HI Everyone sorry for late post it's been raining and lightning were i leave and the lightning hit my internet again.. So anyway last 24Dec2011 Christmas Eve We had Family dinner at our place giving gifts and ate chicken gumbo and rice.. So anyway heres my present from my Sister-In-Law and i love it..

I've never try all of them yet and don't know which is very good.

Today 20Dec2011 First Day of Hanukkah. If anyone doesn't know about Hanukkah... Hanukkah is a Jewish Holidays. They Called the Jewish Festival of lights is an eight day Jewish day. Hanukkah is observed for eight nights and days, starting on the 25th day of Kislev according to the Hebrew calendar, which may occur at any time from late November to late December in the Gregorian calendar.

The festival is observed by the kindling of the lights of a unique candelabrum, the nine-branched Menorah or Hanukiah, one additional light on each night of the holiday, progressing to eight on the final night. The typical Menorah consists of eight branches with an additional raised branch. The extra light is called a shamash and is given a distinct location, usually above or below the rest. The purpose of the shamash is to have a light available for use, as using the Hanukkah lights themselves is forbidden.

Bake Fish w/ Lemon Butter Sauce

1/4 C Lemon Juice
4tbsp Butter
1/4 c Minced Onion
1tsp Garlic Salt
and Black Pepper

First Pre Heat your oven to 350 Degree or 400 degree season your fish with Season All with Salt and black Pepper and put in the oven cook 5 or 6 mins.

While your waiting for the fish to cook you need to fix your Lemon butter sauce first heat your pan to medium heat then put your butter once is melted put onions and then Lemon Juice and and to taste Garlic Salt and Black Pepper..

Prepare it cover the fish with Lemon Butter Sauce and serve with a Rice.. Have a nice meal!

iMovie (the First time)

As i am jealous of some videos on YouTube specially those Guru on YouTubes they have clear HD video and once i learn to do editing this App on Mac Why use my Great camera and record my son while his first dance and it was wonderful.. It Turn out was funny and great and used the iMovie to edit it and i am addicted to it now.. And i was thinking why making videos more often to learn more the wonderful App on Mac.. Why not.. Anyway hope you would enjoy the video..

Hi everyone yesterday we all find out that the man who make wonderful macintosh product is dead the very sad coz i heard how good man he is we all know that he is the smartest man.. In his younger age of 56 died on cancer.. I am very sad.. I think we all sad in the news.. We just remember and thankful that he let us experience his made how beautiful it is we are very glad we had him.. RIP STEVE JOBS

My New Collection or Obsession

Yup Its Nail Polish. Since i've been kinda busy to my new bundle of joy and also i don't have license to drive and i kinda shy to ask to my in-laws to go with them so i rather to do my own nails is not clean like on nail salon. But fun part is that i added a new collection or added new color on my bathroom..lol

And also my sister-in-law told me and i've seen on youtube that this nail polish is one of those best polish and like OPI and Sally Hansen.. But I've never try revlon yet i might try it maybe next time..

Surprisingly that i had have hidden talent that i've never knew about it! hahaha.. Never thought that i know how to cook.. LOL yup! I made this one without a cook book helped. I made my own ingredients.. HA! and im gonna shared on this blog my own steak with mushroom and onion stuff sauce.. So here we go... Well first i would say i don't do the measure of the ingredients i just put without measuring it.. Ok!

Thin Sirloin Steak
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Beef Stock
Lemon Juice
Soy Sauce
Unsalted/Salted Butter
Mushroom
Onion
Garlic

Directions:

What i did is i marinate the meat by soy sauce, Beef Stock, Pepper, Garlic salt, and Lemon Juice. and put on the marinate meat on the fridge by 8 mins is ok..

While is already 8mins. heat the pan on medium heat put the salted butter once the butter is melt place the meat on the pan cook them for 5 mins both side.

and don't throw the marinate sauce coz you need that for your sauce.

After 10 mins replace the meat in to the oven for another 5mins.

Ok while the meat is in the oven you need to get ready the sauce.Grab a sauce pan if you don't have one just ordinary pan is ok. Put the unsalted butter once the butter is melt you need to place the onion garlic and mushroom. Once the onion and mushroom is soft put that sauce that you sit aside remember don't put any seasoning anymore. and change the heat to low.. ready for 7mins.

Ok when the 5mins. is up go a head serve on the plate and serve the sauce on the top on the meat.

And serve with something like potato or a rice. I prefer Rice coz i am a filipino we love rice for every meal..

this recipe is for all new wife who doesn't know how too cook. I am a believer that you can do it without any cook book.. But i am those lucky women who married a man who loves to cook .. Yup i really don't like to cook before until i married my man he inspired me to cook.. He is amazing cook..

Make Up is one of my newest biggest sin ever. Every time we are going somewhere i always told my husband stop at the drugstore i need some new make up stuff that was two years before that i ever know about branded i would say more expensive make-up after last year when my sister introduce mme on some youtube guru they are very famous ever since that i never known. When i start watching them every time they have new video uploaded i have biggest smile ever special their months favorites and new tutorial make-up. I would say because of them i am saving my money to buy this famous products like Mac, Nars,

Urban Decay, chanel, and ETC. of course i dont even know this named before until i start watching the youtubers or make-up guru but thanks of them i know a lot of make-up i dont pay someone to put a make-up on me everytime we attend party or any occasion. But anyway i am now officially make-up crazy is like i am crazy of shoes, purses/bags, and clothes. I remember back then i used not liking make-up back when i was High School i remember when i just used baby powder on my face too help lose or prevent oil on my nose (oh back then). Spring Time

Spring is already here.. 19 March 2011 We had a small wedding at the beach of course My Mother-In-Law is a florist so we went with them help a little bit and just want some have fresh air from the beach. It was wonderful day that day is not very hot and is not cold either.. After we did the things that needs to be done we just walk and watch the beach from a little while.. While the kids are went swimming..
