Look 1, Look 2, Look 3, Look 4

After the success of the first 1 style / 4 looks here is a second round. If you read our blog for a while now you already know how much i adore leather pieces or with details in. These pants by Mango are one my favorites and transversal to every season of the year: both are ideal for a late spring afternoon combined with a fluid blouse under a blazer as on a cold winter day with a warm fur coat. Unlike the first 1/4 in which i didn't have any favorite look i guess that this time i have: the number 1. Which one is yours?

Later this week expect some new looks and articles on the weekend (as you know we didn't took our mac to Lisbon being unable to update monday and tuesday, but hey babes, you can always count with the regular articles :) ).

I started on monday and i'm absolutely loving it more and more, Pedro and Sandra are the crème de la crème in our portuguese Fashion industry and is truly a honor to the chance to learn with the best. If you're thinking in taking a coursr of Styling, Image Consultant or Makeup in our country this is definitely right place. The One.

A ausência de posts na segunda e na terça deveu-se ao facto de o KATEFP estar a realizar o curso de Styling & Image Consultant no Atelier Styling Project e no Atelier Room B dos nossos queridos Pedro Crispim e Sandra Almeida.

Comecei na segunda e estou a adorar cada vez mais, o Pedro e a Sandra são o crème de la crème na nossa indústria da Moda nacional e é uma verdadeira honra podermos aprender com os melhores. When i visited for the very first time the Chanel on Rue Cambon nº21 in Paris my heart beat incessantly and i whirled around was the pure bliss, it was an emotional moment being next to something that i admire so much, that i aspire so much and that i presume that for us truly Fashion lovers is something almost inexplicable. Not only for their objects of desire and masterpieces, but is for everything that the brand represents in our industry, it's an icon, it's mark. It's Chanel.

Isn't a secret that one of my biggest dreams is to meet our Fashion Kaiser, Monsieur Karl Lagerfeld...i have an endless list of dreams i know, and this is one of them. Karl surprise us year after year with his mastery, is a genius with G. Gabrielle Chanel has the best heir to continue her legacy and who after hundred years of opening her first store, in Deauville, constantly delight us with nothing more than utopia. As in this short film that celebrates the hundredth anniversary of the first Gabrielle Chanel boutique and which ends with the motto "I love this new designer Chanel. It's very modern. I wonder...how will it be in hundred years from now?" An empire Chanel à la Lagerfeld.

And if before the raffia bags were the typical choice for the beach now are more, but so much more than "just" that and this "Dolce" is perfect for a summery look in the city.

LET IT RAIN

Instead of "Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow" is "Let it rain, let it rain, let it rain"...the weather is really weird, before we photographed was this shining sun but as soon we started the rain didn't stop (and still continues). And i in a Fedora, with light pieces...in a "i refuse to go back to warm clothes" kinda mood, ok at least today, because if the temperatures drop drastically again i go back to my fur coats (i refuse is to catch some pneumonia).

A very effortless look for a day at work with one of the spotlight trends - the stripes - on a jacket that i own for such a long time and with one of my favorite jeans by Diesel. Keeping it simple.

Em vez de "Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow" é "Let it rain, let it rain, let it rain"...o clima está mesmo estranho, antes de fotografarmos estava um sol radiante mas assim que começamos a chuva não parou (e ainda continua). E eu de Fedora, com peças leves...numa de "recuso-me a voltar a vestir roupas quentes" ok pelo menos hoje, porque se as temperaturas baixarem drasticamente de novo eu volto aos meus casacos em pêlo (recuso-me é em apanhar alguma pneumonia).

Um look bastante casual para um dia de trabalho com uma das tendências de eleição - as riscas - num casaco que já tenho há imenso tempo e com um dos meus jeans favoritos da Diesel. Keeping it simple.

DISCO BALL

I bet that today while walking down the street many of the looks staring at me meant "there it goes a disco ball", at least it's a cool one! ;) Definitely that this skirt made me run away from my comfort zone a.k.a. pencil skirts and made me try another type of skirt very different of what i'm used to - the pleated skirt - this is, i have some pleated skirts like the Parker one that you can see here and which i love but it belongs to my comfort zone anyway because is in leather.
When i showed you this skirt by Romwe i said that i'd like to match it with a silver clutch for a complete match point...however i chose my "SO NY" proving that "Less is (really) More".

Aposto que hoje ao passar na rua muitos dos olhares queriam dizer "ali vai uma bola de espelhos", pelo menos it's a cool one! ;) Definitivamente que esta saia me fez sair da minha zona de conforto a.k.a. saias tubo e me fez experimentar outro tipo de saia bastante diferente - a saia plissada - isto é, tenho algumas saias plissadas como a da Parker que podem ver aqui e que adoro mas pertence na mesma à minha zona de conforto porque é em pele.

Quando vos mostrei esta saia da Romwe disse que a ia conjugar com uma clutch prateada para um completo match point...contudo optei pela minha "SO NY" verificando-se que "Less is (really) More".

On the interview for MY - FM they asked me if i follow trends and i answered that yes, that is inevitable, but i always try to be faithful to my own style and to what suits me. Because after all, trends are part of what make Fashion so much fun and quoting Heidi Klum and adapting to what is trendy today "one day you're in and the next you're out" and now are in the crop tops (lucky me because i love it!). But above all, trend or not, we should wear what make us feel fabulous, confident and ourselves.

I guess that you'll see me several times wearing crop tops and cutouts in this season, they're cool, they're sensual q.b. and i adore the effect that they create of a perfect silhouette. I fell in love when i saw them on the runways of Michael Kors, Rochas or actually on Mango's current catalogue starring Miranda (one of my top faves!) and now here i am, rocking my own version.

Na entrevista para a MY - FM perguntaram-me se sigo tendências e respondi que sim, que é inevitável, mas tento ser sempre fiel ao meu estilo e ao que me fica bem. Porque afinal, as tendências são parte do que torna a Moda tão divertida e citando a Heidi Klum e adaptando ao que é hoje tendência "one day you're in and the next you're out" e agora estão in os crop top (lucky me because i love it!). Mas acima de tudo, seja tendência ou não, devemos usar o que nós faz sentir fabulosos, confiantes e nós próprios.

Julgo que me vão ver várias vezes a usar crop tops e cutouts nesta temporada, são cool, são sensuais q.b. e adoro o efeito que criam de silhueta perfeita. If i could i would have an endless collection of sunglasses (ok, like several other pieces) and let's be honest, i hope to have one day. You know, open my accessories wardrobe and to have those fabulous Miu Miu, those dreamy Chanel to those daring Prada...and so on. But for now my collection is limited and one of the models that i love the most are the Cat Eye, especially because these ones that i'm wearing here are/were from my sweet mom when she was my age *blushing smiley*. Se pudesse teria uma colecção interminável de óculos de sol (ok, como de várias outras peças) e let's be honest, espero vir a ter.
