The reality TV star,31, popped into Pinkberry for a quick sweet treat as she ran errands in Studio City, California yesterday.

Kim was seen sporting a stylish monochrome ensemble consisting of black jeans and a white blouse with a matching smart blazer.

The single television star stepped out in thigh high Christian Louboutin boots which added a racy element to her sophisticated style.

While most celebrities admit to sticking to restrictive diets it was refreshing to see Kim indulge herself, albeit with a low fat treat.

As well as popping into Pinkberry Kim also stopped by a car wash to get her white Rolls Royce cleaned yesterday.

The model recently revealed that Kim and Kanye had enjoyed a secret affair while she was dating the singer and even said she asked Miss Kardashian to stop sending her boyfriend racy texts and pictures.

Dog beats out Kim Kardashian for Skechers Super Bowl ad

Reality television star Kim Kardashian has taken a lot of flak for her 72-day marriage to New Jersey Nets player Kris Humphries.

But she probably never dreamed that she’d be bested by a dog.

In what is perhaps the ultimate humiliation, Kardashian has been swapped out for a French bulldog in a commercial for Skechers GORun shoes that will air during this year’s Super Bowl, USA Today reports.

The reality star appeared in a steamy commercial for Skechers Shape-Up shoes during last year’s Super Bowl, but the Skechers commercial airing during this year’s game will instead feature a dog. In the spot, the dog will wear Sketchers GORun shoes and will race against a pack of greyhounds at Tucson Greyhound Park, according to the newspaper.

But Skechers insists that the absence of Kardashian in the company’s new Super Bowl commercial is not due to backlash against the reality star over her hugely hyped wedding and quickie divorce. Leonard Armato, president of Skechers Fitness, told USA Today that "Kim got us more attention than we ever dreamed. We have to establish Skechers as more than a lifestyle company."

Armato told USA Today that while Kardashian’s contract with Sketchers expired at the end of 2011, she had a big influence on the brand’s popularity, and attributes much of the 400 percent increase in fans on the Skechers Facebook page after the Super Bowl to her star power.

Sketchers on Tuesday also announced that Mark Cuban, owner of both Landmark Theaters and the Dallas Mavericks, would make a cameo in the Skechers Super Bowl spot as GORun’s new spokesman.

Cuban told USA Today that while he’s no Kim Kardashian, “one of the things I do know is high technology and how to use it.”

As you may have noticed, Kim Kardashian has a bit of an Elizabeth Taylor obsession. (Not that we blame her.)

Dolled up as Cleopatra, the reality star interviewed the violet-eyed icon for Harper's Bazaar just before her death last March, and then splashed out nearly $65,000 for three Lorraine Schwartz jade and diamond bracelets during the Christie's auction of Taylor's jewelry.

Now she's once again getting her Liz on (or #channelingelizabethtay," as Kim herself put it) with the smoldering ad campaign for her fourth fragrance, True Reflection.

Wearing gold cuffs (perhaps this was pre-auction?), a solitaire diamond necklace, and a plunging silver dress, the budding designer recreates Taylor's iconic bed-clutching pose as Maggie in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.

But while the pose is all Liz, the romantic retro waves, smoky eyes, and scarlet lips are pure Kim, who tweeted that the ad is "ultra glam."

A video teaser for the fragrance (watch it below), which launches in the spring, sees Kardashian clad in a retro headscarf, white blouse, and skintight pencil skirt as she drives up to a mansion, changes into a sexy white slip with stockings, and greets her lover in the aforementioned silver dress.

The scent itself is expected to be just as feminine. Top notes of Italian bergamot, luscious plum, and peach blend with a heart of night-blooming gardenia, chocolate orchid, and lotus flower as well as a base of textured woods, patchouli, and skin musk.

Given that Taylor's White Diamonds is the top-selling celebrity fragrance of all time, we're betting that Kim has set her sights on recreating more than just a sexy pose and thick sweep of eyeliner.

Kim has previously said one of her perfumes, Gold, was created to bring back memories of her late father, Robert Kardashian.

She said: "When my dad would go away on trips he always came back with a special perfume for me. I hated when he bought perfume for his girlfriends, but loved it when he bought me a glamorous bottle of his favourite scent of gardenia. So when I was developing Gold, I thought of him and other happy times in my childhood."

She also said another one of her fragrances reminds her of the success she has had with her sisters, Kourtney and Khloe.

She said: "I collect fragrances so when I smell one that I haven't worn in years it'll bring me right back to that time.

"This will remind me of success, working really hard and also my sisters. We were all together so much when I was making the fragrance that it reminds me of my TV show."

Lawyers Threaten Kim Kardashian Boycott Website

While many people complain about Kim Kardashian and her family's reality show, very few do anything about it. One person, though, was disgruntled enough and decided that enough was enough and launched a petition asking people to boycott Kim.

Initially, the founder (who is remaining anonymous) didn't expect to get more than 350,000 signatures. Apparently a lot of people are upset with the Kardashians with more than 500,000 signing the petition. Not only has the website that houses the petition gained a lot of new visitors, it has also attracted the attention of some lawyers.

It isn't the petition itself that is being targeted, rather the additional content that the founder added after receiving so much support. The content focuses on the negativity of the Kardashians. The founder is claiming to have been contacted by an individual who works with the Kardashians and was told that lawyer Martin Singer, intends on filing a "criminal harassment complaint" as some of the content was directed towards Singer.

The founder doesn't seem concerned, though saying, "They try to scare you. They do not want bad publicity."

The New York Daily News tried to reach all of the parties involved, but were unable to get any comments regarding this story.

