How many hot dogs does this freakin thing make? But only two buns? wtf?
Online Shopping

I've done more online shopping than anyone I know, but I haven't always gotten the best deals. It's a little late for this Christmas, but these articles give good information and links to some good comparison shopping sites: From MSN - 6 Sites Every Shopper Should Know, From The NY Times - A Universe of Gadget Advice and while not about online shopping, "Within Your Means", is a nice (free) little e-book from Lulu. Hope everyone's Christmas shopping is going good. Remember to keep it civil out there :)
Go Speed Racer, Go

I used to love watching the Speed Racer cartoons when I was a kid. I would be Speed Racer and my little brother would be Chim Chim (ha ha ha). So, when I finally see that Speed is coming to the big screen, I get a little nostalgic and mildly excited. I don't know how it's going to go over, but hey, why not take a shot at making it. Now, if only Kimba the White Lion would make the leap to movies :)
Some New Sites

Some new sites I've been monkeying around with:
Pandora - Pick a song or artist and Pandora will create a station based on the traits of the artist or the song. Pretty cool stuff. Eyejot - Got a webcam? Then you can send a video email in a snap! I've tried it and liked it! Nerd Approved - Crazy gadgets and fun stuff. Similar in many ways to an old favorite of mine (Strange New Products). 23andMe - For $999 you can get your DNA tested. I'm going for it (I want to see how much Polish is inside of me :) Mint - Organize your finances suckers! Tripit - Organize your travel!
Check em out and report back :)

Another Year

This year hasn't been marked by too much blogging here at KR's Radio Weblog (8 lousy posts!). What with getting married, starting a business and traveling around, I've had to put this blog on the back burner for quite a while. Tuesday, 11-20-07, marks this blogs 4th anniversary here (jeez, 4 years already!) and I've decided to renew my Radio license for another year. Even if I restart this blog with another service, I still need to maintain this one until I can back things up and transfer all my information over. So hopefully I'll be posting a little more here during the latter part of this year, while at the same time getting the new site up and running. So keep an eye out for bigger and better things (or maybe some more of the same old **** :) Thanks for reading!
Stealth TP price increase

If they make the size of the toilet paper smaller and the price remains the same, it's the same thing as a price increase, isn't it? From The Consumerist.
