Album, "Epoch Dawn", Official Release Date: March 14!

Hey Everyone,

Mark your calendars! I'm excited and humbled to share with you my upcoming emotional & epic orchestral album, "Epoch Dawn", which will be released on my label, Journey Music Entertainment. Official release date: March 14 (One-track pre-release: February 28)!

It has been a long and challenging project - working long hours in honing down the right sounds, song craft, flow, balance, and orchestration. This has to be the most intricate album I've done to date. From slower emotional to fast epic tracks and everywhere in-between, each one of these 13 songs is specially designed to tell a story of its own.

As of now, "Epoch Dawn" album will only be released digitally - physical CD copies are a possibility down the road.

Will be uploading a sample of the entire album later this month. In the meantime, help yourself to some full-length songs straight from the album (see below):

New Album, Album Trailer, and Website

Hey Everyone,

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. I have some wonderful news to share!

A new album is officially in the works! Here's an enchanting orchestral song I would like to share with you: A song called, "Wonderland", from my upcoming album, "Epoch Dawn". (Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NX5I1fFEJX4). Live musicians are planned for this release and hopefully, by around October, things will start to wrap up. Target for this release is December or early 2014.

Around that same time as the release, my website will be updated with an entirely new layout for easier navigation and interaction. Ideas are being kicked around as we speak.

Instrumental Album Update & Possible Orchestral Album

Hey Everyone,

I know it's been a while since I've made any updates on the upcoming album. So, here it is: The good, the bad, and then the good again.

The good news is that all of the songs are done and finalized and all there is left is recording the live instrument parts. The bad news is that the recording is on hold until the fall/winter. So as far as releasing the instrumental album is concerned, it is pushed off until next year.

However, here is the good news. The next few months, I'll be transforming around 12-15 songs I have already written into full orchestral arrangements - so far, one of the songs will include the finished, "The Incursion" orchestral version. This might very well be another album coming up (different from the instrumental album), but nothing is official yet until I have the songs mostly complete.

I'll keep you posted ...

HMMA Nominated Track, "Retribution" Release Date!

Hey Everyone,

It's official! The Hollywood Music in Media Awards nominated track, "Retribution" single will be released on CDBaby and Bandcamp available for purchase, November 23. Other stores like iTunes, Rhapsody, and many other internet stores will follow shortly afterwards.

I've spent a total of 9 full days working on the track. My favorite thing about it is that it tells the story pretty clearly: A man wrongly accused for a crime he didn't commit and in the end, justice prevails.

Late Summer Update

Hi Everyone,

Little update from me. I know things have been a little quiet around here ... that means a lot of new music is in the works and preparing for live performances. I've been practicing on the piano/keyboards daily as part of my preparation.

There is a good possibility for an upcoming album, but nothing's official yet. I hope to get this finalized by the end of this year or early next. I know it sounds like a ways out, but not to worry, the quality will be there; it'll be worth the wait.

Right now, I'm making some final tweaks to next couple of Trance releases. Beyond those, I plan to put Trance on hold for a while. I need some time to focus on getting my other music finished and get them performance ready. However, I do plan to release more in the future.

Digital Distribution Transition + Update

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update from me. There is going to be a blackout time to buy my songs digitally on iTunes, Rhapsody, etc. sometime between June 20 and July 10 while I'm transitioning digital distributors. So if you want to buy my songs digitally, you need to do so before June 20, or wait until after July 10.

During the blackout time, however, physical CDs will be available still on CDBaby:

Once I get the new digital distributor squared away, everything should be back up on iTunes, Rhapsody, etc. for digital downloads. I will let you know as soon as it does.
