Michelle + Ryan

noreply@blogger.com (kelli cohee) — Thu, 31 Mar 2011 18:52:00 +0000

Michelle and Ryan's wedding is hands down the best thought out wedding I've ever seen. They also are so calm, cool and collected so the whole day had a laid back, joyful feel to it!

Of course, the puppies had to get in on the photos!

I love this one that Danielle, my fabulous second shooter, caught of the bridal party.

Michelle, you are stunning!

Yes, folks, they are in the middle of a CREEK!!!

Post-creek. Feels like the shoes should be an Anthro ad.

Fun with the flower girls!

Beautiful ceremony at sunset under a glorious old tree.

The reception was amazing. Everything was environmentally friendly, from the bamboo eating utensils to the creative centerpieces. One of the great ideas was this "guest book"... a family tree that guests added their thumbprint to along with their well wishes.

Here are some other great details from the reception

Michelle and Ryan, you guys rock! I wish you all the best.

Ryan and Michelle were a complete dream to shoot. And their wedding was a complete dream as well. They had one of the most sincere, detailed weddings ever (and not to mention at an amazing location), so I will post much more soon.

Yes, they're in the middle of a creek... they rock!

Aaron and Gen had a flawless day for their wedding.

They are so happy together... case in point, this photo is just after their ceremony.

And now for some GORGEOUS-ness (yes, I just made up a word).

I told you, gorgeous!

So long for now!
Congrats Aaron & Gen! Much more to come.

Kris + Toni

noreply@blogger.com (kelli cohee) — Mon, 07 Sep 2009 22:07:00 +0000

Kris and Toni were married on a beautiful day in late June...

Very fitting for a beautiful couple.

I caught up with Toni and her girls as they were getting ready.
Toni is stunning.
Her beautiful dress!
This little cutie was fascinated by her Aunt Toni!
I loved how all of the bridesmaids were there completely for Toni... helping in any way.
Here's Matron of Honor, Melissa, assisting the bride.
Now for the guys... looking quite dapper.
The girls being fun... way to go girls, this was the only take!
Toni and her dad... their relationship is so special!

And now the very happy couple...
They hopped in their sweet ride and headed to the reception.
First dance...

Hands down, best "Father of the Bride" outfit ever.
Check out the hat!

They showed a slideshow at the reception that showed
Kris & Toni from birth through their life together as a couple.
I love watching their response.
There was some serious dancing going on...
And in the end, they drove off husband and wife,
happily ever after.

A Few Pics...

Meet Lucy

noreply@blogger.com (kelli cohee) — Sun, 19 Jul 2009 20:34:00 +0000

Lucy Caroline Healey was born on July 15, 2009.
She weighed in at 7 lb. 12 oz. and 21 inches long.
She is my sister and brother-in-law's first.
Traci, Rick, and Lucy are all doing well!

Now for some "aunt" bragging.
Lucy is probably the most beautiful baby I've ever seen.
She sure did find that thumb quickly. Even during her first bath!
She has dark hair right now, but I think that'll change.
Look at those blonde eyebrows!
Baby feet!!!
with Uncle Corey...
Grandpa and Aunt Meg.
I don't think I've ever seen my dad so excited.
Grandma...
Grandpa's hand on the left, Grandma's on the right.
Welcome to the world, Lucy Caroline!
We all love you so much!

Kris and Toni are getting hitched in 11 DAYS!!!!

We went out to Longwood Gardens for an engagement session.
Get ready for a gorgeous couple... both inside and out.

Not only are they perfect for each other, but they have an amazing story.
Can't wait for your special day!

John + Cynthia - Sneak Peek!

noreply@blogger.com (kelli cohee) — Fri, 05 Jun 2009 21:20:00 +0000

John and Cynthia were marred last weekend on a perfect day.

They chose to see each other beforehand to give more time for pictures.

This was John's reaction seeing his bride for the first time:

And who can blame him when Cynthia is this gorgeous!

What a wonderful day!
I'll have a full post up soon, but here are some more favorites.
Congrats John & Cynthia! Hope you're having a great time in the Caribbean.

