I really don't know how I feel about this video. I have mixed emotions about it because I really don't think it should be that big of a problem. You should be able to express your heritage any way you want in my simple opinion but I can understand why Americans would be upset. What do you think?

Man claims the grand jury that indicted him had too many blacks on it

MEMPHIS, Tennessee - A white supremacist charged with plotting to kill President-elect Barack Obama wants his indictment dismissed, arguing the federal grand jury that charged him had too many black members.

Daniel Cowart, 20, of rural West Tennessee and Paul Schlesselman, 18, of Arkansas, face charges including threatening a presidential candidate and taking firearms across state lines to commit crimes.

Authorities say the pair plotted a killing spree where they would murder dozens of black people, including Obama.

Cowart's lawyer filed a petition Thursday seeking to have his client's indictment dismissed.

It argues the 23-member grand jury that returned the indictment had just two white members and could not have been fair and impartial.

Twist Experiment

So I am going to conduct an experiment over the last few weeks that I'll be in Texas. I'm going to work out the details tomorrow but I'm basically going to do a work out experiment. I'm going to start by doing 500 sit-ups and 50 push ups a day as well as walk 1 block. Everyday I will increase each of these regiments by 2 and see how much weight I can lose by December 14th. Also I will be cutting our cigarettes and beer during this little experiment but will still use marijuana and liquor in my routine. Lets see what the fuck happens.

Lily Allen New Album

So plenty people know I have a very diverse taste in music. After hearing a few things about Lily Allen a while back I decide to give her a listen and I instantly fell in love. Her first album, "Alright, Still", was just amazing from start to finish and I'm hoping the second album will do better. The new cd, "It's Not Me, It's You", is set to drop in February of 2009 and will feature the following 12 tracks.

So apparently the guy who kicked the kid has Down Syndrome. Before anyone even thinks about feeling sorry for him, I believe it's safe to say that neither of them knew better. So oh well! But it's pretty darn funny to watch!

If I had a kid and someone went up to try to kick him, I'd have done the same thing. I don't care what their deal is!
