Yesterday marked an epic release for Tara McPherson with her new pair of 20-inch Black Heart Of Gold Dunnys. We celebrated these massive vinyl beauties with a special signing at Kidrobot New York. Big ups to all her local fans who battled the rain to show their support for the Brooklyn based painter and scoop up the pair before they sold out.

Kidrobot New York is keeping the MUNNYWORLD celebration going strong all through the month of May with 3 more  Live Custom Workshops. Following up Rsin and the Krink Vs. Monster Kolor Art Battle, KRNY will be featuring local talents Justin Volpe on May 12, Billy Roids on May 19 and Mr. Den on May 26. The creativity gets kicking every Saturday afternoon from 12-4pm.

Kidrobot New York and Tara McPherson will be ringing in the release for the big bold duo of 20-inch Black Heart Of Gold Dunnys with a very special signing Thursday, May 24. The Brooklyn based artist will be in our SoHo store for only one hour, from 6-7pm. Unlike normal signings, the Black Heart Of Gold will be available when the doors open at 11am. Everyone that purchases one of the beautiful beasts at KRNY will get a raffle ticket to win one of 2 prints, “George’s Halloween Portrait” and “Laughing Through The Chaos Of It All.” The 2 lucky winners do not have to be present to win and will be contacted via email.

The SUPER SUCKLORD was in full effect this past weekend when he premiered his latest installment of his ongoing TOY LORDS OF CHINATOWN. A rowdy band of masked marauders, including CLUTTER’s man on the street Trust Pigs, filled the auditorium at The Producers Club to be first to bear witness to the highly anticipated 20 minute long Episode 3.
