&lt;p&gt;Check this jQuery plugin out that allows a simple way to have curved text that&amp;#8217;s actual text &amp;mdash; and not a graphical representation of text. Love it &amp;mdash; as long as it&amp;#8217;s used sparingly and appropriately.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="more-2045"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Came across the plugin below that fit the bill and works quite well utilizing a bit of jQuery. Only caveat has to do with the loading with custom (non web safe fonts). If the font doesn&amp;#8217;t load before the jQuery fires, it&amp;#8217;ll use one of the fallback fonts to do the initial calculation.&lt;/p&gt;