While it doesn't seem that Kim Kardashian herself is pushing for a suit, certainly she can't be happy that so many people are boycotting her. Before her 72-day marriage, fans of the reality television show star trusted her to some point. However, they felt duped by Kim when she quickly filed for divorce.

BoycottKim.com appears to be roiling the representatives of its intended target.

The online petition that asks signers to stop doing business with the companies that do business with Kim Kardashian has attracted more than 500,000 signatures --and saber-rattling lawyers for the reality star.

The website’s California-based founder, who requested anonymity, was hoping to reach 350,000 signatures when we wrote about the petition on Dec. 21. Since then, BoycottKim.com has added more than 213,000 signatures as well as online content that spotlights some of the negative media that Kardashian and her family have attracted recently.

According to the founder, shortly after he added these new features, he was contacted by the Kardashian family’s general counsel Christopher T. Wilson .

The founder claims Wilson told him that another lawyer who represents the family, Martin Singer, intended to file a criminal harassment complaint against him.

“They try to scare you,” the founder says. “They do not want bad publicity.”

During a lengthy phone conversation, the founder says Wilson expressed dismay over a section of the site which urged readers to contact Singer to voice their displeasure over published reports that products the Kardashians endorsed were made in Chinese sweatshops. (Singer’s name has since been removed.)

The founder also says Wilson insisted that another section of the website that claimed Singer had engaged in the “legal bullying” of Kim’s former publicist Jonathan Jaxson was "factually incorrect."

The founder says that his attorney David Henshaw subsequently took part in a conference call with both Wilson and Singer.

Henshaw declined to comment for this story. Wilson and Singer did not respond to our requests for comment, but our calls to their offices prompted a call from Kardashian’s publicity firm PMK, which ultimately did not comment on the matter.

The founder of the BoycottKim website contends that threats of legal action against him are laughable. He notes that the site “did not encourage anyone to harass” Singer, but rather “encouraged them to call with their own personal opinion."

The site's popularity has skyrocketed since the petition was launched Nov. 2. Now that the site has passed 500,000 signatures, the founder says he’s shooting for one million.

BoycottKim.com claims the reality star and her family "are a stain on our culture" and "an embarrassment for our country." The petition's goal is to attract as many signatures as possible in hopes of influencing Kardashian's sponsors to end their relationship with her.

A web site blasting all things Kim Kardashian has finally gotten under the reality star’s skin.

Kim Kardashian has reportedly sicced her high-powered lawyers on the founder of BoycottKim.com, a web site that claims, among other things, that the Kardashians are “un-American” and that the family is "a stain on our culture" and "an embarrassment for our country."

The founder of BoycottKim.com was contacted by the Kardashian family’s general counsel Christopher T. Wilson, who said that hard-boiled Hollywood attorney Martin Singer intended to file a criminal harassment complaint against him.

“They try to scare you,” the web site’s founder, who laughed off the threats, told the New York Daily News. “They do not want bad publicity.”

During what is described as a “lengthy phone conversation” between the web site’s founder and Wilson, the attorney “expressed dismay” over an item on the site suggesting that readers contact Singer to voice their opinion on published reports that Kardashian-endorsed products were made in Chinese sweatshops.

The founder of BoycottKim.com, who wishes to remain anonymous, claims that he “did not encourage anyone to harass” Singer, but instead “encouraged them to call with their own personal opinion." Singer's name and contact information has since been removed from the site.

BoycottKim.com has gathered more than 512,000 signatures from people who have pledged not to do business with companies associated with the Kardashian clan.

On the latest episode of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York," which was taped two weeks before Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, the reality TV superstar admits that she may have rushed into marriage with basketball player Kris Humphries.

"My heart is telling me I did this too fast," says Kardashian during the episode in which she travels to Dubai with her mom, Kris Jenner. Kardashian then goes on to admit that life as a newlywed isn't as sweet as she'd imagined it would be.

"I feel like this huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders since I've been here in Dubai," Kardashian says. "Being away from my husband ... I'm back to myself. I'm enjoying this feeling."

After mom counsels that she's troubled by Kim's misgivings, Kim adds:

"There's something in my relationship that I just feel like isn't right. I'm just learning a lot of things about him that I never knew before. Married life just isn't what I thought it would be like with him."

Is love in the air? Kim Kardashian and ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush are reportedly talking again. According to RadarOnline.com, the two have recently shared very long telephone conversations and have been exchanging text messages.

RadarOnline reports that Bush has been there for Kim through her divorce proceedings from Kris Humphries. The Miami Dolphins running back and the reality starlet began dating in 2007. They broke up in March 2010 and Kardashian met Humphries shortly thereafter.

But now, it seems as if the flame may be rekindled.

But like I said, I'm focused on football and not focused on anybody else's marriage or anything like that."

According to a Life & Style article at the time, Bush was being supportive to Kim. He was calling, texting and even contacting her via Skype. "Reggie reached out to Kim via text shortly after she announced she was filing for divorce to make sure she was OK," a source told the tabloid. "They've stayed in touch ever since, texting and talking. Kim was Reggie's first love. He knows she's hurting right now, but when the time is right, he'll swoop in and take care of her."

On the recent episodes of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York," Kim hints at discord between her and Humphries.

The former couple "fought constantly over Kim's quest for fame. Reggie is much more private than Kim and didn't want to be a part of the Kardashian-Jenner reality shows. Yes, Reggie did appear on a few episodes, but that was after much goading, and a lot of tears from Kim. It's truly sad because Reggie and Kim did love each other so much.
