I noticed a lot of retro posters have a few alternate versions. I thought it was cool how they were able to rearrange and add elements to make it horizontal and vertical.I thought I'd try a alternate version.

I love RETRO posters. I thought I do a fun fake movie retro poster.This is one of three versions. Why three versions? well I guess explain that more on the next post.I've also included a animaged gif/ Animated png version. if you wanted to see the steps APNG is a higher quality but it only animates if you use Firefox or Opera browser(click here for ANPG HIGH QUALITY).

After watching the preview Documentary Toy masters, q behind the scenes of He-man. I was really pumped to create this piece.
The three heads up above are "the Masters of the Universe"
Paul Cleveland, Roger Sweet, Mark Taylor.

In terms of style I wanted to do something in the same vein as the original toy. As the documentary put it, he is wider then he is tall!
It was a lot of fun to do. One day I'll get to a Skeletor version...

check out the documentary preview (I can't wait to see the whole thing!).
Oh yeah and thanks to my fiancee (coolest ever, she got me the first season of He-man)

I managed to head to the zoo last week with Charlene Chua and Mike Del Mundo.
A lot of fun... but I have a feeling that the animals knew we were drawing them and when they got bored of us they went to turn away.

Miro-K is GOGO Crazybones latest addition. It's a limited eddition 5000 made.
I worked on the wallpapers for the announcement. A love doing character work. So this was a lot of fun to just do a whole bunch of action poses.

I love doing toy illustrations! this was done for Gogos Crazybones website that just launched this week. The characters are fun they have all these vinyl-esque styled characters. I had a lot of fun putting the characters running around.
