What was once a blogging hobby has turned into a real business. You’re juggling affiliate relationships, fighting off the impact of Panda, and tweaking posts for SEO all while trying to keep the voice of your publication clear. Your social media efforts lack consistency and engaging with your community is a struggle. Your staff writers are looking for guidance, critiques, oh… and that topic for next week you forgot to send.

The income generated from your new endeavor has surprised you, but you hardly have time to enjoy it. When is the last time you really took a vacation? Or seen your family without the glow of a computer screen lighting up the room?