Steve + Stephanie

noreply@blogger.com (kelli cohee) — Mon, 13 Apr 2009 20:20:00 +0000

Steve and Stephanie, where do I begin?! This was such a fun wedding for me to shoot since Stephanie is a dear friend who will always have a special place in my heart. And Steve, since you won Stephanie's heart, you are a special guy as well!

The day started with Stephanie already looking gorgeous and playing some lovely tunes on the piano.
The dress!
Great idea alert: Stephanie carried a beautiful star crystal instead of flowers and the bridesmaids carried candles...very pretty and unique!
The girls all helping Stephanie!
Meanwhile, the guys are just chillin'.
Meghan caught this moment of Stephanie as she waits to walk down the aisle.
And here's Steve waiting for his bride.
Man & Wife!!! Woohoo!Time to celebrate with the bridal party.
Some shots of the Mr. & Mrs.
They got a sweet ride too...
On to the party!
First dance.
It was also Steve's parents anniversary, so there was a song dedicated to them. So sweet!
The dance floor was hopping the rest of the night.
Including Stephanie and Miss Patience "twirling."
And they're off...
Congrats Steve and Stephanie! Love you!

Justin + Becky

noreply@blogger.com (kelli cohee) — Tue, 03 Feb 2009 22:37:00 +0000

Justin and Becky were married on a beautifully perfect day.
They are definitely meant for each other and have a wonderful relationship,
not only with each other but also their family and friends.
Their wedding reflected this.

The day started by the girls getting ready at the awesome Ambiance Salon.
I love the reaction of Becky's mom when she sees Becky "all dolled up"
And, of course, the bridesmaids had to see too
One of my favorites from the day comes from my sister, Meghan
who was shooting with me. She caught this moment between Becky
and her dad right before walking down the aisle.
and Justin's reaction...
Look how happy!
Followed by first dance, and some great toasts from the bridal party
Justin and Becky sneaked out for a few shots...

And, they're off!
Congrats Justin + Becky!

Best Christmas Card Ever

noreply@blogger.com (kelli cohee) — Thu, 11 Dec 2008 14:25:00 +0000

In the midst of "Christmas card" season for me, I received my favorite
card of all time from my great Uncle Bob and Aunt Susie (affectionately known as UBAS),
and they gave me the okay to share it with all of you.

The top photo of them is from 1940 when they were in first grade together.
The second photo is them "re-creating" the same photo in 2008 :)
Aunt Susie found her outfit at the Goodwill, and Uncle Bob, being a good
midwestern-er, had overalls on hand.

What a great idea! And it's a card that I will always keep.

Love you, Uncle Bob and Aunt Susie... Merry Christmas!

Michael + Adrienne

noreply@blogger.com (kelli cohee) — Fri, 31 Oct 2008 19:41:00 +0000

Michael and Adrienne are an amazing couple with a wonderful love story. Their devotion to each other is evident within the first couple of minutes you are with them (not to mention they are so fun and always ready to smile and laugh).

It was a privilege to photograph their wedding (in my backyard!) earlier this month!

Here are a few favorites...

Adrienne has such impeccable taste.

Look how stunning!
The bridesmaids were styling as well :)
love this photo!
mirror image
and the reaction
classic...
Adrienne gets her first glance at Michael as her dad and son escort her down the aisle
very pretty backdrop
They made vows to each other and then also to their son... very cool
one happy family

congrats Michael and Adrienne! All the best.

My Uncle Matt (affectionately known as UMatt) is one of the best guys I know. He and his new wife Jodie are a wonderful couple and suit each other perfectly.
We went out to Longwood Gardens to take their engagement shoot and had a blast!

Here are a few favorites.
Congrats! Can't wait to hear about St. John :)

1 Year

noreply@blogger.com (kelli cohee) — Tue, 14 Oct 2008 19:46:00 +0000

My husband and I are celebrating our first wedding anniversary today!

Corey, you're the love of my life.
Thank you for being my best friend, my biggest fan, and just being so much fun!
You are the best man I know... you are caring, humble, intelligent, funny, and I could go on and on.
I can't wait to live the rest of my life with you.
