Recently I took a chance at redesigning the home page for Blade.org. The idea behind the design was obviously a to give it a fresh look and bring important information to the front page instead of having to dig for it. Blade.org has a lot of technical papers for blade servers and related products.

Icon Belts

Icon Belts latest addition to the Top Rope Belts network. It features high quality wrestling belts for fraction of what you would pay at other championship belt companies. The site incorporates a rating system so users can decide which else they like best. This helps the site owner determine what people want to see their belt designs and make notes accordingly. In the end this leads to a better product. The site runs on WordPress and features a multitude of options that allow the site owner to manage his own website without html programming knowledge.

New Orchid Gifts Madeira

The Orchid Gifts of Madeira as a shop located in Lido, Madeira that sells fine jewelry crafted from the island’s natural resources. They wanted a new website to reach out to customers across the globe. The site incorporates a content management system e-commerce, Google maps and a block to report on local events and happenings. AEPLE – Portuguese Learning Centers

AEPLE is an organization of language schools. it provides students the opportunity to learn the language of their choice in the country that speaks it natively. This site is a collaboration between myself and Katrina Tempero of KC design Lab. in this project Katrina’s awesome designs were brought to life with custom PHP scripts, WordPress, Google maps, and a bit of custom JavaScript. this site is currently in its development phase that you can check it out at :

Symphisis Yoga

Symphisis Yoga is an Australia based yoga studio run by Julia Symington. The Symphisis style of yoga a a new style developed that helps maintain core strength and focus your energy.

The site is a Wordpress based site with many javascript functions and animations. The site is currently under development and no link is available but should be ready in the next couple of days.

This is a 3D flash placeholder for the KC Design Lab. Surprisingly the KC in the name does not stand for Kevin Chappell. KC Design Lab is a design company started by my good friend and colleague Katrina Clark with whom I am currently working on several projects with.

CT Tree-Service

A simple business card made for CT-Tree Service of East Haddam CT. Customer asked for leaves everywhere, trees being pruned, and a lot of messy stuff all over the place. But sometimes less is more and simplicity sells.

The picture to the left shows the font and back of the card.

A website by a creative entrepreneur for creative entrepreneurs. Whitney Greer is a published writer that has worked on many projects in several fortune 500 companies. She currently gives lectures and has events to connect with business owners and show them what they need to do to get the edge they need over their competition. This website allows her to schedule events and users can register for these events.

WhitneyGreer.com is the first collaboration with Katrina Clark Tempero, with her on design and myself on coding of the site.

Emanuel-Silva.com

This was a Joomla based car dealership website made for Emanuel-Silva. The Autostand plugin by webstylecreations was used to manage the cars, however I cannot recommend it. A great deal of work went into making it a final product. Its simply not a plug and play solution, and don’t get me started on the spelling errors.
