Kliss Electronics Will be Closed July 6th - 11th

Kliss Electronics will be closed Wednesday, July 6th through Sunday, July 11th to attend the Electronic Service Dealers Associations Midwest Regional Service Conference where Dave and Jim will be teaching classes and improving their technical skills. We will reopen on Monday, July 12th at 9AM and resume normal operations.

George Weiss EHF, CSM, ESDA Executive Director and Board Chairman of Bell Television in Chicago and Dave Kliss CET, CSM, MST, ESDA Deputy Executive Director and Secretary of Kliss Electronics in La Porte, Indiana, will be representing the Electronics Service Dealers Association (ESDA) at the South East Electronics Conference (SEEC) April 7 - 10, 2011 in Altanta, GA. While there, they will attend the National Electronic Service Dealers Association (NESDA) Board of Directors spring meeting on April 9th, 2011.

Offices Closed for NESDA Convention 8/1/2010 - 8/8/2010

We will be closing early on Monday, August 1st to travel to Nashville, TN for the 2010 NESDA National Professional Service Convention for ongoing education and training. We will reopen as normal on Monday, August 8th at 9AM.

July 4th Holiday Hours and Upcoming Training

Kliss Electronics will be closed Monday, July 5th in observance of the Fourth of July holiday. We will reopen at 9AM on Tuesday, July 6th.

We will be closing at 2PM on Wednesday, July 7th to travel to Peoria, IL for the 2010 ESDA Midwest Summer Service Conference for ongoing education and training. We will reopen as normal on Monday, July 12th at 9AM.

Special Announcement Early Closing on October 14th

We will close at 3:00 PM CST on Wednesday October 14th, 2009 to attend the Electronic Service Dealers Association meeting. James D. Kliss CSM, MST will be presenting the program for the meeting and we'll require extra time for set up.

Technical and Customer Service Training

Dave and James Kliss of Kliss Electronics traveled to Des Plaines, Illinois and provided a troubleshooting seminar to approximately 40 colleagues at the April 8, 2009 ESDA meeting. We also provided a training seminar for fellow service professionals at the Midwest Summer Electronics Service Conference in Peoria, Illinois in June 2009. We attended Training seminars provided by ISCET, JVC, Sharp, Mitsubishi, DigiTenna and Panasonic. Congratulations to James D Kliss on passing the Multi Media Systems Technician Certification Exam! We traveled to St Louis for the national Professional Servicers Convention in August, collectively attending over 20 training sessions by Samsung, P&F, LG, as well as meeting with third party warranty providers, and the service industry trade show. Dave Kliss passed the Certified Service Manager exam while at the convention. We truly appreciate our customer’s understanding and patience when we are away to attend these vital training opportunities.
