Scuba Instructor in Morocco: Club Med is hiring certified scuba instructors (along with bartenders and chefs) immediately for one of their ninety “villages” in forty countries worldwide. The Club Med staff are called “GOs” or gracious organizers, which is a nice term for employees paid to party every day and night with the guests. There are over 22,000 GOs and Club Med has recruiting in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Newark this spring.

Just because two people argue, it doesn't mean they don't love each other. And just because they don't argue, it doesn't mean they do love each other.
We don't have to change friends if we understand friends change.
No matter how good a friend is, they're going to hurt you every once in a while and you must forgive them for.
True friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance. Same goes for true love. you can do something in an instant will give you heartache for life.
You should always leave loved ones with loving words. It may be the last time you see them.
You can keep going long after you think you can't.
We are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel.
Either you control your attitude or it controls you.
Heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done, regardless of the consequences.
Money is a lousy way of keeping score.
My best friend and I, can do anything, or nothing and have the best time.

Conflict is an inevitable part of life. However, we all have within us the ability to sustain relationships even when we deeply disagree. Here are seven Talmudic steps to follow when confronted with a conflict in a Relationship.

1. Give Yourself a Break : Sometimes you need some distance-some time to cool off and reflect. A time out can be a great thing, as long as its design is to bring you back together. So this timeout should be for a very limited amount designed to bring you back together.

2. Respect the Other Person's Dignity : The one whom you are in conflict with should never lose their value as a human being. No matter how right you think you are and how wrong they may be, don't deny their dignity; you will do more harm than good.

3. Experience Radical Empathy : We must do everything in our power to identify with the other person and their position before fighting for our own.

4. Acknowledge Your Partner's Wisdom : Before we can be their teacher, we must first become their student. We must accept that no matter how wrong someone is about one thing, they are unlikely to be wrong about everything. Nobody is smart enough to be 100 percent right or dumb enough to be 100 percent wrong.

5. Know That Conflict Hurts Everyone : Appreciate that even when we are doing everything right in handling our relationships, we all pay a price when a conflict unfolds.

6. Look First to Yourself : We all play the blame game sometimes, but it's important to point a thumb back at ourselves before a finger at the other person.

7. Remember, Being Right Is Not Enough : Remind ourselves that the only real justification for conflict with those about whom we care is that it addresses an issue, which is central to sustaining the relationship over time. If it's just about being right, then it probably isn't worth it.

Duties: Lazing around Australia's Great Barrier Reef for six months.

Salary: 150,000 Australian dollars ($100,000).

The aforementioned job ad is for real. The tourism department in Australia's Queensland state said it was seeking one lucky person to spend half a year relaxing on Hamilton Island, part of the country's Whitsunday Islands, while promoting the island on a blog.

The move is part of a AU$1.7 million campaign to boost tourism in the state. In exchange for the plush salary, free accommodation in an oceanfront villa and airfare from the winner's home country, the "employee" will be required to stroll the island's white sand beaches, snorkel, maybe take a dip in the pool — and post photos and videos of his or her experiences on a weekly blog.
Applications are open until Feb. 22 and 11 finalists will be flown to Hamilton Island in May for the final selection process. The job begins on July 1.
