We are only 3 days away from the epic drop of the Mishka’s new Bad News Dunny 8” and 3” Kodiak and Polar Editions, and we thought it would be a good time to see what kind of trouble Mishka has gotten into recently.

Since it was their turf, New York Comic Con was a “no brainer”. Basically, Mishka owned NYCC. Besides a killer booth and antics, you also got an early glimpse of the soon to be famous Dunny.

Hopefully this past weekend you got to check out the secret walls work down on Mulberry street.

We can’t forget all the original work with fellow NY player Sucklord. Doin up some OGs for a Sucklord toy release.
The  Bad News Dunny drops October 24th and is available on Kidrobot’s Website and select retailers. Don’t forget, one lucky buyer of the supremely limited 8” Polar edition will win the other three Dunnys… for FREE! That includes both 3” versions and the 8” Kodiak Edition… that basically means one lucky buyer is going to get a much larger box than they expected when the UPS driver shows up… pretty awesome!

Just throwing a “Couch Party” this Saturday, September 6th. We have no idea what a couch party is but we do know this one involves live painting by Lamour Supreme, prizes, drinks, giveaways, and exclusives!

Мишка  is also making dreams come true in an amazing way with the Make a Wish Foundation. One of Issiah’s wishes was to come and shop, and Greg made it happen. Issiah starts treatment next week, and we know he will do just fine!

Coming all the way from Saskatoon, Canada, The Other Guy has an eye for color palettes and the skills to back it up. Loving what he does to our DIY platform! We picked some of our favorite MUNNY designs from his extensive gallery to share with you, and they are all brilliant.

Well, we are stoked, and to fuel our love for Andrew even more, we asked him to show off some of his personal collection. You read correctly, we have our first artist in the Collection Showcase! It is great to see what our beloved artists collect when they aren’t making brilliant art and designing amazing toys!

Now to showcase some of Andrew’s collection and have him tell you a bit about it.

A custom hand drawn Tree Dweller sits front and center on my main shelves.

Some of my favorite Dunnys in a rainbow order. This brings a splash of color between a black shelf and a greyscale shelf.

I don’t have a lot of room, so toys get swapped out now and then.

The jewel of my collection, AJ Fosik on the wall.

I’m a huge fan of black, white and grey..

I like to create little areas of matching colors, it can be two or three toys, or toys and books, or a whole shelf devoted to one color.

My kitchen is not immune from art and toys…

These guys all live above my kitchen cabinet against an orange accent wall, simultaneously featuring in and blending in to the room.

It took me a few years to find the perfect chair, then a few hours of sawing, sanding and painting, but I think it was worth it!

Most of my personal toys are in my studio collection, I prefer to surround myself with other peoples’ work when I’m at home.

A few plush friends live on my bedroom bookshelf.

Sometimes it’s a theme rather than a color that ties a shelf together, this is part of my skull shelf.

I love natural materials, these get prime real estate and space to breathe.
