Last Thursday, Kidrobot celebrated the end of the world with the release of the ultra-awesome Apocalypse Dunny Series. We invited Huck Gee to our SF store, Ron English and Mishka to New York and Joe Ledbetter to Los Angeles. JPK stopped by Kidrobot London, Jermaine Rogers made the mission to Boulder from Houston, and Sam Fout held it down in Miami. We served Twinkies, the only food sure to survive a meltdown. What are your favorite designs from the series?

Kidrobot New York may be releasing the exclusive Silver King Dunny, but you can still celebrate 10 Years of Art + Design, Friday, October 12 with the special release of Tristan Eaton’s 10 Year Anniversary ‘Bot Mini and “Mister Universe” the Kidrobot X ‘Bot Mini at your local Kidrobot store. The festivities will take place in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, London and Boulder from 6-8pm.

San Francisco based photographer and photoshop master Shawn Clover seems to have painstakingly and perfectly blended images of the 1906 San Francisco earthquake with those of the present day San Francisco. Utilizing the archived photos of the earthquake and his own camera he perfectly transitions the backdrops into stunning images.

As the sun set over the Bay Area, Huck Gee rolled into Kidrobot San Francisco last night for the exclusive signing of his new and now sold out Skullslinger Blondie Edition. Local vinyl addict wrangled up their Huck collections and moseyed on down to get them signed by the man himself.
