Torcik dekorowany masą cukrową plastyczną. Figurki, drzewa i kokarda zostały zrobione 3 dni przed dekoracją tortu. Pierwszy raz miałam okazję zrobić figurki Myszki Miki i Myszki Mini. Tort składa się ze zwykłego biszkoptu przełożonego bitą śmietaną oraz serkiem mascarpone, dodatkowo po wyłożeniu kremem na każdą warstwę wyłożone plasterki świeżych truskawek oraz starta biała czekoladą. Każdy warstwa biszkoptu została wcześniej nasączona ponczem z przegotowanej wody, wanilii i cukru.
