  <description><![CDATA[<p>Reporting to : Commercial Director</p>
<p>To develop and grow existing business with key grocers and high street retailers including Sainsburys and Boots whilst being dynamic -  seeking out new sales opportunities and areas of growth.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include managing retailer relationships, maximising the promotional and NPD programme within store to deliver optimum sales/profit and ensuring KMI brands are the supplier of choice.</p>
<p>Day to day activities include retailer interaction to manage the account, liaise with internal brand managers and operations team to ensure NPD programmes and stock levels fulfil retailer requirements, sales analysis/reporting to all levels of the business, P&L management and retailer business plan development.</p>
<p>Candidates must be self starters  with a proven track record of working with brands and increasing sales. At least 2 years account management experience in the health and beauty sector essential.</p>
