There are many options that are open to you when it comes to the undergarments that you are wearing. This is often something that is going to be a personal choice but it is one that deserves some serious consideration. After all, it is not only a matter of looking good, it is also a matter of feeling good and even looking after your health in some cases. Regardless of whether you are large busted or if you have a need for a 32a bra or 32aaa bra, it is important for you to choose one that is going to fit you properly. What are some of the things it should be kept in mind when sizing yourself? One important thing that should be considered is the band size. There is no one-size-fits-all choice in this regard so it is often going to be a matter of personal opinion. It is important, however, for you to consider the size. It is best if you have somebody else do the measurement, as it is difficult to do on your own. The same is also true when doing any measurements for the cup size. This will help you to choose whether you are going to go with something along the lines of a bras or if you are going to choose a larger cup size. One final thing that needs to be considered is the comfort of the bra. If it feels uncomfortable in any way, it is not fitted properly. A while back, my parents and I did a bit of a wine tour of our scenic, local wineries in Niagara. I loved the wine I tasted at Stonechurch Vineyards, and we had a bit of a stroll through their gift shop area. Mom and I found these very interesting little soaps made from wine. Their soaps are called “Fruit of the Vine Wine Soap” from Stonechurch Vineyards, made of a glycerine base. They had a wide variety of brilliant and beautiful colors to choose from, so we grabbed a few. Another reason we grabbed a few is that they are rather small pieces of soap. So, instead of suffering with one small piece of soap, I used 3 different ones, wet the pieces of soap, stacked them, and allowed them to dry. Now, I have a beautiful piece of soap made of wine that’s substantial for the shower! Nice! When you purchase your wine soap @ Stonechurch Vineyards, be sure to grab soap in a few different colors that accent your bathroom, like I did. I finally broke these bad boys open, as they found their way to the back of a cupboard to be forgotten. That’s right, people… Today, I’m posting after a bit of a hiatus. With a crazy year of crises, that I certainly won’t get into here, there is, and I dare say it prematurely, a sense of control regained, which will allow me to spend more time here. I’ve been working on ‘me’ this year… So, without further adieu… I Feel Strong! You Can’t Stop Me! You Feed My Fire! Probably so… So, on the days where we are feeling strong, it’s important to express it! On the days where we are feeling happy, it’s important to embrace it! Sometimes I wish I was a kid again… My parents took me to Disney World in Orlando, Florida when I was maybe 7 years old. I returned when I was about 26 years old and had a lot of fun. Coach Kimberly Edwards – Rhythmic Gymnastics

This afternoon, for the first time in 21 years, I am going to be coaching gymnastics. Many of you may not be aware that I trained in both artistic and rhythmic gymnastics when I was younger. I won 5 gold medals in the Ontario Winter Games…can’t remember the year just off hand…in rhythmic gymnastics. I then went on to train @ Seneca College in their youth accelerated sports programs with most of the athletes already on or training to be on the Canadian teams in either artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics or figure skating. World renowned coaches I trained directly with were Martha Selmeczi and Liliana Dimitrova. I coached for a while as a teenager after I retired from the sport to pursue playing softball, which I received a scholarship to the USA to play on a Division I team. Now, I had the opportunity to watch the Summer Olympics and was again inspired in this area, as I truly enjoy still watching the sports I loved to participate in so much. It just so happened that a friend suggested I come out and try coaching again at a local gym in Niagara, and on a whim, I said yes. New Wishlist for Vacation: Walks of the World

As many of you may already know, I’m quite an adventurous girl when it comes to travel and travel experiences. I have swam with whale sharks, been in the water with crocodiles bigger than our boat, swam in jellyfish infested waters, para-sailed over the Everglades, hot air ballooned, and so much more I couldn’t even get into it all here. Yes, that’s me in that photo to your right hand side. It’s a photo of me trekking through King’s Canyon in Central Australia back in the 90s. What an experience! However, there is one type of trip I’d still like to try out, and I think it’s going to gain momentum as a trend in Eco-tourism as well. These tours are walking holidays in such amazing places as Costa Rica, Bulgaria, Nepal, France. How amazing would it be to hike or trek through the mountains, rain forest and the like? What a real experience with nature you would have the fortunate ability of taking part in. Questions: What do you all think? Destination Weddings Galore

Well, it is certainly wedding season, and it’s in full swing. Many of my friends and loved ones have gotten married this season, some of which instituted destination weddings on islands, or other cool places in the USA or Canada. No matter where you go or how you get married, you will certainly need a photographer. Some friends of mine in Florida had mentioned Eikon Imagery by Anthony Elias to handle Wedding Photography Miami-style. Who doesn’t want to get married in a more tropical setting? I am from Niagara Falls, Ontario and what I often get asked about it where the hot spots are in Niagara Falls to go out.
