This position requires the flexibility to work various shifts, 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. A Shift Production Supervisor reports directly to the Production Manager. Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 years supervisory/processing experience working with large tonnage foam and injection molding presses.
