Kendra Weight Loss Tips

Kendra Wilkinson has appeared on the cover of the latest issue of “OK!” magazine in a special on celebrity diets, featuring two of the hottest bodies around, Kendra Wilkinson and Holly Madison.

Kendra has been a pole dancer, stripper and playboy model since her late teens so maintaining a lean and fit body was essential for keeping her job! So after her pregnancy she was keen to get rid of the extra weight as soon as possible. However only in the last few months did she manage to lose that last 10 pounds and go from frumpy back to her toned figure that she had prior to pregnancy.

Kendra told the magazine: “Feeling good about yourself is key, I think that having a pair of jeans handy that you want to fit into is more of a realistic goal than looking at the scale.” So instead of getting depressed about the number on the scale, use the jeans to give you encouragement and a goal.

Her strategy consisted of regular exercise, several small meals per day and a dietary supplement to help boost metabolism. “I started on Ab Cuts for women, and it really helped speed up my metabolism,” she said. “There are ingredients in the product that help block your fat from storing in your stomach.”

However exercise is the key and Kendra works out every day. So get off the couch fatties and follow her example for a toned, trim and sexy body.

Kendra gives Kim Kardashian wedding advice!

There is no doubt that Kendra Wilkinson has been around the block a few times, having been a drug addict, a playboy bunny, a stripper and the star of the Kendra Wilkinson sex video.

So Kendra is in a pretty good position to offer advice and she doesn’t mind doling it out, even to other celebrities like Kim Kardashian. Kendra has offered Kim some simple tips for her upcoming wedding, tommorrow.

Kendra says: “I made sure my dress was in a completely separate room and that no one went in there”. Ok keep the dress off limits, a pretty simple one there.

Wilkinson also went on to suggest that choosing the right music can be the difference between a reception with everybody dancing and having fun and a stale event: “good music is key. If there is good music then people are dancing and having fun, and nothing else matters” Kendra added.

Kendra Wilkinson and Crystal Harris

Well it turns out that Kendra Wilkinson may still be harbouring some feelings for old Hugh Hefner, as she certainly has a strong opinion about his ex girlfriends!

Kendra has gone on the attack, with Hefner’s ex Crystal Harris the target of her attack. Crystal has been talking about her sex life while dating Hugh and that has Kendra all riled up..

According to Crystal Harris, Hugh Hefner no longer has much staying power and her only time with Hugh lasted “two seconds”. Yep that’s quick. Perhaps after decades of having sex with the hottest women in the world Hugh doesn’t have the patience he used to!

Hugh has said Crystal is a liar and only making these ridiculous accusations to draw attention to herself. Kendra has labeled Harris a “Liar” and “Trash”.

Kendra told OK! magazine: “She just needs to keep her mouth shut, and be classy about it, After the whole non-marriage thing broke to the news, I actually thought she was being classy about things, until she started opening her mouth about the bed stuff”

Wilkinson, who is suddenly a classy woman (after her battles with addiction and working as a stripper and porn star) goes on: “It’s not classy how she is opening her mouth the way she is. Hef’s been Hef for how many years now?! He just needs to kick her a**”

So there we have it, proof that you do not want to get on the wrong side of Kendra Wilkinson.

Kendra crazy sex since DWTS

Kendra Wilkinson has claimed that she is in the “best condition in her life” and has received a boost to her sex drive after performing in Dancing with the Stars competition! Kendra says she is having “crazy sex” since the competition, so either that means a lot of sex or sex in unusual places or with a variety of crazy sexual implements!

Whatever it means, it’s hot. Wilkinson says that she has her “body back” after getting fitter than ever for the dance competition and having long training sessions each day.

Kendra was eliminated from the competition relatively early to the disappointment of fans, but since leaving the competition Kendra claims the sex has never been better, leading many men to express their jealously of Hank Baskett who would be benefiting from this burst of sexual energy from Kendra.

Kendra might be back on the stripper pole soon as well, telling People magazine: “My body’s back, I need to hang up on my stripper pole again. Hank and I need a couple more drunken nights. We need to get drunk and have crazy sex a couple more times”

Drunk and having sex with Kendra Wilkinson sounds like a good night indoors.

Kendra says DWTS has taken her sex life up a notch: “It really proved that I could be sexy with some clothes on. Not a lot of clothes, but it proved to myself that I can do something like this.”

