere med både sykling, løping og annen trening. Det kan virkelig anbefales.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Men jeg gleder meg MAKS til kneet snart er helt bra igjen, og jeg kan planlegge neste løp. Kunne ikke løpe Sentrumsløpet forrige helg, og det synes jeg var ganske så kjipt.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Denne helgen tok jeg helt fri fra alt som heter jobb og skole, og dro til Paris med min kjære. Hadde en helt ubeskrivelig fantastisk helg! Paris er virkelig en av de vakreste byene jeg har vært i, og når man er i sånne omgivelser med en så fin gutt som jeg er sammen med, ja, da kan man ikke ha det bedre :)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

På turen opp mot Frognersæteren i dag viste det seg for øvrig at våren ikke helt har meldt sin ankomst. Å sykle i snø er som å sykle i sand, beinhardt! Vi gikk/løp drag i slalombakken i dag, beinhardt - men også veldig deilig! Føl deg litt fram i forhold til hvor mange drag du orker, men bestem deg for et punkt på toppen du skal komme deg opp til, og gi alt i et par minutter. Gå så rolig ned bakken igjen, og sørg for å roe pulsen helt ned, før du begynner på neste drag.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Påskesolen skinte som bare det, og vi tok beina og stavene fatt, og bega oss ut på turen mot Gaustatoppen. Turen var virkelig helt rå, og jeg storkoste meg hele veien. Og for en treningsøkt! Satser på at jeg har trent rumpe for en god stund fremover etter denne påsken;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Vi lar skiene stå, og tar heller beina fatt. I dag hadde jeg en hard treningsøkt i slalombakken. Den er nemlig nesten helt fri for snø, og intervaller i disse bakkene er ikke akkurat småtteri.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Dette kom godt fram da vi hadde shuffleboardturnering på hytta på Tjøme. Jeg vant dessverre ikke hele turneringen, men sørget for å vise MYE glede da jeg vant noen av kampene! Shuffleboard er for dere som ikke vet det, noe som likner mye på curling, bare i sommerversjon. Helt fantastisk gøy! Skulle egentlig til Seattle i sommer for å spille VM (!), men på grunn av jobb, måtte jeg legge dette på is. Satser på å komme sterkere tilbake neste år! ;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Ikke bare i forhold til skadeforebygging, men også fordi du får mer ut av økten dersom du er godt oppvarmet. Jeg sørger f.eks også for å varme godt opp før en styrkeøkt, og legger inn både spensthopp og andre øvelser som får opp pulsen under styrkeøkten, slik at jeg jevnt over ligger i en litt høyere pulssone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Men når det kommer til kondisjonsøktene trener jeg f.eks mer langrenn om vinteren, og løping resten av året. Når det kommer til styrke, sverger jeg til mageøvelser hver dag, uavhengig av om jeg trener kondisjon eller styrke den dagen. Har lest forskjellige treningsprogram, de fleste jogger rolig en viss tid f.eks 1 minutt, og så løper de fort i dobbelt så lang tid (i dette tilfellet 2 minutt) og så gjentar de dette et visst antall ganger annenhver gang rolig løping og annenhver gang rask. Men så leste jeg en treningsblogg der noen løp i ett minutt og hvilte i et halvt minutt og så annenhver gang i til sammen 15 min. Denne personen økte intensiteten på løpingen for hver løpegang. Hva er best av å jogge rolig i hvilepausene eller å hvile helt (og heller greie å løpe enda fortere mens man løper fort)?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Jeg personlig pleier å jogge rolig i pausene, mye for at musklene ikke skal bli helt stive, og for å holde beina i gang. Jeg tenker ikke så mye på om jeg løper fort i intervallet, men følger heller pulsen. Viktigere å komme høyt opp i puls, enn å løpe så raskt som mulig. Selv om dette selvsagt henger sammen;) Prøv deg fram litt, og se hva du føler deg mest komfortabel med. I den forbindelse må man trene ganske spesifikt for å forbedre kondisjonen sin. Trene variert, trene både intervall og langkjøring, og stadig pushe deg selv. Det varierer selvsagt også litt etter hva slags distanse du skal løpe. Skal du løpe halvmaraton/maraton bør du legge inn økter hvor du prøver å løpe lengre distanser. Jeg hadde begynt med noen litt kortere distanser, 5 - 7 &amp;nbsp;km. Og prøvd å løpe disse hele veien. For å bedre kondisjonen bør du legge inn noen intervalløkter. Her er 2x8 eller 4x4 veldig bra alternativer, evt kan du løpe drag i terreng. Løp så fort du kan en kort distanse, og gå så rolig til pulsen har sunket og du føler deg klar igjen. &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Lørdag ble det intervalltrening, og i dag hadde jeg ren styrkeøkt. Superdigg!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;I forhold til løpingen min, trener jeg mye intervaller, og tenkte å dele noen av disse variantene med dere. Kondisjonsmessig lønner det seg å variere løpingen, altså både ha økter med langkjøring og økter med intervaller. Dette er også gunstig med tanke på skadeforebygging. Hvis man belaster beina med den samme treningen hver gang, vil dette slite på blant annet knærne.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Det var nemlig dette som forårsaket mitt "runners knee". Så i dag er jeg opptatt av å trene mye mer variert.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;Disse intervallene kan selvsagt også gjennomføres på ellipsemaskin, sykkel eller på langrenn :)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

I går hadde jeg min første løpeøkt på en god stund. På grunn av runners knee, har jeg måttet trene alternativt med sykling og langrenn (og egentlig fått veldig smaken på det). Men i går kunne jeg altså prøve å løpe igjen. Kjenner det litt i kneet igjen i dag, så får håpe at det gir seg for godt snart.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
