Shock and awe are the only words that can be used to describe yesterday's Holiday Stockings for Soldiers event at Exeter High School cafeteria with their Key Club! 
We have had people tell us they have a lot of stuff to pack and we get 75 care packages done. That is a good number. I must say too that the campaign has been very successful. 
  A large part of the thanks goes to Amy Ridenour at the National Center Blog. She ran our article back in July and we had many people contact us about the program. She also contributed a big box of shoes from her family.

It is the thanks of a soldier who spent quite a lot of time in Iraq and he wanted the people who supported him and his unit and the American public to know how much that support meant to him. This is quite an impressive thank you letter and those who get emotional better have the tissues handy.