If she was happy to star in a sex tape before, the new sexier Kendra must be getting up to all sorts of naughty things!

Kendra Wilkinson on Dancing with the Stars

Kendra Wilkinson has had a spotted performance on Dancing with the Stars, having had some success and a few “dodgy” dancing episodes. Well she has decided to spice things up by taking her dance routine last week up a notch in terms of sexiness!

She has been criticised for a lack of ‘elegance’, and timing, which are apparently necessary for dancing well. Wilkinson is hoping that her sexy costumes and gyrating hips make up for that lack of elegance.

Kendra recently danced the Samba, which is a pretty sexy dance under normal circumstances, and Kendra took it over the top, wearing a skimpy yellow dress and shaking her booty.

One of the judges loved it, saying “Oh, my god, – that was a guilty pleasure! You were so in your element in your dance. That was a big performance.” Most definitely the most glowing praise for Kendra so far in the competition.

Judge Len Goodman said: “Last week you had a spark. This week you had a fire,’ he declared. ‘The more you gyrated the more I palpitated!” Checkout some pics from the competition and a video below!

New Kendra Sex Tape

Kendra Wilkinson released a popular sex tape about a year ago now, one of the most popular in the Internet and distributed by Vivid Cash. Well Kendra fans will be excited to hear that another sex tape is rumored to be in the works!

The new Kendra Sex tape features Kendra and her girlfriend at the time Taryn Ryan sharing an intimate moment and apparently super raunchy and VERY explicit.

Kendra has been enjoying some time in the mainstream recently, with her successful appearance on Dancing with the Stars, so this 2nd sex video might set her back a little bit, making her less “family friendly”!

It is yet unknown if Kendra will fight to stop the release of this tape, as she did unsuccessfully with the first sex tape. Also it is unknown who exactly will be distributing the tape or if it will leak onto the Internet for free.

According to a source who has seen the tape, it is 45 minutes long and is shot partially in night vision, and is very explicit.

Kendra ended up being paid a whopping $680’000 for the rights to her first sex tape which was called “Kendra Exposed” and released by Vivid Entertainment. No word if they will be releasing the 2nd tape just yet though!

At one stage Kendra Wilkinson and Hugh Hefner were a very happy couple! Hugh had a vast supply of viagra, enough to keep Kendra satisfied and it seemed like they might eventually marry, or enter into some kind of contract involving 5 or 6 other Playboy girls.

But now Hugh has decided to marry the less hot Crystal Harris. Hugh is resorting to Harris after Kendra and Holly Madison moved on from the Playboy mansion.

Kendra Wilkinson is still working hard to improve her performance on Dancing with Stars after a somewhat shaky start in the first week.

Well all of those workouts Kendra sure builds up a sweat, and she has devised a way of cooling down that also excites onlookers. Simply pour a bottle of water all over your chest and suddenly gain the attention of the press and any people walking by.

Nothing is more eye catching than a playboy bunny in a wet t-shirt.

Kendra Wilkinson made a jittery start in her Dancing with the Stars debut recently, and she has told People magazine why she didn’t do as well as expected. Kendra apparently fears the stage! She explained: “I have a fear of the stage, a fear of the audience,” Wilkinson said. “[The bright lights of the ballroom] made me dizzy. But I pulled it out and the fact that Carrie Ann [Inaba] said I didn’t miss one step made me feel so good.”

Kendra’s partner Louis Van Amstel appeared to have to force her into position a couple of times, but Kendra did display a good sense of timing, staying in time with the music throughout the entire piece.

Perhaps the cha cha doesn’t suit Kendra “style”. She told the magazine: “In the cha cha you’re not supposed to bend your knees but I had to or I would have passed out, I was so nervous, I barely took a breath.”

With the debut out of the way she should only do better in future dances. Dancing’s next performance show is on March 28.

Kendra Wilkinson has finally debuted at Dancing with the Stars after a few weeks of some very hardcore training. How did she go? Not great but not terribly. Kendra scored a mediocre 18 points, but was clearly a favorite with the crowd, who cheered the ex-Playboy babe on.

Kendra looked fantastic in a revealing blue dress, and managed to show she has great timing as a dancer. However a couple of sections saw her partner forcefully guiding her into position, as she wasn’t in the right spot for particular moves!
