When you’re almost-one-year-old Kiki, the world is such a magical place. She might be a wee bit sick and snotty at the moment but this little cherub is still all smiles and giggles for her favourite aunty Kirsten. I’ve been photographing Kiki and her big brother D Man since they were teeny tiny little newborns – totally adorable, kooky little characters!

I know I’m not meant to have favourite clients but boy Lisa & Simon are lovely. I photographed their wedding back in early February. Little Benny was there, but wasn’t quite ready to come into the world just yet. Fast forward a couple of months and this little guy is just so damn cute, not to mention extremely chilled out. Benny slept through almost the entirety of his very first photo shoot and even gave us a couple of heart melting smiles.

I think Stella may possibly be the coolest kid I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I’ve been photographing Stella and her family for a few years now and it’s always entertaining. We spent a fun afternoon in the studio recently playing skateboards and skeleton dress-ups and testing out my new lighting equipment. So much fun!

When Stacey’s sister said these words during her heartfelt speech, it made perfect sense. I only know them a little bit but you know when you can just tell that two people are meant to be together? Were meant to find each other? That’s Monique and Stacey.

I was so thrilled when Monique and Stacey chose me to photograph their wedding day. As a Byron Bay wedding photographer I get to take part in such a vast array of weddings but this one was packed full of firsts. My first same-sex wedding, first time working at the amazing Crystal Castle and a wonderful, brand new reception venue in the Dune Room.
