<p>Business federal tax returns for the year 2011 contain two new questions. These questions appear on Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1040 Schedule C and Schedule F.  The questions are:</p>
<ol start="1">
<li>Did you make any payments in 2011 that would require you to file Form(s) 1099?</li>
<li>If &#8220;Yes,&#8221; did you or will you file all required Forms 1099?</li>
</ol>
