KFL has both new leagues starting out and orphan teams available. You can check both leagues below
League Rules

List of Orphan Teams
Now available orphan teams for the 2013 season. These teams are now open to the public. All teams are offered on a first come first serve basis. If interested in any of the orphaned teams. Just reply with the team name and league you are interested in. New owners have a choice of keeping 14 players from the orphaned teams roster.
