In all that is dark fashion, I present to you the most glamorous of all. Versace. Versace is know for their bold looks and over the top fashion that only a lucky few can pull off. Yesterday they relaunched their Versus collection under the watchful eye of J.W. Anderson. With hair tweezed to no end and piled so high it would make Fran Fine blush and zebra print a plenty it is definitely a feast for the eyes. This blogger's opinion>? I love Versace, so ofcourse I love this looks. Every thing the show from the music(which is directed by lady gaga another love listen to clips below) to the fashion, when will versace fall? Never.

It's one thing to love a good sale. It's fine that you splurge or treat yourself once in awhile. And it's perfectly okay that you bought a pair of shoes because you've worked really hard that week. It's not ok, however, when you splurge on an item with money you do not have, or feel the need to lie to people about how much money you spent on clothes. Or you have more clothes than you can wear, You my dear might be a shop-a-holic. The first step is identifying the habit(like shopping when you're sad) the second is to take this quiz to find out the truth.

True or False? Evaluate the following statements:

1. When I am feeling depressed, I usually go shopping.

2. I spend a lot of money that I do not have on things that I do not need.

3. I get a rush when I make a purchase, but I "crash" soon afterwards.

4. I have closets full of clothes that I have never worn, and countless gadgets that I have never used.

5. I often feel reckless and out of control when I shop.

6. I lie to my friends and family about how much money I spend.

7. Even though I feel very distraught about my debt, I still shop.

Abercrombie & Fitch Doesn't Do Plus Sized

Recently there has been an enormous uproar about Abercrombie & Fitch not wanting plus size people wearing their clothes. The owner Mike Jeffries they only want the "cool kids" seen in their brand. Thats who they market too the cool, attractive people.

Apparently, this "obviously" rubbed some people the wrong way. With the world going plus sized it's not exactly the hot thing to say things like

“He doesn’t want larger people shopping in his store, he wants thin and beautiful people. He doesn’t want his core customers to see people who aren’t as hot as them wearing his clothing. People who wear his clothing should feel like they’re one of the ‘cool kids.’”

However, in this blogger opinion it's really a who cares situation. People are acting like this is the first retailer that said they don't want certain people shopping in their store. That's not who they're marketed to. It's the same reason why you wouldn't see a thin girl shopping in Torrid, that's not who the clothes are made for. I understand it's a bit rude, but every store is not for everybody. Everybody doesn't have to like your look and for the stores that don't, you simply dismiss and move on. And if you get mad at A&F you have to get mad at all stores that don't carry every size in their inventory. Why waste the time and energy when you can just go to another store? Fashion is not a one size fits all world, it's very exclusive. When you work with a company, face it, you have to fit their brand, their target consumer. If you don't, you don't. There are plenty of other stores and other retailers that will be happy to accept your business.
So go to them and leave stores like Abercrombie & Fitch overpriced T-shirts alone, they don't want you and you don't want a pay 58 dollars for a tank top. Simple as that.

Any makeup artist will tell you lips set the look. If you're lipstick or gloss is off then your whole look will be. So how do we fix that and get those perfect lustful lips? EASY

First.
Line your cupid bow (that little dent on your top lip.

Second.
Line your bottom swoop directly below your cupid's bow.

Third.
Line the two outer corners of your mouth

Fourth.
Connect the points.

Fifth.
Fill in with your desired lip color, preferably with a lip brush for a flawless application.

Sixth.
Viola! you're done!

Yum dishes: Wild StrawBerry Smoothie

It's warm(ish) outside, warm enough to sit outside and feel that amazing sun on the back of your gorgeous sun kissed skin. So while you sit out with the sweet scent of summer and charcoal in the air sip on this refreshing Wild Strawberry Smoothie. At only 150 calories it the best way to cool off outside the pool while the weather heats up.

Time:

10 minutes

You'll Need:

1 Cup of Apple Juice

1 Cup of Frozen Strawberry

1/2 frozen Bananas

1 cup of frozen non-fat vanilla yogurt(or 1 cup of vanilla soy yogurt)

1/2 of Ice

Directions:

Pour apple juice in the blender
Add the Strawberries, Bananas, and yogurt and ice cubes
Blend until smooth and thick Enjoy!

