Sedentary working, smoking, alcoholism, dietary habits, strain, stress and all others are within our control and can be managed well by ourselves. Half of the remaining one third of causes are from the environment (external). Example: taking unhealthy foods at parties on compulsion. But this too can be avoided by having a good will power to refuse and by sticking to the determination to choose only healthy food. The remaining few causes that are unavoidable, like that of genetic liability, can be tackled well with the medicines!
