Even though I'm wearing a tight midi skirt, the fabric makes it comfortable enough to lounge in bed. I'm a big fan of having lazy Sundays in bed. Watching films and series on my computer while lying cosy in bed covered in sheets and a bowl of whatever snack next to me. I love the softness of both the pieces and like how the different shades of grey complement eachother so well. To dress everything down, I paired the outfit with some black Supergas. I'm not a sneaker kind of girl, but I love the simplicity of Superga shoes.

A THROWBACK TO SUMMER 2015

In the midst of winter, everyone longs for summer again. Well, actually not everyone. I don't. As someone who doesn't discriminate any season, I'm actually enjoying winter (partly due to a good winter coat to keep me warm). But who doesn't love a good throwback in time. As you might know, I'm not the most punctual blogger when it comes to uploading season-related pictures. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoyed the pictures of when I spent my summer in London.

STYLE SUNDAY I CAPES AND LACES

I've been wearing this cape for two months now but have yet to take pictures with it. It's a good cover-up for when you go out in the evening or for days like these when it isn't cold enough to wear a bulky winter coat. Since I've been rocking the short hair for a while, I've been loving turtle necks. I don't know what it is but they suit me better with shorter hair.

Sunday is always a day when my hair is the dirtiest, so to solve that problem I just put on a beret. Despite being a great cover-up for dirty hair, it also gave my outfit that little bit of sofistication.

Capes are very on trend this season. Do also own and love it or can't you be bothered with it?

LONDON - DECEMBER EDITION

Since I've done Paris in pictures last month, I thought it would be fun to do the same with my pictures from London because I'll be going back again in a week. I've postponed to upload this to my blog due to laziness of getting my external hardrive and plugging it into my computer. Anyway, London is like a second home to me. This time I had the time to pause and get pictures because I'm usually just stuck in the moment and forget to pull out my camera. Every single thing about this city, I love. There's so much to explore and the things I already explored never tend to get me bored.

I hope you also enjoyed this travel diary and I will work on squeezing in an outfit post. I will not be making any promises because it'll be a very hectic week for me full of preperations, my birthday dinner (together with my mum's) and my actual birthday. I've also got some film footage of this trip which I will hopefully get done editing and ready to post for next week.

PARIS - MAY EDITION

I've been to Paris four times in a period of twelve months. And this time I managed to get some good snaps. I never know what to expect from Paris and after four times visiting the city of love, I've yet to form an opinion about it. My relationship with Paris is something I would describe as "complicated" but I keep coming back to 'him'. Whenever I visit the city, I never have the intention of shopping but rather come for the food. The baguettes, the cheese and the whole district of Paris dedicated to Asian cuisine. That might be the reason I never end my relationship with Paris, because he's a good cook.

This is one of those outfits I grab towards when I'm running late or when I really have no clue what to wear. It's one of those no-brainer outfits where I just grab plain black skinnies and whatever my hand finds in the pile of clothing that looks like a top. To make this ultra-casual outfit a bit more intersting, I put on the one souvenir I got from my recent trip to Paris and painted my lips red. Et voila!

P.S.: I lost all the footage from the part two of my haul video so... You will never see it. But no doubt I will wear the hauled pieces on this blog.

Now my hair has finally reached the desirable length (sort of), I started another debate in my head whether to cut some bangs again or not. Normally I don't let anyone cut my hair except my mum but after some browsing on Pinterest, I decided to cut bangs myself straight away at about some time after midnight. Sometimes I regret it, sometimes I don't. But I give you one advice that everyone probably already take for granted: NEVER MAKE DESICIONS AFTER MIDNIGHT!

Neutrals has been one of my wardrobe staples at the moment and let it be that H&M just launched a collection with neutral coloured pieces. I've always been obsessed with button up skirts that I already have three of them lying around in my flat. I just love the way that it makes my look more authentic.

I haven't been blogging for a while and the reason for that is because I've been quite busy lately and have been traveling multiple times to Paris and London in that period of months. I was also thinking if I would just convert my blog to moving images on YouTube but decided I will do both. So keep an eye on my channel if you haven't yet.

I was never an autumn person but this year the season really has grown onto me. It hasn't rain very much and the temperature has decended to something I actually find comfort in. Because I don't have a lot of Winter clothing, this inbetween period is great for me to just layer everything I have.

My love for leather will never be gone and yet again I fell in love with this brown leather skirt from Zara that i had to buy the black variation of it too. The colour is perfect for this season and also if I want to soften my look because black leather can look a bit too harsh, isn't it?
A couple of weeks ago I received a couple of hand-me-downs from my sister and found a royal blue variation of a jumper she handed me down a year ago. I absolutely love those jumpers because they're made from a material that doesn't give me itches or isn't too warm or too cold. And I thought the combination of royal blue and caramel brown wouldn't pair, but once I tried it, it changed my mind.