I know your deal ladies. It's warm out, you want to go to the beach or pool but you're not trying to deal with your curly locks looking frayed and frizzled. Don't worry, I got you! It's super easy to take care of your lovely locks without putting it up in that ponytail that turns into a stub once wet, and no one wants to just stay in waist deep water avoiding games in fear their hair will get wet (how much fun is that girl?). So ladies here are my tips on keeping your hair cute and easy in the water.

Rule #1: Wet & Condition

The main reason that our hair frizzes and acts a mess is because of all the harmful chemicals and dirt that is already in the water. To counteract that, wet and condition before you head out to the waves. This will make sure your hair absorbs only what you want it to that yummy conditioner you love so much that's super good for your hair.

Rule #2: Enhance and Part it

Yes Style it, use products that enhance your curls so your hair is already curly when you get to the beach and style your hair the way you want them to fall. Try to part it somewhere so you can avoid the square flat top or the slick back that (let's face it ) doesn't flatter us all. A side part is always good this is only to be used if your hair is going to be down. If not...

Rule #3: Condition and Style

If you're not into the whole being free thing, maybe your hair is to thick or you're just a skeptic. Style your hair, just make sure your ends are protected. Try tying your hair up into a big bun yes with the donut and everything just make sure you put the conditioner in the donut too so you'll be getting double the moisture. Or rock some Poetic Justice Braids you'll still need to coat your hair with conditioner but you'll look fly. Lest we forget out the lovely twist out style, or a simple turban, that's always amazing. the most important thing is to condition!!!

Products To Love: Benefit's 'They're Real' Mascara and 'Watt's Up' Highlighter

Since starting my new job at Sephora I've had beauty product overload, there are so many new things to play with and try out I had no idea where to start! On the advice of my manager I decided to try out the latest product from benefit cosmetics "We just got it in not too long ago" She said" it's a highlighter and a mascara. It should get you started on your beauty binge" she joked. Little did I know it really would. I got home and stared at the box and lovely plaid pink box "They're Real, Honest" I didn't know if she was talking about her lashes or overly perky breasts. I sat the box down on my dresser and decided that I'd wait til tomorrow morning to try it out since I already had on mascara and it was getting late.

When I woke that next morning I rushed to finish my foundation and eyes so I can add on my finishing touches. My new Mascara and highlighter. First was the 'They're Real' mascara of course! I took the bottle and twisted the top off, I watched as the bristles of the wand came out of the tube covered in thick black liquid. As I swiped the mascara on my lashes it was an instant thickness and length! I didn't even need to put on my false eyelashes. My lashes looked long ,lush, and lifted not to mention soft even after they dried.

Next was the 'Watts Up' highlighter, it came in a stick form in a champagne color. First thought, "This will not blend in to my mocha honey skin. Despite my doubts, I applied it only where I wanted a little more 'glow', down the bridge of my nose and the highest point of my cheeks starting at the apples and going back toward my hair line. After my 3 thin lines were drawn I used my middle finger to blend. It went so smooth in to my skin like butter, and disappeared into a faint halo on my cheeks. I was in love! I finally got the glow that bronzer alone couldn't get me.

As the day went on I had no problems with the mascara or the highlighter. I didn't need to reapply and my lashes stayed lifted and soft, the highlighter did not fade. I am sold, no doubt about that, and I will definitely be purchasing the full body version of this. I guess my manager was right, this is the beginning to a very unhealthy but beautiful relationship.

To the Gardens

Sunshine is the perfect way to draw me outdoors, it's like a lamb and I'm a moth it's hypnotic. It was just any typical saturday I was off work so I decided to go to the gardens.

Although it was bright outside my wardrobe was not, I'm a huge fan of black a dark colors. I wore a cute grey buster top with a black blazer and leggings topped with a studded black bootie. You'd think I was more fit for an office than a day out at a park lol well maybe not with that top ;-)
