Hey Guys! Looking for Christmas card making ideas? This Christmas poinsettia card combines traditional holiday colors, layered flowers, embossed details, and patterned paper for a festive design.

I created this card using Short Cut Card Sketch #30. It was my card from our Team Mystery Stamping Event. It was such a fun surprise when I realized Kathy had chosen my sketch for our team craft along!

Bright Christmas Wishes

I used the Pretty Poinsettia Bundle to create the layered red flowers. This Christmas card features Peaceful Pine Two-Tone Cardstock combined with the standard Peaceful Pine solid core cardstock. Aren’t all the different shades of Peaceful Pine Pretty?

I used the Floral Spray 3D Embossing Folder and lightly sanded it to highlight the embossed details. Two-Tone Cardstock is so cool!

Mixing Designer Series Paper Patterns

I wanted a warm, cozy Christmas look, so I mixed patterns from Somewhere In Time Designer Series Paper and Alpine Winter Designer Series Paper.
