На указанном сайте без соответствующего разрешения правообладателя с доступом по следующей ссылке:

размещены результаты интеллектуальной деятельности, исключительные права на которые принадлежат Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Ричмедиа»: Программы iSpring Suite, iSpring Presenter , далее – РИД.

Согласно ст. 1229 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации правообладатель может по своему усмотрению разрешать или запрещать другим лицам использование результата интеллектуальной деятельности или средства индивидуализации. Отсутствие запрета не считается согласием (разрешением).

Другие лица не могут использовать результаты интеллектуальной деятельности без согласия правообладателя. Такое использование результата интеллектуальной деятельности является незаконным и влечет административную, уголовную и гражданско-правовую ответственность, установленную законом.
