armutlar soyulur. armut bütün haliyle kalacak ortasındaki çekirdek yuvası oyacakla alınır parçalanmadan. derin tepsiye armutlar dizilir üzerine şeker ve bir su bardağı kadar su eklenir tepsinin üzeri folyo ile kaplanır. önceden ısıtılmış 300 derecedeki fırında pişirilir yalnız armutlar parçalanmadan pişmeli çok yumuşak değil ama sertte olmamalı. arada bakıp kontrol ediniz. pişen armutların içersine narla doldurun servis tabağına alın karamel sosu üzerlerinden gezdirin.&lt;br /&gt;

80 gr şeker&lt;br /&gt;
300 ml çırpılmış krema&lt;br /&gt;
3 yaprak jelatin&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Yapılışı:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
yumurta sarısı ve şeker mikserle çırpılır ama çırpma kabının altına kaynayan su eklenir benmari usulu yumurtalar pişmeden suyun buharınada beyazlanana kadar çırpılır. 10 dakika. yumurta akı ayrı çırpılarak kar ahaline getirilir.çırpılmış yumurta, yumurta akı, çırpılmış krema ve benmari erimiş beyaz çikolata aynı kabta karıştırılır. en son soğuk suda yumuşatılmış jelatinler sudan alınır kahve cezvesine eklenir benmari şekilde eritilir karışıma en son eklenir karıştırılır. karışım donmadan küçük kalıplara dökülür pay edilir. derin dondurucuda 3 saat bekletilir. frenk üzümü ile süslenir veya başka meyvelerle ve soslarla sizin zevkinize kalmış.&lt;br /&gt;

Malzemeler:&lt;br /&gt;

1 litre sıvı krema&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr şeker&lt;br /&gt;
200 ml süt&lt;br /&gt;
2 pake vanilya&lt;br /&gt;
5 adet yaprak jelatin&lt;br /&gt;
arzu edilirse 1 tatlı kaşığı kanyak vb.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Yapılışı:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
krema,süt,şeker karışırılır. tencereye alınır. orta ateşte 80 derecede kaynama noktasına getirilmeden hafif el yakacak şekilde ısıtılır. yaprak jelatin soğuk suda bekletilir ve yumuşatılır. suyu süzülür benmari eritilir sıcak karışıma hemen eklenir karıştırılır. vanilya eklenir karıştırılır kalıplara pay edilir 1 gece normal dolapa dinlendirilir. servis edilecegi zaman kalıplardan cıkarılır soslarla vb. ile sunulur.&lt;br /&gt;
not:&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;içerisine sade değil erimiş bitter, meyve sosları ve kahve eklenerekte yapılıabılınır. panna cottayı jelatın mıktarını 2 yapraga dusurulerek yapılabılınır. bu sekilde yapılırsa kalıplara degıl bardaklara pay edılır ve soguyunca soslarla servıs yapılır. &lt;a href="http://kibeleninmutfagi.blogspot.com/2009/11/cilek-soslu-sakzl-muhallebi.html"&gt;su sekılde.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
