King of Europe Drift Series announced a partnership with the new Estonian company Wisefab.  Wisefab is a company created by drifting enthusiasts and developing steering lock kits for BMWs and Nissans. Just the lock itself was not a only goal creating the kits.  Wisefab engineer Risto Kõiv spent countless hours trying to create perfect all-over drifting geometry for Wisefab kits.

“We are excited to announce this new partnership” said Mike Procureur, owner of King of Europe series.  “Wisefab parts are welcome in our series and will bring new excitement to our competition.   Wisefab will also giveaway goodies all season to the round winners as well as a full kit to the new Hell King of Europe champion 2012".

Founded in 2004, King of Europe has been on a meteoric rise since beginning.  Through cooperation with World Drifting Association, consistent rules were established and refined for competition through officiating, judging, and better telemetry equipment. As you can see above, cars are now loading in Yokohama port, heading to Europe early June.  Not one Nissan Silvia S15 but 3 Japanese cars will be shipped to Europe and will stay all year on the old continent. 

These cars prepared by WiseSquare uses the finest japanese parts and is precisely setup by Hirotatsu Tsukano, WiseSquare general manager but also a very experienced racing engineer.  WiseSquare has attended drift races in D1GP, Formula Drift as well as WDS China, and now will enter King of Europe for the first time during round 2 in Spain. 

We are very excited to get as well the confirmation of drivers attending Hell King of Europe.  First Daigo Saito, D1GP champion 2008 and Formula Drift driver, send especially one chaser for this european adventure.  Katsuhiro Ueo, D1GP champion 2002 and well known for his AE86 will hit Europe with a Wisesquare Nissan S15.  Last but not least, Mitsuru Haruguchi, already winning D1GP races from 2001 as well as FD round in 2007, will race with an infamous 2JZ LHD S15 tuned also by WiseSquare.   Sponsorship opportunities are available on their cars, spread the words!

THE TITLE FIGHT

As usual, this 2012 King of Europe Series will end with a double-points round, which will be again the ultimate judge for the 4 or 5 guys who will be fighting for the crown!

As from today, we are still in discussion with promoters to finalize this final round.   So wait and see, hot news will come very soon....

SEA, DRIFT AND SUN

We've been unlucky last year not to go in Constanta and switch back to Brasov, but this year we will manage to go there.   In the middle of the summer on a very touristic place, you can expect lot of audience and lot of support for the national Romanian drifters!

A bit asphalt area will be setup and as usual we will design the fastest layout on it!  This round 6 will be very tactical for those targetting the crown!  Just 2 rounds before end of the championship, this Romanian round will be "the one" to win in order to preapare for the last part of the series.

THE RETURN TO CASTELLOLI

It is going to be very hot again in Spain.   First because of the temperature in June but also on this fastest track of the year, the ultrawide and fast layout of Castelloli is only dedicated to the full-throttle men!  The first edition in 2011 was very good, but expect the 2012 one to be awesome in Parc Motor

Be prepared to an incredible race with the registration of 3 D1GP drivers for Spain!!!!

WELCOME TO UKRAINE!

First time in Ukraine but not the last time for sure! Ukraine has a lot of top drifters and we can expect also some Russian drifters travelling to Odessa to join this international race.

Just 1 week after Slovakian round 2, you will need just to cross Hungary and reach this new exotic destination on the black sea, this round with our new partner Drift Edition and being at the home place of Dmitriy Illyuk, you can expect a fast layout almost same as Cluj 2010, for those who were there.

Another High Speed Tornado round !

Welcome to Hungary and welcome to the best drift place ever built in Hungary : Hungaroring.  

What should we add after these few words ? Formula 1 certified track, High speed layout, Professional paddock and facilities, Located few kilometers from the "hot" Budapest...  We can just say this will be a race to remember!

Friday afternoon will be dedicated to the registration and inspection, saturday will be a full day of race from 8AM to 10PM!!!  Prepare enough set of tires, 160kph+ drifting is waiting you....