This past month, it looks like i've been collecting coats. I picked up this black duster coat. It's not very warm so I have to take every opportunity wearing it while the temperature won't be dropping any lower.

I hope you enjoyed this blogpost and I will be blogging regularly again. Oh, and I've also cut my hair if you haven't noticed. It began with 15 cm and now I'm gradually going shorter and shorter.

I DON'T WANT TO TALK IN A TRAIN

After lot's of rain and wind, it's finally getting warmer again. Which means, I can get my shorts out again (but don't mind my leg scars due to skating). Normally, I'm not that fond of ripped jeans, but there was something about these Levi's that attracted me. The fact that it's overly sized and I can't wear it without belt and that it has vintage written all over it, got them a first and special place in my messy wardrobe. I've put shopping on hold for a while (why? I don't know either.) so I've been rediscovering every piece in my closet. This blouse from CoCo Fashion, which I grabbed from somewhere behind my closet is nearly as good as new for me. I've worn it once I think?

P.S.: Noticed something about my hair? I chopped a good 10cm off. As my mum noticed I've cut my hair crooked, she ran with her scissors through it again and cut 5cm off again...

You may know that I absolutely love dungarees because of my other blogpost. This short version of it reminds a lot of people of childlike clothing and I didn't want to look too childish, so I paired a wine red shirt underneath it instead of my usual Peter Pan-collared shirts. I found out that this wine red shirt, which my sister handed me down tohether with a lot of other clothing pieces, really compliments my skin and hair colour whenever I wear it. I'm also very happy that I finally got my black Urban Outfitters bag back. My aunt had it repaired after London wrecked it (it was a studpid incident, really), but it took so long to get it back because of the distance. I'm finally reunited with my favourite bag again :) That shall be it for today. Normally I'd post this yesterday, but I took a nap til 10 o'clock in the evening and until I was ready with editing and composing these pictures, it was almost 1 o'clock and I became tired again. So that's the story behind that. Bye.

Sunday hair is my hair on a Sunday: full of knots, uncombed, just dirty. And that's every Sunday. It's a day that I just let everything be. It's also a day that I don't bother to put on some makeup and to look somewhat presentable (unless I have some important events to attend, of course). Since the festival season is coming in a couple of months, I'd like to present you my favourite essential: DUNGAREES (next to a pair of wellies)! There so comfortable baggy and if you wear it, it looks like you have your outfit well thought out. But that's a lie, because the only thing you have to do is grab whatever top out of your wardrobe to pair with it. Sometimes it's hard though to not look like a farmer, but I think I nailed it with pairing these cut-out boots with them. I'm mad in love with them and happy to welcome them into my boot collection. Hi, it's been a while since I uploaded an outfit post. The weather has been great lately. Real spring weather, but it has kind of taken it's toll on me. I'm not feeling quite well, I've been extremely tired. So I hope it will get better soon as the weather will too. I found this coat in Primark during my visit to London and fell in love with it because of the print and the softness of the wool. I might reckon these shoes as my favourite pair yet. I own a lot of Chelsea boots, but I always tend to pair these with every outfit. And because I didn't had my leather jacket on, I had to coordinate the leather in some other clothing piece (pssst... the skirt!). Well, that's it for today. I'm going to rest a bit more so I'll be hopefully up and running in a few days. Bye.

Sunglasses: Asos

I received a parcel from Asos today with these awesome sunglasses in it. They came just in time, now the weather here is getting a bit warmer. The cool thing about them is that they are handmade and have eyebrows on them. I have a love that became an obsession for big brows and feline eyes. These sunglasses are now most definitely the best pair I own. ♥_♥

After a long hiatus, I'm back blogging again. In the meanwhile, I went to London and had a lot of work and events to do. But now, I hope I can be a better blogger and post something at least once a week. Here's yesterday's outfit. It was a bit cold so I pulled my sleeves over my hands instead of wearing gloves (new year, still lazy). My hair was really big that day, I felt a bit like Hermoine. We actually have a great winter this year. No snow and not too cold, so I don't have to bundle up too big. I'll leave you here. FALL/WINTER WISHLIST WITH AUPIE.COM

These are some of the items from Aupie I'd really love to add to my wardrobe:

1: Every year, I really have some trouble to find a good Winter coat which I'll be loving to wear the whole Winter period. This coat has a mix of every texture I love: leather, fur and parka.

2: If you're a frequent reader of mine, you'll know that I don't own much cardigans and sweaters. What attracted me to this cardigan was the gradient red and the mohair texture. Doesn't mohair remind you of 'A Single Man'? I always felt the urge to touch Kenny's sweater during that movie.

3: Another sort of knits I love, are the speckled ones. It isn't a loud "print" but it gives your outfit a little something.

