CHAI RECIPIE

Stuff you would need to make 1 mug of chai:
- 1 saucepan

- 1 mug

- tea (strong preferably)

- tea strainer / thin sieve

- water

- milk

- sugar

- teaspoon

Take the mug and fill it 3/4th with water and 1/4th with milk. Put the contents of the mug into the saucepan. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar to it.Bring this to a proper boil. Add 1 levelled teasppon of tea into this boiling liquid. Boil on slow fire till it looks like the colour of milk coffee (maybe 1 - 2 minutes).You can add a piece of crushed 1/2 inch ginger while adding the tea to make ginger chai.
Strain it through the sieve into your mug and enjoy your chai :o)
Once you become a pro you can try the same thing substituting the ginger with cinnamon, lemongrass, etc :o)

For the first time in my entire life have I been left speechless and in awe of a simple question.

I have been on a journey learning about myself for more than a year now. I thought I knew myself well enough until my cousin asked me this question & it left me speechless.

"what does a happy content independant person look for in a companion when they already are so happy with themselves?"

My reply: "I have absolutely no clue"

This is life! The beauty of just not knowing :o) I love it.

Once I pack my bags to go on my next mini holiday, why does something feel not so right? These destinations are the mini distractions and not where I would rather be. But this life was made to be experienced and so I go off to a new location. Things will someday be perfect soon :o)

Until then may these imperfections give me some perfect bliss !

Here are some people who have managed to go past analyzing the IF's and BUT's and just getting down to actually making a difference in someone's life. Be it another human being, an animal, etc. I call that unconditional love. In laymans terms, like how a puppy just wants to love you for no reason at all but just because you exist and are meant to be loved.

I have been wondering how many of us are out there who actually want to do something but hesistate to help, even though we really know we would love to. But the upbringing in society has taught us only why NOT to do something.

I find myself in a similar dilemma very often. We crib about all our problems etc, when in actuality we have an abundance of what we HAVE already.

What we need in reality is just the basics. Air, a place to rest, food, water, clothes. Which we have!

Its always easy to preach and analyze. What are we going to do about it?
