Well well well, I think, I miss some part, and when I convert it to png, become like this.
Habe a lot of fun creating the colorful smoke. And it's such a shame that I can't find a way to show the glowing dark tree (the thing under the house). But, it's better this way.

Actually, there will be a lot of stuff happening in this picture. Tree, stone, bush people camping and stuff. The reason why I decided to discard that idea is... I don't know how to make that stuff blend with the background. You see, I made the land, cliff and other stuff with a little strip over it. When I put a tree or something. The object seems floating, I try to add shadow and it's not working (honestly that my only attempt, btw). In the last minutes, I decided to add cloud/mist/wind effect (the floating transparent stuff). And it kinda works, I think? I should add more detail to the ground with random thing.
Okay, move to next week!

I'm glad that I decided to refine this picture a little bit. The first one look very plain and bland, just like much other stuff that I made. I decide to give made the building into cafe give it a name and stuff and bam, done. For the background, at first, I made it like a landscape with tree and mountain. Yet, I feel like it doesn't suit the foreground. So I made it into a city. I think the background needs, recoloring.

I still don't know how to create a cloud. And also I don't know why everytime I doing something, I want to add more and more and more, but my laptop says "dude STAHP!!!". The road and it's surrounding is my favorite, it looks simple yet not very bland. The addition of 4 line that acts like the grass is the reason why it does not look ugly. For the field below, I kinda confused what should I add to make it more compelling. Then I decided to get lazy and just copy paste the rock and bush near the road.
It's easier than yesterday, there are a lot of similar object in this one.

I still fucking hate the cloud tho

I really want to keep adding detail in this picture but, suddenly...
My poor laptop becomes slower and slower each time I add a new layer. After creating 3 floating Island, when I drag stuff around, the illustrator always lagging (slower than usual). I don't know yet, the cause of it. But I 100% sure that my old laptop can't handle heavy stuff anymore..

Here you are the fifth flat landscape design. I can't post yesterday because I have to get up early for a job interview. You know, when I started to draw I usually stay up late. And I think, it's not very wise to come late to your interview (hope i got dis job, me need money). Oh yeah, one more thing, At first I want to combine a lot of stuff in this picture, then I realize my canvas will get cramped. I save the best for the last week I think.

So here is it, the fourth flat landscape design. I try to step up my game every day. Turn out faster than I thought (again). I feel more comfortable drawing landscape and stuff than character.

Turn out better than I thought. Realize that I should turn off "align to pixel grid". That simple thing, ruin a lot of my drawing.I should have search how deal with that problem early. The thing is, when you turn on that function. When you scale down your vector image, your vector will be distorted. You know, when you have big building then you add small pillar, the vector will kind a screw up. And oh boy, why I don't realized sooner

New plan guys, I decided to make one detailed landscape than 10 stuff.The first factor why I do this is my health and my time. Both, suffer a lot these days. I think creating 10 stuff is also easier, but that's not a great exercise.

I know, I know. It's not 10 design but damn. I really love the result! Drawing landscape is easier than that funky character that I made. And drawing nature is more lovely than drawing human construction and stuff. That's my opinion btw.
Some unrelated rant: I change my profile picture to my face because I used this e-mail for job application. Maybe I should create a new one.
Tomorrow to fix today mistake I will create 14 landscape stuff!!!!

A lot of stuff that I try in this picture. Trying to see what is right or wrong. The top side is more detailed, I don't know what I draw like that. Then I decided to keep it simple, I draw three character and mix it with my previous drawing from yesterday.

Soo hard to actually draw a complete character. You know, my previous drawing usually just like a sketch. Figure out what is good and bad. The second week, even though I draw with the body just drawing without the detail. And now It's the hardest picture yet. As you can see. the muscle guys s from my Imagination (shitty drawing). Then I use a photo as a reference and it's better looking. From the body, har and clothing everything looks natural. I usually play games and as the result is the muscle guy. I rarely took attention to people. Maybe I should start to do it now. For the sake of better drawing.

So, I draw everything with my mouse and today my mouse broke. The mouse is acting crazy, move by itself, accidentally double-click, and I also have a problem dragging. Tomorrow, I'm gonna buy a new mouse (I hope, I still have some money). And I hate to leave my blog without a new post. So here she is...

Damn the gradient look like a shit!
I don't know why, after months of months using Illustrator I still don't know how to use this tool. Okay for the 3rd body design I try to make less movement. The character just standing around, no crazy hand and leg in here. I try to give the character more detail with different body proportion and stuff. honestly, there are a lot of design that I hate in here. I think only three design that I like. Yeah, some still work some don't. Why my last character always looks so ugly

Have a lot of fun making this picture and also I try something new. Yesterday, the character design is so bulky (is that the suitable word). With short arm, leg, and body. I think that kind of style work, but I feel bored making it. I want to make it longer and thinner so the viewer able to see it more clearly. Having thin line also offers more flexibility to the arm and leg movement. I want to experiment with this kind of thing again tomorrow before I add detail to the outfit.

Welcome to the second part of this project!
Become lazy potato all day long. Nothing interesting happens... feeling sleepy all the time.
At last, I manage to finish this picture. This week theme is body pose. I know It's not Monday, but well I don't want to wait until the beginning of the week to start this. The processes making this picture is pretty simple. I look for reference and started drawing. For the first couple days, I will make the drawing simple. With bland head and body, just like flat design (duh). Yet, I don't want to stay simple forever.

Finally, move on to the next thing. At least right now I feel more confident doing this and that. Yet, still, my knowledge about hair variation and expression still limited. I try not to do shading because it is flat design. I know it kinda looks ugly, and flat (duh!). I just realized, yesterday I post 11 heads! Hahaha my mind is screwed that day

3 hours for this picture. I should more focus and less texting...
I continue to explore different style. Making weird face shape and stuff. To be honest I like this way. More challenging, yet consume more time. The three picture from bottom left honestly.. I ran out idea, time and energy. The brown man and the monster are my least favorite in this picture, but well.
I need to start manage time and properly I guess.