4: I'm a fool for leather jackets. This one I thought was really interesting because of the different texture. A must-have in my leather jacket collection.

5: Dogs on button-ups, what's not to want?

6: I know camisoles aren't really Fall/Winter appropriate but it's a great layering piece.

7: You've probably seen this skort a lot now, but it's a great piece to create outfits with. And if you pick it in black, you can match it with anything.

I'm really loving this early fall weather. It's still a bit warm nowadays. I hope it will stay like that for a while. As you can see, I've got some new boots and I'm totally in love with them. They're a knock-off from the overly expensive Chloé boots. The shorts are one of the gazillion shorts my mum brought me from Thailand. I had been looking for such kind of high waisted shorts for a long time. My mum knows me so well...

My hair was in need for a wash but I didn't want to because I'm too lazy. So I pinned it up a little to create a kind of rock-n-roll hairstyle.

When posting this, I realised this was kind of a boyish outfit. I painted my nails in this aqua blue colour last weekend and I really love how this looks. I grew my nails a little longer to make it look nice, but now I'm getting very annoyed by having such long nails. But I don't want to cut them because I haven't had such nice looking nails in years.

Have you noticed my hair turned back to a dark copre brown again? The black dye on my hair washed a little off and now it's like I highlighted my hair with the copre brown. I hope the black doesn't wash out completely because I'm too lazy to visit the hairdresser's again.

So, that's it. A very little blog post. I'll try to keep you posted, but my photographer (Aster) is busy with his summer job... It's a bummer, but yeah, we're trying our best. Have a good day everyone!!!

My hair was quite messy that day because... Euhm... I didn't wash my hair for days. But I actually like how it looked. I tend to find amazing places just around my neighborhood to take pictures. As you can see, I added a new cardigan to my poor cardigan collection. And i love these shorts my mum brought me from Thailand. She bought it in a lot of colours but the blue cought my eye the most. lately, I've been wearing these boots a lot. They're really comfortable to walk in and I really walk long distances because Aster always forgets to extend the date of his bus pass.

Are you excited to see my new hair colour? It's not the black that it was before. It's better! Well, you'll have to wait until the next blog post ｡◕ ‿ ◕｡

I'm really happy with the haul my mum brought me from Thailand. They're all really pretty pieces and I was glad that my parents knew my clothing style so well. I recently rediscovered these combat boots that I wore a year around last year. I usually tie the laces up to the top but tying it halfway made it like a whole new boot.

Prepare to see this cardigan a lot more in my outfit posts. I really should invest in cardigans, but it's so hard for me to find really good ones. If you haven't read my Ieperfest post (shame on you! It's the second or thirth post on this blog if you're interested), you don't know Converge is a band. So, no, this shirt isn't for sale in stores. But I'm really in love with this shirt and the album that goes with it (Jane Doe). Aster first bought me a Jane Doe shirt but when we started to move in together he wore it himself. So, I bought another one for myself at Ieperfest. They only had a men's medium left, so I chopped of the neckline to make it that loose-fitting-of-the-shoulder-shirt.

People tend to find this look provocative, but actually I'm wearing a lot more clothing than others (it was a warm summer day, people were walking around in short shorts and tank tops). There's only a small part of my legs visible and I'm even wearing shorts underneath my shirt to prevend people from seeing my behind. But I came to a point that I just don't care anymore that people stare at me. People stared at me whole my life because I was Asian, so I couldn't care less that they stare at me because if the way I dress. Maybe they just like it. It's more important that YOU feel comfortable and confident in your clothing. It's weird but I never feel comfortable and certainly not confident when I'm just wearing sweatshirts with blue jeans and UGGS. I hate UGGS. I don't think they look pretty nor comfortable. And the way you pronounce the brand name already sounds like someone's throwing up. Sorry for those who love UGGS. It's just my opinion.

I love how the combination of the top and the vintage shorts give this unique look which shows a bit of skin, but it's not too revealing. And i'm in love with this cardigan. As you know, I don't own much cardigans (for reasons unknown. I just forget to buy them) and these are really fitted around the arms and a little baggy around the waist. My creepers are really dirty. I wore them to help my sister renovate her garden and haven't washed them ever since. I thought the rain would wash it, but it hasn't rained yet.

I've had this dress for a very long time now (4-5 years) and it's still my favorite dress. It's the most expensive piece of clothing I bought in Bangkok. It was 300 baht, not that expensicve, but all of my other clothing were beneath 300 baht. Oh, how I love Thailand... And I paired my spiked boots with this dress to toughen this look up a little more because just Morrissey putting his middle finger up isn't enough. And yes, I actually listen to Morrissey's music. He's my favorite singer. I'm not that kind of person who just wears bandshirts but don't actually listen to the band's music.
