How we work together

A system you actually run.

Most coaching gives you advice and a worksheet. Here, we build the actual system – your AI workflows, your performance rhythm – and then you run it without me. The goal is something that holds up under real load, not a dependency.

Phase 1 · 8 weeks

System Installation

Two months to design and install your operating system, one layer at a time.

Week 1
The Audit. Where does your time actually go? We map your energy, your tools, your drains. You leave with a one-page leverage map.
Weeks 2–4
AI Leverage. Two to four working AI workflows built for your actual job – meeting-to-action pipelines, a research accelerator, a custom prompt library. And the harder skill: knowing when not to use AI.
Weeks 4–6
The Performance System. No point saving three hours a day if you burn them. Energy management, movement, recovery, focus blocks, and the practice of saying no.
Weeks 7–8
Stress-Test & Handoff. Run it all under your real workload. Find what breaks, fix it. You finish with a documented system and a 90-day runway.

Cadence: a weekly 60-90 minute session, plus async support between them.

Phase 2 · ongoing / monthly

System Calibration

No athlete trains hard for two months and then stops. Systems drift, life shifts, and the AI tooling itself moves every few weeks. Most clients keep a lighter monthly partnership to stay sharp.

  • Monthly check-in (60-90 min) – what's working, what shifted, what to adjust.
  • AI updates as the tooling evolves. Your system stays current.
  • Async access between sessions for quick questions.
  • Quarterly reset – step back, look at the bigger picture.

Month to month. Cancel anytime. Maintenance and progression – not a lock-in.
